Abstract

Limbah genteng dipercaya sebagai material pozzolan/cementious yang dapat digunakan sebagai material pengganti semen. Kandungan unsurnya sama dengan kandungan unsur yang dimiliki oleh semen yaitu SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 (Ridwan, 2017). Limbah genteng banyak dijumpai di pabrik pencetak genteng, yang mana peneliti mengambil lokasi penelitian di desa Kunir Lumajang sebagai tempat penelitian dengan berlimpahnya limbah genteng yang tidak dimanfaatkan maka menjadi pemikiran utama untuk memanfaatkan limbah tersebut sehingga memiliki nilai jual. Beton ringan yang pada era modern banyak diminati sebagai material ringan yang dapat mengurangi berat sendiri dari bangunan gedung utamanya, menjadi topik utama pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pengembang alumunium powder sebanyak 0,75% dari berat semen, dan dengan menambahkan limbah genteng dan kapur sebesar 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20% dari berat semen, nilai FAS 0,6. Benda uji yang digunakan adalah benda uji silinder dengan ukuran 20cm dan diameter 10 cm dengan jumlah masing-masing 3 benda uji pada setiap variasi. Pengujian pendahuluan pada material limbah genteng adalah pengujian XRD dan XRF yang ditujukan untuk memastikan kandungan kristal dan unsur kimiawi. Pengujian sifat mekanik dari benda uji dilakukan uji tekan dan uji berat volume. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa semakin banyak penambahan serbuk genteng dan kapur nilai kuat tekan dan berat volume pada benda uji semakin menurun. Nilai kuat tekan tertinggi yang didapat adalah 12,704 kg/cm2 dan dengan nilai volume 880,828 kg/m3. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya treatment khusus agar potensi yang terdapat dalam limbah genteng dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Sidomulyo 1 di Kecamatan Silo, Kabupaten Jember, menghadapi risiko tinggi bencana gempa bumi dan longsor akibat kondisi topografi yang curam dan aktivitas tektonik yang signifikan. Minimnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap mitigasi bencana meningkatkan potensi kerugian baik dari segi keselamatan maupun ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan simulasi mitigasi bencana. Metode yang digunakan mencakup diskusi awal, sosialisasi bahaya dan mitigasi gempa serta longsor, serta simulasi evakuasi dan pelatihan dasar penyelamatan diri. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam wawasan terhadap kerentanan bencana, pemahaman mitigasi, serta keterampilan evakuasi dan penyelamatan diri, dengan rata-rata skor post-test meningkat dibanding pretest. Simulasi evakuasi juga meningkatkan kesiapan masyarakat dalam menghadapi situasi darurat. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan mitigasi bencana di Kelompok Tani Sidomulyo 1, yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko dan dampak bencana di masa depan.

Abstract

Bore pile foundation work is an important stage in construction that requires high productivity to achieve the desired time and quality targets. However, productivity is often hampered by constraints on 5M resources. This research aims to determine the number of working hours lost due to obstacles originating from each resource during the implementation of bore pile work. In this way, the impact of constraints on productivity can be identified and analyzed quantitatively. Then, baseline productivity is determined to serve as a reference for measuring the level of disruption. Next, a recapitulation of project constraints is carried out to identify the independent and dependent variables. The validity and reliability of the independent variables were tested before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using four classical assumptions. Factor coefficient model calculations were carried out to measure the influence of each constraint factor on productivity. Expected productivity and disruption index are calculated to determine the disruption and loss of productivity. Lost working hours are calculated based on the accumulated impact of these obstacles. The research showed that during the 37 days of bore pile work with 198.8 working hours, the material factor significantly reduced productivity, with a loss of 2,743 hours. Machine and Money factors also contributed to a decrease in productivity of 2,088 hours and 1,31 hours respectively. Meanwhile, the Method and Man factors analysis could not be carried out because the observation data showed invalid results. The conclusion of this research reveals that the material factor is the main obstacle that influences the productivity of bore pile work, followed by the Machine and Money factors.

Abstract

The State University Hospital Construction Project (RSPTN) at the University of Jember exhibits high complexity in its implementation, involving various factors that have the potential to impact the quality of Human Resources (HR) and the risk of performance failure. This study aims to identify failure risks, evaluate dominant factors affecting Human Resource (HR) quality, and formulate risk mitigation strategies. The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method is used to systematically analyze the root causes of the problems. The results of the study indicate that the dominant factors contributing to failure are a lack of awareness regarding job responsibilities, poor coordination, and limited worker experience, with the highest Severity Index (SI) value recorded at 99,67%. Recommended mitigation measures include technical training, certification, strict supervision, and the implementation of a reward and punishment system. With appropriate mitigation strategies, failure risks can be reduced, and project performance can be improved.

Abstract

Safety and accidents at work are the most serious thing to note, on building projects stroke center at Haji Hospital of Surabaya is still a lot of workers are less aware and less understanding about the safety and accidents caused due to neglect of the problem of workplace accidents. It is necessary to analyze the implementation of safety management system construction as well as the influence of the cost of the implementation of the project. This research method uses quantitative description based on the analysis about the application of the safety management system of construction on building projects stroke center Haji Hospital Surabaya, data collection through questionnaires (primary) which is distributed to 30 respondents consisting of the executive team (contractor), supervisory (MK) project and also some of the foreman of the workers, and observation and also documentation, where data is the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the software IBM SPSS version 25, looking for the results of the multiple linear regression, T-test, an F-test. The results of linear regression analysis, T-test and F test obtained the value of T count T table where X1 = 3,071, X2 = 5,5658, X6 = 3,006 and X7 = 3,560 and F count= 54,308 F table = 2,46, the meaning that the variable of X1, X2, X6 and X7 are significant to application of safety management of the construction with the cost of implementation of construction projects
