Drug abuse are complex problems in adolescents because it can cause physical, psychological and social problems. Rehabilitation efforts are needed to reduce drug abuse in adolescents, one of this is multidimensional family therapy (MDFT). MDFT emphasizes the context of adolescent development and family function. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of MDFT on drug abuse in adolescents. This research is a systematic review to synthesize research articles by adjusting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Articles that include the inclusion and exclusion criteria are analyzed the quality of these studies with the Critical Assessment Capability Program for RCT. The results of the research article are read by compiling the extraction data, then the data is synthesized for discussion. The results of a review of four research articles show that MDFT reduce drug abuse in adolescents. The results of these studies can be used as evidence based on nursing practice and nursing research. MDFT can be adopted as an intervention in the treatment of adolescents with drug abuse. Further research is needed to find out the effect that might occur and moderator variables that can affect the effectiveness of MDFT.

Background: Fracture is a break of tissue continuity caused by trauma or physical exertion. Surgery or operative action is a management of fracture that can cause anxiety. One of therapy to reduce anxiety can use deep breathing relaxation techniques to reduce tension especially preoperative moment. Objective: To determine effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on anxiety level of femur fracture preoperative patient in Karima Utama Surgical Hospital. Method: The type of research used quantitative research with a Quasi Experiment with Pre Test and Post Test Nonequivalent Control Group design. Sampling technique used Accidental Sampling as many as 30 respondents. Analysis data used Mann-Whitney test with confidence level of 95%. Result: Obtained P-value = 0.000 means there is a significant effect on the administration of deep breathing relaxation techniques on the anxiety level of femur fracture preoperative patients. Conclusion: There was a significant effect on the administration of deep breathing relaxation techniques on the anxiety level of femur fracture preoperative patients in the Karima Utama Surgical Hospital.

Background of Study: Technological developments that are very influential on the human mindset are gadgets. The use of gadgets has positive and negative impacts, one the gadget consumers start from early childhood, so it requires the role of parents for the readiness and development of their children, social and emotional abilities are the foundation for the development of the ability to interact with the wider environment.Purpose: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the role of parents and the emotional and social behavior of preschool children who use gadgets in Singkil.Method: This study uses an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach and the data collection techniques with questionnaires. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 39 respondents. The data were processed by SPSS to analyze univariate and bivariate with the Spearman Rank correlation test.Result: Data collection was carried out in April-May 2022 with 39 samples. The results show that the role of parents is sufficient at 61.5%, and the value of social-emotional behavior of preschool children is sufficient at 56.4%. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test showed that the p-value was 0.004 (p <0.05), and the correlation coefficient value of the two variables was moderate (0.452).Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of parents and the emotional and social behavior of preschool children who use gadgets in Singkil village with a p-value of 0.004.

Background: Children's memory and concentration in learning play a very important role in realm of education world. Effective memory and concentration in learning can influence the level of children's achievement. However, it is not uncommon for children to easily experience a decline in memory and concentration in learning due to amount of material that children have to master, which makes the brain get tired quickly and work less than optimally, so that activities are needed that can stimulate brain work and improve children's memory and concentration in learning. One activity that can improve children's memory and concentration in learning is brain exercise. Objective: The objective of this research is to determine the effect of brain gym on memory and learning concentration of MI Tarbiyatus Sibyan Klitikan students. Method: In this research, the method used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with a one group pre-test posttest design. The samples taken were 42 using the purposive sampling method. The instruments in this research were the digit span test back and forth and a concentration observation sheet questionnaire. Data processing was carried out using SPSS to obtain the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test results. Results: The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a significant influence between brain exercise on memory and learning concentration with a value of p <0.001 (p<0.05), which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so there is an influence of brain exercise (brain gym) on strength. remember and concentrate on children's learning. Conclusion: There is an effect of providing brain gymnastics on the level of memory and learning concentration of MI Tarbiyatus Sibyan Klitikan students. Background: Body image is an individual's attitude towards body shape, body appearance, function and potential size of the body consciously and unconsciously. During adolescence, the perception of body image becomes stronger, especially in young women, a time when a person is going through a period of physical change and psychological development, which can make teenagers pay attention to their body shape and keep themselves busy to satisfy their appearance. The assessment among young women is that current body standards, which prioritize physical appearance with a proportional body shape, make today's young women less confident, young women always judge themselves through the eyes of other people, namely their social friends. Objective: Identifying the relationship between body image and self-confidence in young women at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosegoro. Method: This research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling, and data analysis uses Spearman's Rank correlation. Results: The results of data analysis from Spearman's rank were obtained???? value = 0.008 < ? = 0.05 which means the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between body image and self-confidence in young women at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosegoro. Conclusion: There is a relationship between body image and self-confidence in young women at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosegoro. With the direction of the relationship, the more positive a person's body image, the higher the level of self-confidence. Conversely, the more negative a person's body image, the lower their level of self-confidence.

Abstract: Abundant banana stem waste is often wasted and becomes an environmental problem. In fact, research results show that banana stems are rich in benefits, one of which is the potential as an anti-obesity agent. Seeing this potential, the community service team tried to process banana stem waste into nutritious and economically valuable food products. This community service activity focused on assisting PKK Metuk mothers in processing banana stems into innovative food products. With intensive training and assistance, it is hoped that PKK mothers can produce value-added food products from banana stem waste. In addition to providing health benefits to the community, this activity is also expected to improve the community's economy through the development of small and medium enterprises based on local resources. The results of this community service activity show that the processing of banana stem waste into food products can be successful. PKK mothers succeeded in producing food products that are not only beneficial for health, but also have good market potential. This success proves that banana stem waste can be a valuable resource if managed properly. Keywords: Musa paradisiaca, economy, health

Background: The achievement of membership registered in BPJS services until the end of December 2020 reached 81.4% of the total population in Boyolali Regency. The lack of general knowledge about BPJS still confuses many people even they don't know about BPJS, because there are still many Indonesian people who support or do not support BPJS which is required by law. This makes the demand for the community to know about BPJS knowledge. This knowledge is expected to have a relationship with participation as a BPJS member.Objectives: to find out the relationship between the level of knowledge about BPJS and community participation in becoming members of the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) in Sukorejo village.Method: This study uses a non-experimental method with a cross-sectional research approach. This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 76 people. Data were processed using the SPSS program to analyze univariate and bivariate with the Kendall’s tau test.Result: The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction ?<0.05 (?=0.011), which indicates that "There is a relationship between the level of knowledge about BPJS and community participation as members of the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS)".Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge about BPJS and community participation as members of the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). It is hoped that the public will increase their general knowledge of BPJS.
