Abstract

The bridge that will be planned is resettled in Manatuto, with a span of 100 m and a width of 9.74 m. In this Final Project Preparation, the Sahen Soibada Bridge was redesigned using Girder I beams with a cross section height of 2300 mm, prestressive concrete quality K 300 and Fc ’41.5 Mpa Calculation of loading on the bridge using SNI 1725: 2015, Analysis of the load that occurs is analysis of dead load, additional dead load, live load, wind load and analysis of the influence of time such as crawling and shrinkage and loss of prestressing. Then the results of the analysis carried out stress control that occurred in the structure. As well as for the structure of the budget for the 100 m WF Baja bridge that is equal to US $ 3,384 214.13 while for Concrete that is equal to 3,070,804.08.

Abstract

Generally, a basement construction requires an appropriate Earth Retaining Wall to support the development process in the area. In the project area of ??PT. UBS Surabaya has the construction of a Soldier Pile which is arranged from Bored Pile and Bentonite Pile, the construction applies the Bottom Up and Dewatering method which means that construction starts from the subgrade level firstly and then the construction work goes up. This research was aimed to examine the existing types of retaining wall (Soldier Pile) with an alternative comparison of Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP). This is aimed to finding the effectiveness retaining wall that has been used with another methods so that it can affect to management in terms of cost and time which has been taken. Based on the comparison result of two methods, it is found that the use of the Soldier Pile method has a cost difference of Rp. 139,533,000,- less than the Sheet Pile method. However, the implementation time of the Sheet Pile method is 28 days faster than the Soldier Pile method, with this comparison, the Sheet Pile method is considered more effectively applied with an implementation time effectiveness ratio of 36.36% considering that the development project area is close to densely populated settlements. Based on the results of the comparison of the two methods, it is found that the use of the Soldier Pile method has a cost difference of Rp. 139,533,000,- less than the Sheet Pile method. Abstract

Public - Private Partnership (PPP) offers many potential benefits for the government in providing infrastructure facilities. However, the implementation of the Public Private Partnership project is not easy. Infrastructure Development is one of the development priorities in developed and developing countries, including Timor-Leste. As one of the priorities of national development, cost limitations are the main problem faced by the government. Therefore, to overcome the lack of funding, the government can involve the private sector in terms of providing funds to finance the construction of infrastructure facilities.The Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (RDTL) must have good regulations to achieve the goals of Timor-Leste in the future through cooperation between the government and the private sector. Good regulation is one of the best ways for good cooperation between the government and the private sector.In this study, the chosen location is the Tibar Bay Port in Timor-Leste. Based on the results of research that has been done, infrastructure development efforts do not have to rely on the Timor-Leste government as a single actor, the involvement of other parties such as the private sector is also needed for infrastructure development. The Government of Timor-Leste is fulfilling a big dream for the the future through the development of infrastructure in accordance with the strategic development plan for 2011-2030 to come, because the Government of Timor-Leste prepares a bright future for a country to become a developed country like other countries.

Abstract

Ducting system berfungsi sebagai media untuk mensirkulasikan sejumlah udara dari suatu ruangan dengan bantuan Fan unit / blower pendingin udara (AC) Central dengan menggunakan sistem resirkulasi (Return Air). Jenis bahan dari ducting saat ini yang di gunakan ada 2 jenis, yaitu Polyurethane (PU) dan Baja Jenis Lapis Seng (BJLS). Instalasi ducting dengan material yang berbeda akan berdampak pada lama pengerjaan proyek dan biaya yang dikeluarkan sehingga akan mempengaruhi margin keuntungan proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa perbandingan dari segi waktu dan biaya pengerjaan sistem ducting dengan kedua bahan diatas pada proyek Hotel Swiss Bel- Inn Juanda Surabaya. Instalasi ducting dengan bahan Polyurethane (PU) dari segi biaya lebih hemat 28,42% dibanding bahan BJLS, dan produktivitasnya pekerjaan dengan menggunakan bahan PU lebih tinggi (5,36 m²/orang/hari berbanding 3,57 m²/orang/hari).

Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan MNC Tower Surabaya, mengalami keterlambatan waktu. Dari keterlambatan itu maka di lakukanlah review faktor dari keterlambatan yang terjadi dalam pembangunan proyek tersebut dengan hasil analisis biaya percepatan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya keterlambatan pembangunan proyek yang akan datang. Pada penelilian ini, dilakukan perencanaan langkah yang harus diambil untuk mengatasi keterlambatan tersebut dengan melakukan penyusun urutan kegiatan, menentukan durasi aktivitas dan menentukan besar biaya yang dikeluarkan sebagai konsekuensi percepatan pada proyek apartemen MNC TOWER 39 lantai. Data untuk penelitian didapat dari kontraktor yang bersangkutan. Didalam evaluasi ini ditekankan pada pembahasan pekerjaan basement sebagai item yang mengalami keterlambatan. Dari data schedule yang ada dan analisa dapat dibuat master schedule yang baru yang dapat digunakan untuk analisa percepatan dengan menggunakan metode PERT. Percepatan dilakukan pada pekerjaan yang berada pada lintasan kritis. Sehingga yang semula durasi pekerjaan struktur Basement adalah 450 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp 45,035,612,198 menjadi 390 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp 45,781,908,198. Percepatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penambahan jam kerja atau lembur.

