Abstract

Kepadatan lalu lintas akan mempengaruhi kelancaran pelayanan darurat mobil ambulan. Salah satu solusi untuk meminimalisir dan menghindari masalah ini adalah dengan menemukan rute yang lebih optimal untuk dilalui berdasarkan jarak terdekat dan waktu tercepat untuk mencapainya. ArcGIS dapat memberikan informasi yang mendekati kondisi nyata, serta memprediksi keputusan strategis seperti menentukan rute. Network analyst yang merupakan salah satu fitur dalam Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang ada di ArcGIS dapat digunakan dalam menentukan rute. Objek penelitian ini adalah kelurahan-kelurahan di Kabupaten Jember, dan lokasi tujuannya adalah Unit Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Jember. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, rute optimal untuk ambulan desa dari Karangrejo, Kranjingan, Muktisari, dan Wirolegi menuju ke UGD Rumah Sakit Bina Sehat. Kelurahan Baratan menuju UGD pada Rumah Sakit Dr. Soebandi. Kelurahan Antirogo dan Patrang menuju UGD Rumah Sakit Baladhika Husada. Kelurahan Kebonsari, dan Sumbersari menuju UGD Rumah Sakit Jember Klinik.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stabilitas lereng kondisi eksisting dan setelah mengalami perkuatan soil nailing. Analisis stabilitas lereng kondisi eksisting dilakukan dengan perhitungan rumus metode fellenius dan program Slope/W. Perkuatan soil nailing dianalisis terhadap stabilitas eksternal yakni terhadap keruntuhan global, gaya geser dan daya dukung tanah, serta terhadap stabilitas internal terhadap putus dan cabut tulangan. Analisis dilakukan dengan dan tanpa adanya pengaruh gempa, serta dalam kondisi tanah jenuh. Dari hasil analisis stabilitas eksisting lereng didapatkan bahwa lereng dalam kondisi labil/longsor sering terjadi karena memiliki nilai faktor keamanan 1,07. Dari hasil analisis perkuatan soil nailing didapatkan desain yang memenuhi kriteria aman yakni soil nailing dengan 13 nail bar berdiameter 32 mm, fy 520 MPa, panjang 6 meter, diameter lubang bor  20 cm dan sudut pemasangan sebesar 10° dengan nilai faktor keamanannya yakni; (1) stabilitas eksternal; (a) terhadap keruntuhan global, FSG(Slope/W) = 1,513 , FSG(Slope/W) = 1,305 (kondisi gempa), FSG(rumus) = 1,515 , FSG(rumus) = 1,389 (kondisi gempa); (b) terhadap gaya geser, FSSL = 2,163; (c) terhadap daya dukung tanah, FSH = 15,344, dan (2) stabilitas internal, (a) terhadap cabut tulangan; FSP = 2,404, (b) terhadap putus tulangan, FSST = 3,125.

Abstract

Learning facilities for students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Jember (FT-UNEJ) were still insufficient. Fifteen study programs at FT-UNEJ were only served in one lecture building. Additional floors in existing buildings are done to increase the classrooms as a follow to the problem. An additional three floors were made as a classroom and one roof as a meeting room (rooftop). Planning and evaluation were done by modeling 3D buildings in a structural analysis program. Analysis and evaluation in the structural analysis program were modeled with the same dimensions as the existing conditions, and an additional number of floors would be added according to the preliminary design calculations. Modeling results showed the condition of the building plans was still safe. The largest inter-floor deviation value is 10.2 mm which is still below the permit deviation (31.5 mm), and the structural integrity value is -0.97 (requirement -1 <- 0.97 <1).

Abstract

An unstable slope is identical to the low value of their factor of safety (FS). Slope with low FS are in critical condition, which can cause landslides. On the other hand, the presence of triggering factor such as rain and human activities will increase the percentage of landslide. It has happened in Dompyong village. The Rocscience Slide Program, used to analyze slope stability in Dompyong village based on the simplified – bishop method. Based on the analysis, the FS value of the initial condition of slope is 0,85. Therefore, the slope is in critical condition because the FS value is less than 1,07. A combination method of retaining wall and micropiles is used to strengthen slope stability. This method can increase the FS value to 1,370. The slope is in a stable condition relatively because the FS value is more than 1,25.

Abstract

The launched of the new Probolinggo-Pasuruan toll road affected the Express Bus route from Jember to Surabaya. Taken from a third party application, the travel time for the Jember-Surabaya Express Bus route changes faster. The acceleration of travel time is 1 hour, from 4 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours 30 minutes. The initial hypothesis of this change is a change in public interest as users of the mode of transportation from the Train to the Express Bus. The Stated Preference method is used to determine people's preferences. Based on the analysis results, there are two utility model results obtained from the travel cost difference attribute and the travel time difference attribute with an R² value of 0.995. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis, the greater the difference between the cost of travel and the difference in travel time, the probability of train passengers to move using the Express Bus will continue to increase. Peresmian tol baru Probolinggo-Pasuruan mempengaruhi rute Bus Patas dari Jember ke Surabaya. Diambil dari aplikasi pihak ketiga, waktu tempuh rute Bus Patas Jember-Surabaya berubah lebih cepat. Percepatan waktu tempuh adalah sebesar 1 jam, dari 4 jam 30 menit menjadi 3 jam 30 menit. Hipotesis awal dari adanya perubahan tersebut adalah akan adanya perubahan minat masyarakat sebagai pengguna moda transportasi dari Kereta Api ke Bus Patas. Metode Stated Preference digunakan untuk menentukan preferensi orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat dua hasil model utilitas yang diperoleh dari atribut perbedaan biaya perjalanan dan atribut perbedaan waktu tempuh dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,995. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sensitivitas, semakin besar selisih biaya perjalanan dengan selisih waktu tempuh maka probabilitas penumpang Kereta Api untuk berpindah menggunakan Bus Patas akan terus meningkat.

