Abstract

The rise of online teaching is currently being carried out due to a pandemic which results in everyone having to limit interactions, this is aimed at reducing transmission of the coronavirus. Likewise, the existence of online teaching has resulted in the teaching staff, especially playgroup teachers having difficulty making a bonding with their students. They feel limited space and interaction between teachers and students. The existence of this, the researcher conducted a training to increase bonding between teachers and students by providing training in the form of “101 Online Class Strategies” in this training there were 5 teachers involved in this activity. There are 4 female teacher’s and 1 male teacher with the mean pre-test 111.00 and post-test of 115.40. Keywords: Training, Playgroup, Bounding, Teacher, Pandemic

Abstract

Literary works have always been influenced by mythological traditions, which offer a wealth of symbolism and thematic complexity. The research aims to analyse the novel's characters, themes, and symbols. With an emphasis on how the incorporation of mythological themes enriches the novel's moral and spiritual aspects, this research explores the function of literary tradition and mythology in C.S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The steps for collecting and analysing data are reading the novel, categorizing and identifying the characters, and then analyse them. The study identifies eleven mythological characters and analyse their symbolic roles. The characters are Mr. Tumnus, The White Witch, Ginnarbrik, Mr. and Mrs Beavers, Maugrim, Santa Claus, Aslan, Centaurs, Giants, Dryads and Naiads, and Werewolf. The benefit of the research is to provide a greater knowledge of how mythology continues to impact modern literature and our understanding of human nature by evaluating the ways in which Lewis creates the characters and shapes the plot by drawing on mythical traditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan untuk mengetahui Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Komit Prima Teknik. Metode penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, koefesien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Komit Prima Teknik, yang ditandai dengan hasil Uji T diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (3,317 > 2,012). Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilainsignifikan 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Disiplin Keja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Komit Prima Teknik, yang ditandai dengan hasil Uji T diperoleh niali t hitung > t tabel atau (4,216 > 2.102). Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05. 3) Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Komit Prima Teknik, yang ditandai dengan hasil Uji F diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (8,907 > 3,20). Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0,05.
