Abstract

Service has a very important role in the industry that is engaged in services, including hotel lodging services. Attention to the interests of customers by looking at the needs and satisfaction of service is a major factor in business success amid increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, realizing the importance of the value of service quality in order to increase customer satisfaction makes the company have to develop good business and customer relationships. The study uses quantitative descriptive analysis, with observational methods, questionnaires and documentation to 100 respondents and the sampling technique uses incidental sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance. Data processing using SPSS version 23.0. Based on the analysis and processing of data according to the calculation of the correlation coefficient, it is known that Service to Customer Satisfaction has a strong relationship that is 0.786 and according to the calculation formula the coefficient of determination can be seen that by 59.4% and the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other factors, then the regression effect namely Y = 23,438 + 0.462 X. This equation shows that the service is constant or 0, then Y (Customer Satisfaction) is 23,438. The regression coefficient of 0.462 states that each addition of 1 to service will increase customer satisfaction by 0.462. Where Y = Customer Satisfaction and X = Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode depresiasi aktiva tetap pada PT Antam Tbk. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi pustaka (library research) yaitu data diperoleh melalui sumber buku, jurnal dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan judul dan topik penelitian. Observasi non perilaku yaitu data diperoleh melalui bursa efek Indonesia dengan melihat laporan keuangan  PT. Antam Tbk periode 2018. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Perhitungan beban penyusutan yang menggunakan Metode Garis Lurus yang mana akan menghasilkan beban penyusutan yang sama besar setiap tahun. Apabila perusahaan menggunakan metode jumlah angka tahun, metode saldo menurun dan saldo menurun ganda maka beban penyusutan pada setiap tahun cenderung menurun. Perusahaan sebaiknya menggunakan metode garis lurus dalam perhitungan beban penyusutan pada aktiva tetap karena laba yang diperoleh setiap tahunnya akan stabil.Kata Kunci: Depresiasi, Aktiva Tetap, Garis Lurus

Abstract

The national culture of each country is certainly different. It certainly contains a cultural direction that influences the character of the citizens of that country. The character of each country's human resources is clearly shaped by the national culture adopted. In the business world, it is possible for a country to open a business unit in a country that they perceive as having an accommodative investment climate. No wonder an automotive manufacturer from Japan, for example, will set up its industry in Thailand, Vietnam, Latin America, to the European region. This study will look at the extent to which the role of national culture influences work culture in the company. Likewise, a country's company in transferring the management of Human Resources (HR) to its subsidiaries in various countries. This research is a qualitative literature review with descriptive method, corporate culture differs in one country and another where the company is located. Then the conclusion that can be drawn is that the management of manpower will depend on the national culture of the country.
