Abstract

Penelitan ini untuk menilai kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan PT. Indofood sukses makmur tbk. Periode 2019-2022 Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menghitung dan menganalisis laporan keuangan pt. Indofood sukses makmur tbk dengan analisis rasio keuangan (rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas). Hasil penelitian ini Hasil rasio likuiditas pada current ratio jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019-2022 standar industri sejenis maka berada dibawah standar rata-rata industri sejenis, selama 4 tahun. Hasil rasio solvabilitas pada debt to equity jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata standar industri sejenis maka berada dibawah standar rata-rata industri sejenis, pada tahun 2019, sedangkan untuk tahun 2020 berada diatas rata-rata industri sejenis, untuk tahun 2021 dan 2022 berada di bawah rata-rata standar industri sejenis. Hasil rasio aktivitas pada total asset turn over jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019-2022 standar industri sejenis maka berada dibawah standar rata-rata industri sejenis, selama 4 tahun. Hasil rasio Profitabilitas pada return on equity ratio jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019-2022 standar industri sejenis maka berada diatas standar rata-rata industri sejenis, selama 4 tahun

Abstract

Salah satu masalah utama di dunia kerja adalah keberlanjutan perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan sekarang berkonsentrasi pada masalah lingkungan yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan daya saing mereka. Pengelolaan lingkungan yang efektif bergantung pada sumber daya manusia (SDM). Green Human Resource Management merupakan issue yang telah dikenal di lingkungan dunia usaha, terlebih pada sektor jasa. Penelitian menguraikan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ramah lingkungan dan keterlibatan karyawan, dalam perbankan ramah lingkungan. Secara khusus, penelitian mengeksplorasi bagaimana praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ramah lingkungan memengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan, dan bagaimana peran karyawan dalam praktik tersebut untuk mendapatkan keunggulan bersaing. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu Green Human Resource Management dan variabel keterlibatan Karyawan Perbankan yang ada di Samarinda dengan Teknik sampling accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif, data diperoleh yaitu data primer berupa angket dan wawancara, data sekunder berupa observasi dengan studi literature dan publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of psychological resilience in the relationship between dual role conflict and organizational commitment among working women in Balikpapan City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 female working respondents from various sectors. The analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results indicate that dual role conflict has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment. However, psychological resilience has been shown to moderate this relationship, with individuals with high resilience able to maintain organizational commitment despite experiencing dual role conflict. Practical implications demonstrate the importance of organizational interventions to improve employee resilience, particularly among women.

Abstract

Indonesia beberapa tahun kedepan, tepatnya tahun 2030 -2040 akan melalui satu fase yang disebut dengan bonus demografi. Suatu keadaan dimana usia produktif akan berlimpah melebihi usia non produktif. Indonesia akan mengalami beban demografi ketika porsi penduduk usia kerja menurun, dan akan menjadi masalah potensial. Periode ketika bonus demografi berakhir dan menurunnya proporsi penduduk usia kerja yang menyebabkan masalah ekonomi disebut tanggung jawab demografis atau beban demografi. Jepang adalah contoh nyata dari negara yang mengalami masalah ini dan sebagian besar Negara-negara Eropa akan mengalami masalah ini di tahun-tahun mendatang. Satu hal yang dapat diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia adalah percepatan penanaman modal asing dan dalam negeri, khususnya pada industri padat karya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negera, adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan mengangkat fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Sistem informasi Pegawai atau yang dikenal dengan SIMPEG memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan bagi pengembangan karir pegawai, kedisipilinan pegawai serta pelaporan kerja pegawai. Pemerintah telah menerbitkan aplikasi yang selalu dikembangkan mengikuti kebutuhan penggunannya. SIMPEG ini sendiri telah bertansformasi sampai SIMPEG 5, yang artinya pengembangan aplikasi ini menyesuikan perkembangan zaman dan kebutuhan

Abstract

Environmentally friendly public procurement (GPP) has been widely adopted as a public administration tool to achieve sustainability outcomes. However, there is a lack of understanding regarding the determinants of Green Public Procurement adoption, namely the characteristics of the contracting authority. This research aims to analyze the extent to which Green Public Procurement is implemented in Public Sector services in Samarinda, where this is one of the absorptions of the Government’s Long Term Program, namely Sustainable Development (SDGs). This analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods with observation, interviews and empirical review methods. The results of the research show that there are challenges in the implementation of Environmentally Friendly Goods and Services Procurement, especially in regulations that have not been updated, Human Resources are still limited, Work Flow is still hampered, and Inadequate Network Devices. There is still a need for service standards and standards for the use of equipment and work equipment that support the procurement of environmentally friendly goods and services. However, basically the Implementation of Procurement of Environmentally Friendly Goods and Services in the Samarinda City Government Sector has been implemented correctly, although in several cases there are still things that need to be completed.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of advertising exposure and word of mouth (WOM) on Generation Z consumer loyalty, examining the mediating role of brand awareness in the context of online purchases on marketplace platforms. We employed a quantitative descriptive approach, gathering primary data through questionnaires and observations of Generation Z consumers who have made at least two purchases on Shopee. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the aid of the WarpPLS 7.0 software. The findings reveal that both advertising exposure and WOM significantly enhance brand awareness. Additionally, each has a direct and positive impact on consumer loyalty. However, the influence of advertising exposure and WOM on consumer loyalty does not necessarily require the mediation of brand awareness. These results suggest that Shopee’s robust advertising campaigns and effective WOM communications significantly embed the brand within the consumer's psyche, facilitating easy recall of Shopee as a platform known for attractive promotions. In conclusion, the formation of consumer loyalty can occur directly through advertising exposure and WOM, highlighting their pivotal roles in cultivating enduring consumer loyalty to Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived value and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on customer engagement, with purchase intention as a mediating variable, among Generation Z users of the Genshin Impact game application. The background of this research is rooted in the increasing competition within the mobile gaming industry and the growing need for companies to maintain user engagement through experiential value and digital recommendations. This study employed a quantitative approach involving four key variables: perceived value, e-WOM, purchase intention, and customer engagement. Data were collected through an online questionnaire administered to respondents aged 17–28 who had played Genshin Impact, with a minimum sample size of 170 participants. The analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through WarpPLS 7.0. The results indicate that both perceived value and e-WOM significantly affect customer engagement. Purchase intention was also found to significantly influence engagement. Indirectly, perceived value demonstrated a significant effect on engagement through purchase intention, whereas e-WOM did not exhibit a significant mediating effect. Theoretically, this study strengthens the understanding of user engagement formation within experience-based digital gaming ecosystems. Practically, it provides implications for game developers in designing marketing strategies that prioritize enhanced experiential value and the optimization of e-WOM. The originality of this study lies in its focus on Generation Z users in Indonesia and its integration of four digital engagement variables into a single comprehensive model.
