Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode depresiasi aktiva tetap pada PT Antam Tbk. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi pustaka (library research) yaitu data diperoleh melalui sumber buku, jurnal dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan judul dan topik penelitian. Observasi non perilaku yaitu data diperoleh melalui bursa efek Indonesia dengan melihat laporan keuangan  PT. Antam Tbk periode 2018. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Perhitungan beban penyusutan yang menggunakan Metode Garis Lurus yang mana akan menghasilkan beban penyusutan yang sama besar setiap tahun. Apabila perusahaan menggunakan metode jumlah angka tahun, metode saldo menurun dan saldo menurun ganda maka beban penyusutan pada setiap tahun cenderung menurun. Perusahaan sebaiknya menggunakan metode garis lurus dalam perhitungan beban penyusutan pada aktiva tetap karena laba yang diperoleh setiap tahunnya akan stabil.Kata Kunci: Depresiasi, Aktiva Tetap, Garis Lurus

Abstract

The new mass media that have emerged can have a positive effect on the business world. Entrepreneurs can more easily get their product trought the media, especially television. Product can be better known to the public if they use different ads in terms of attracting consumers’ attention, ads with an element of humor are one way that advertiserscan use to attract potential customers. Quality and service for product is one of determining factors in term of consumer loyality. By using path analysing methods research on the influence of humor advertising and customer loyalty on product purchase decision can be found. If the quality offerd is good and the service is satisfactory, consumers will purchase the product in the future.Keywords: humor ads, customers loyalty, buying decision

Abstract

Abstract- TTo find out the financial performance of PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk uses liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios for the period of 2016-2018 the purpose of this study. The research design used in this study is descriptive quantitative, namely data obtained from the sample population of the study and analyzed according to the statistical method used and then interpreted. From the discussion above it can be concluded that PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk The company requires ratio analysis such as liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios to provide an overview of the company's ability to pay debts, the ability to pay debts guaranteed by assets owned and the ability to obtain profits. Based on the calculation of the liquidity ratio, it can be said that the cash held by PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk has not been able to pay short-term debt. From the results of calculations using solvability ratios it can be said that companies are able to pay debts guaranteed by assets owned. The results of calculations with profitability ratios can be said that the company has not been able to obtain profits. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk does not mean that the company has not been able to manage finances well. This can be seen from the liquidity ratio that has decreased, the solvency ratio has increased and the profitability ratio has decreased. Keywords: Ratio Analysis, Performance, Finance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh QR, ROA, DAR, dan EPS terhadap Return Saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2017-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan informasi yang diperoleh dari data sekunder. Strategi untuk mengumpulkan informasi adalah dengan studi pustaka. Informasi dalam survei ini berasal dari situs Jakarta Islamic Index. Data dari survei ini berasal dari perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index dari 2017 hingga 2020. Metode random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 24 untuk menganalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan yang diambil berdasarkan pembahasan di atas adalah: Pertama, QR tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap return saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII antara tahun 2017 - 2020. Kedua, variabel ROA tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan return saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII antara tahun 2017- 2020. Ketiga, variabel DAR berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap return saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII antara tahun 2017- 2020. Keempat, variabel EPS berpengaruh signifikan dan positif return saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII antara tahun 2017 dan 2020. Kelima, variabel QR, ROA, DAR dan EPS memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII dari 2017 -2020.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, profitability, dividend policy on the value of BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. quantitative descriptive as this type of research. The data collection method is literature study where data is obtained from journals, books and literature related to the research title. This study uses the Classical Assumption Test as a data analysis technique. The conclusions in this study include: 1. Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on the value of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. 2. Profitability has a significant influence on company value in state-owned companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. 3. The dividend policy does not have a positive and significant impact on the value of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. 4. Corporate Social Responsibility, profitability and dividend policy together have a significant influence on the value of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the relationship between the promotion of the Honda PCX Motorcycle and consumer satisfaction levels. The Honda PCX Motorcycle is one of the popular models of motorcycles marketed by the Honda Motor Company. Effective promotions can affect consumer perceptions of products and help in influencing their purchasing decisions. Research results show that the promotion of the Honda PCX Motorcycle has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Consumers who have a high level of exposure to promotions tend to have a higher level of satisfaction with the product. Effective promotion is able to create higher awareness, build a positive image, and provide relevant information to potential consumers, which in turn increases their satisfaction. The findings have significant implications for Honda Motor Company and other motorcycle manufacturers. They can use these findings to develop more effective promotion strategies and focus on the aspects that most affect consumer satisfaction. Thus, it can be expected that the level of consumer satisfaction will increase, which will ultimately have a positive impact on sales performance and brand reputation.

Abstract

Along with the impact received by Indonesia towards the Golden era in 2045, there are phenomena that are considered the impact of luck obtained. The phenomenon that is currently rife is the quarter life crisis. Wilner and Robbin (2001) revealed the concept of quarter-life crisis to the media for the first time from a study process consisting of in-depth interviews with young Americans about their experiences and experiences. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the method used is a data collection technique consisting of: literature study This research uses literature research methods. By collecting literature data, reading, and recording and processing research materials. Researchers deal directly with existing texts or data and do not conduct field research. In compiling articles, researchers use library data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, official websites, and other internet sources in the form of main material about Quarter Life Crisis is caused by 2 (two) causative factors, namely: (1). Factors from within, (2). Factors from outside oneself. Self-preparation is very important to avoid the acute Quarter life crisis, namely by equipping yourself with soft skills for skill development in yourself and always positioning yourself in a positive environment.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of DER, ROA and NPM on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Literature study was used as a data collection method, namely the data in this study were obtained from journals, literature studies and books related to the research topic. Classical Assumption Test is a data analysis technique used in this study using the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. Based on the results of the discussion above, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the DER variable has a positive and significant influence on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Second, the ROA variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Third, the NPM variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Fourth, the variables DER, ROA and NPM simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period.