Abstract

Semakin tinggi suatu bangunan, maka beban akibat gaya lateral yang terjadi akan semakin besar. Dalam perencanaan struktur gedung Apartment 88 Avenue Surabaya ini digunakan sistem struktur SRPMK (Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus). Perencanaan bangunan gedung ini berdasarkan Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 2847 : 2013). Serta untuk gempa berdasarkan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung (SNI 1726 : 2012). Dalam analisa beban gempa menggunakan analisis dinamik Respons Spektrum. Struktur direncanakan menggunakan konstruksi beton bertulang. Metode perencanaan meliputi struktur primer yaitu pendimensian dan penulangan balok induk, dan kolom. Serta struktur sekunder yaitu terdiri dari pendimensian dan penulangan pelat, balok anak dan tangga. Dari hasil perencanaan struktur didapatkan dimensi balok induk 35/70 cm (5D22 ; 3D22), balok anak 30/55 cm (2D16 ; 2D16), pelat lantai tebal 14 cm (D10-275), pelat tangga tebal 20 cm (D13-150 ; D10-150), kolom 190x190 cm (40D32). Perencanaan bore pile, direncanakan diameter 100 cm dengan kedalaman 30 m. Serta pile cap berdimensi cm dengan penulangan D25-175.

Abstract

Perencanaan ulang struktur atasbaja dengan struktur atasbeton pada struktur pembangunan asrama PMY Baucau, ukuran denah yang terdiri dari 2 lantai dan tinggi gedung ini bertujuan : 1.) untuk mendesain dimensi struktur atas seperti kolom, balok dan pelat, 2.) untuk menghitung beban rencana gravitasi dan seismik pada bangunan, 3.) untuk menentukan tulangan balok dan kolom dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK) dan analisis struktur tersebut menggunakan SAP2000.V14, 4.) untuk membuat perbandingan RAB, guna mengetahui nilai ekonomis dari kedua alternative struktur tersebut. Perhitungan struktur beton mengacu pada SNI 2847-2013, perhitungan gempa mengacu pada SNI 1726-2012 dan perhitungan RAB mengacu harga upah dan bahan dari Timor-Leste. Dari hasil perhitungan struktur beton didapatkan dimensi-dimensi struktur beton diantaranya balok , ,dan , kolom , pelat lantai untuk lantai 1 dan untuk lantai. Untukpondasididapatkanmenggunakan pondasiFoot Plate dengan ukuran kolom, dan ukuran pondasi. Hasil rencana anggaran biaya untuk kedua alternative strukturadalahsebagaiberikut :untuk alternative struktur atasbeton adalahdanuntuk alternative struktur atasbaja adalah .Berdasarkanhasil perhitungan alternative RAB kedua struktur tersebut didapatkanbahwa struktur atasbeton lebih ekonomis dibandingkan struktur atasbaja. Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting bagi setiap perusahaan jasa/barang pada perusahaan. Terminal Bungurasih merupakan terminal bus tersibuk di Indonesia (dengan jumlah penumpang hingga 120.000 per hari) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas sistem pelayanan Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai pengumpul data, sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 penumpang dari berbagai maskapai di lokasi penelitian yaitu di Terminal Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya. Analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis meliputi uji t, uji f dan determinasi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan Analisis kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas sistem pelayanan Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya diukur dari 5 dimensi yaitu Tangible Reliability Responsiviness Assurance dan Empathy yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kualitas sistem pelayanan.

Abstract

Suroboyo Bus is a type of bus based on Bus Rapid Transit. This public transportation is a new transportation issued by the Surabaya City Government with various routes in the middle of the City. The newly opened route is the MERR-Gunung Anyar route. Therefore, the study was conducted to determine the assessment of customers on the service quality of Suroboyo Bus. In this study, the independent variable uses the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method which has five important dimensions, namely Tangible (X1), Assurance (X2), Reliability (X3), Responsiveness (X4), and Empathy (X5). While the dependent variable is the quality of service infrastructure (Y). The number of samples is 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis and a method of importance performance analysis (IPA). The five independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable simultaneously and there are several independent variables that have partial influence. Based on the research results, the performance of the services provided has not met the expectations of customers / passengers. But the customer feels that the services provided are quite satisfying. As well as there are several infrastructures that must be prioritized for repair, namely the addition of shelter buildings along withinfrastructure, and the responsiveness of officers in order to increase the level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Abstract

A reinforced concrete building concrete reinforced that floored many extreme vulnerable to collapse if it is not well planned. Therefore, needed a planning structure that can qualify the criteria of strenght, serviceability, safety, and durability. The performance of a building will work and be more optimal if structural planning and analytical methods are correct. This planning is aided by a 17th version of ETABS program, the process of planning is made based on structural concrete requirements for buildings (SNI 2847-2019) and earthquake resistance planning ordinances (SNI 1726-2019). The purpose of this building structure planning is to produce calculations based on SNI. This design produces a main beam with type 35/70 with 2D22 top & bottom 2D22 reinforcement and D10-125 & D10-300 stirrup reinforcement, the second type 50/100 with 4D22 top & bottom 2D22 reinforcement and D10-125 & D10-300 stirrup reinforcement. Sec-beam type 25/50 with 2D16 bottom & 2D16 top reinforcement and D10-125 & D10-225 stirrup reinforcement. One way plate 14cm thick with D10-200 reinforcement. Column type 145x145 with 28D22 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups, 135x135 type with 24D32 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups, 110x110 type with 16D32 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups, 100x100 type with 12D32 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups. and 1 type of shearwall with a wall thickness of 40cm with 2D13-100 boundary reinforcement & 2x5D16-150 Ties.