Abstract

The construction project of Pematang Panggang - Kayu Agung Toll Road, Section 4 is located in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This project area has a soft clay soil type. With the condition of the soft soil, soft soil repairs need to be done at the project site. The soil improvement used is the Preloading Method combination of Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) and Prefabricated Horizontal Drain (PHD). This method of repair is done by comparing the time of soil consolidation before and after using the Preloading combination of Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) and Prefabricated Horizontal Drain (PHD) by measuring the time needed to achieve consolidation of 90% and the effectiveness of the Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) installation pattern. With the installation of Prefabricated Vertical Drain on the pattern of installation of rectangles / rectangles with a distance of 0.8 m, it can accelerate consolidation to 19 weeks from the time before PVD is installed. It takes 130 years. Then hoarding with Hinisial = 11 meters is carried out, for the first stage of hoarding with a value of Hcr = 4.375 m carried out up to 4 m, the decrease that occurs is 1.0735 m so that the remaining stock is 2.9265 m. After the value of Cu (Undrained cohesion) has increased, for the second stage of stockpiling, the value of Hcr = 13,526 m. The decrease that occurred in the second stage was 1.6634 m with the rest of the embankment 5.3366 m. So the total embankment height that has been compressed is 8.2631 m. and to reach the Hfinal the next hoarding stage is carried out to reach 8.69 m

Abstract

Bondek slab is a composite slab consisting of galvanized steel, wiremesh and concrete. Compared to conventional slab, bondek slab themselve are still not applied to often in Indonesia because it requires special calculations to use them. The purpose of the study are to calculate the budget and period of slab work by using the bondek slab method and determine the budget and period efficiency of using the conventional slab and bondek slab. To find this out, analysis is carried out starting from structur analysis, volume analysis, budget analysis and period analysis. The analysis shows that the slab can reduce the cost of slab implementation is 35.45% or Rp. 1,223,932,278.33 and accelerate the time for floor slab work is 36.21% or 63 days, which originally used conventional floor slab cost is Rp. 3,452,222,761.32 and the duration of work is 174 days. While if use a bondek slab only costs is Rp. 2,228,290,482.99 and the duration of work is 111 days.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health are things that need attention.Zaini Z. Ikhsan, chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Expert Association, said that every year 96,000 work accident cases occur. Importance awareness of occupational safety and health to provide a sense of security and prevention of workplace accidents can increase work productivity.This study aims to analyze the risk of work accidents in the construction projects of lecture buildings, laboratories, and workshops majoring in Mechanical Engineering, State Polytechnic of Malang. The method used is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method.The results of the study showed that 2 of the 34 risks studied had a significant risk impact, namely workers injured by exposure to iron in the commissioning work and workers falling on the ceiling work. The two risks that have the most significant impact are included in quadrant 1 on the risk map.Risks that go into quadrant 1 means that these risks must be taken seriously and require quick treatment.

Abstract

This research aims to make a bearing capacity distribution map of shallow foundations (footplate), which is to provide convenience in terms of examining substructure buildings planned by the consultant by the owner. Spatial concepts method, ArcGIS and kriging, are used to simplify the analysis stage in making bearing capacity maps. Bearing capacity distribution map of soil shows that most of the University of Jember area at two meters depth has hard soil consistency and has a bearing capacity of around 83.9 - 110.9 kg/cm2. The results of comparative analysis of ArcGIS and CPT has a ratio of 0,758 for point 1 and 0,765 for point 2.

Abstract

Pondasi tiang pancang pada suatu konstruksi sangat perlu dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan beberapa metode. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah program analisis Finite Element Method (FEM) 3D. Pada metode ini dapat mengatasi keterbatasan metode P–Y yang ada untuk area yang luas dan mendekati kombinasi perilaku yang sesungguhnya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi program 3D pada diameter dan kedalaman tiang yang diinterpretasikan pada hasil uji PDA dengan CAPWAP. Dari hasil perhitungan daya dukung ijin menggunakan 6 pemodelan pada program 3D FEM yang telah diinterpretasikan, didapatkan analisis dan perhitungan yang terbaik yaitu pondasi tiang dengan diameter 0,6 meter dan kedalaman ± 54 meter yang menghasilkan nilai keamanan 2,721, Qijin 220,67 ton, dan penurunan total 0,2907 meter. Penulangan pilecap D25-100 mm dan raft D32-100 mm.
