Abstract

Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman, motivasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pengalaman, motivasi, dan keterlibatn kerja dapat memberikan jaminan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan melalui Google Form kepada karyawan pada perusahaan jasa surveyor independen di wilayah Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling, dimana jumlah sampel dibatasi sampai dengan 115 responden. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences digunakan dalam analisis statistika. Hasil penelitian mampu membuktikan bahwa pengalaman, motivasi dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pada perusahaan jasa surveyor independen. The research intends to analyze the effect of experience, motivation and work involvement on work productivity. Experience can guarantee an increase in work productivity. Motivation in doing work is needed to be able to complete the job well. In addition, work involvement also affects work productivity because work involvement can produce good work productivity. Increased work productivity is needed to achieve the goals set by the company. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given via Google Form to employees at an independent surveyor service company in the Jakarta area. Sampling using quota sampling, where the number of samples is limited to 115 respondents. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences was used in statistical analysis. The results of the study are able to prove that experience, motivation and work involvement have an effect on work productivity in independent surveyor service companies.

Abstract

Since semester 2 of 2020, when COVID-19 began to be handled well, world economic developments began to show positive growth. In 2021, world economic growth is 5.9% and Indonesia's economic growth is 3.7%, it is estimated that world economic growth in 2022 will be at 4.5% and Indonesia at 5.1%. This also has an impact on the movement of world stock exchanges and also the Indonesian stock market. ICI was at 5,900 at the end of 2020, at the end of 2021 it reached 6,500 and even reached 7,200 at the end of April 2022. This shows that the Indonesian capital market is very attractive to investors. One of the biggest banks in Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, has a market capitalization of Rp. 930 T in 2021, making it a very appealing investment. However, the share price of this bank is only IDR 36,600. With the high level of stock prices acting as a mediator, the goal of this study is to ascertain the impact of profitability and liquidity on stock split decisions. This study uses secondary data from 2014 to 2022 Q1 financial statements. This research uses SEM analysis technique using SmartPLS. As a result, profitability has a significant positive effect on stock split decisions through the mediation of price expensiveness levels and liquidity has a significant negative effect on stock split decisions through mediation of price expensiveness levels.

Abstract

This research investigates the effects of workload and work-related stress on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study applied a probability sampling technique, specifically simple random sampling, to collect data from employees via a digital questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using advanced statistical tools supported by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results demonstrate that both workload and work stress significantly influence employee performance. While these factors contribute positively to productivity, the study emphasizes the necessity of maintaining balanced workload and manageable stress levels to ensure sustained optimal performance. Furthermore, the research recognizes the potential impact of other external variables that may also affect employee performance, which were not included within the study's scope.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee turnover rates. An effective leadership style and supportive organizational culture can play a crucial role in improving employee job satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty, which in turn can reduce the tendency to leave the company. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to employees in several companies, to measure their perception of the leadership style applied and the organizational culture that exists in their workplace. Data analysis on this study used Smart-PLS. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership style is negatively related to employee turnover, while an inclusive and supportive organizational culture also plays a significant role in reducing the turnover rate. This research contributes to human resource managers in designing better policies related to leadership management and organizational culture that can reduce employee turnover and improve overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Human Resource Quality, Work Professionalism, and Work Commitment on Employee Performance in the context of Indonesian manufacturing companies. Amid increasing competition and a demand for productivity, optimizing employee performance has become a strategic imperative. Employing a quantitative causal research design, the study collected data from 62 manufacturing employees through structured questionnaires and analyzed the data using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that Organizational Commitment has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, while Human Resource Quality shows a positive but statistically insignificant influence. In contrast, Work Professionalism demonstrates a negative and non-significant relationship with performance. These results suggest that enhancing employee commitment plays a pivotal role in driving performance, whereas the effects of human resource quality and professionalism may depend on additional organizational factors. The study offers practical insights for human resource development strategies and contributes to the literature by simultaneously analyzing these three constructs in a manufacturing setting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z yang telah lulus kuliah khususnya di Kabupaten Bekasi. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu para generasi z yang bertempat tinggal di kabupaten Bekasi. Metode yang dipakai untuk melakukan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan mengunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan rumus lemeshow didapat sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode sampling pada penelitian ini yang di gunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Motivasi dalam memasuki dunia kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja Gen Z di kabupaten Bekasi. Motivasi dalam memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap efikasi diri dan kesiapan kerja. Efikasi diri menjadi variabel intervening pada motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja Gen Z di Kabupaten Bekasi. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation to enter the workforce on students' work readiness. The focus of this study is Generation Z who have graduated from college, especially in Bekasi Regency. The population used is generation z who live in Bekasi Regency. The method used to conduct this study is using Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS Version 3.0 software. The sample was selected based on the lemeshow formula, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The results of the study prove that motivation to enter the workforce does not affect Gen Z's work readiness in Bekasi Regency. Motivation to enter the workforce has a positive effect on self-efficacy and work readiness. Self-efficacy is an intervening variable in motivation to enter the workforce on Gen Z's work readiness in Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

In The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on assets on stock price. The samples used were 17 property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample technique used was purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data in the form of published annual reports. The methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The data was processed using SPSS Version 23. Based on the results of the study it is known that partially the debt to equity ratio has no effect on stock price and return on asset effects stock price, while simultaneously to equity ratio and return on asset effects stock price..

Abstract

Di era saat ini, akses cepat terhadap informasi melalui perangkat genggam telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Platform media sosial telah berkembang dari alat hiburan dan jejaring informal menjadi saluran bisnis penting untuk promosi, peningkatan citra merek, pengenalan produk, akuisisi pelanggan, dan mempertahankan loyalitas. Transformasi digital ini sangat signifikan bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, yang merupakan komponen vital dalam perekonomian lokal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM di Desa Cikedokan, Kecamatan Cikarang Barat, Kabupaten Bekasi, melalui pemanfaatan smartphone secara efektif untuk pemasaran digital. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan teknologi, merancang tampilan produk menggunakan Canva, serta memanfaatkan Instagram dan Shopee untuk pemasaran online. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama lima jam dengan sesi terstruktur dan dipandu oleh para ahli ini mencakup aktivitas praktis seperti pendaftaran akun dan pembuatan konten. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep pemasaran digital serta kemampuan mereka dalam merancang visual produk yang menarik dan menggunakan media sosial serta platform e-commerce untuk tujuan pemasaran. Peserta juga menyadari bahwa pemasaran digital merupakan alat penting untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mereka. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berjalan dengan sukses sesuai jadwal dan merekomendasikan pemantauan berkelanjutan serta peningkatan pemanfaatan smartphone untuk memperkuat jejaring bisnis dan meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM. Inisiatif ini berkontribusi pada upaya inklusi digital dan pemberdayaan ekonomi pelaku usaha lokal melalui intervensi peningkatan kapasitas yang terarah.
