Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat analisis budaya politik lokal dan partisipasi politik dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan umum 2019 di Desa Kota lama, Kecamatan Rengat Barat. Dalam sebuah negara Demokrasi, partisipasi politik masyarakat merupakan salah satu tolak ukur dari keberhasilan Demokrasi. Semakin tinggi partisipasi masyarakat, maka akan semakin baik pula kualitas Demokrasi suatu negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Deskriptif Kualitatif, karena penelitian ini melukiskan dan menggambarkan fakta-fakta yang ada di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaittu dengan menggunakan metode Observasi, Penelitian Kepustakaan, dan Field Work Research. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis terkait Budaya Politik yang ada di Desa Kota Lama, terlihat bahwa sebesar 54% masyarakat Desa Kota Lama merupakan tipe Subektif, 32% Partisipan dan 14% merupakan tipe Parokial, untuk analisis Partisipasi Politik terlihat bahwa sebanyak 88% tipe masyarakatnya merupakan Otonom, dan sebesar 12% merupakan tipe dimoblisasi, terkait dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan, bahwa antara Budaya Politik dan Partisipasi Politik tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Abstract This research is in Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is specialized in Rengat District. The purpose of this study is to determine how the correlation between the level of education with the participation of novice voters in the 2019 Election in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research used quantitative methods, with descriptive analysis. The sample in this study were novice voters in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, with total 1072 people. By using the Slovin formula, 91 samples were obtained. This research used primary data types. The analytical tool used in this study is by using Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a correlation with the participation of novice voters in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Abstract

This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu district, where this research used three villages that held head selection by using electronic voting, there are: Sidomulyo, Sungai Baung and Batu Gajah. This research used qualitative descriptive approach with the consideration that the researcher intends to obtain a picture of the Community Readiness for the Implementation of Village Head Election using the Electronic Voting (E-Voting) method in Indragiri Hulu District. This research used observation, interviews and documentation to collected all the data. The results of this study indicate that the application of the use of electronic voting in the three villages is already good, where this is indicated by the majority of the community that can already use the e-voting tool. only a small portion of the community still does not understand how to use it.

Abstract

The background of this research is a field experiment which finds that there are many emerging businesses and after observing there is a comparison of developing and undeveloped businesses. One of the things that affect it is the lack of capital and requires subsidized funds which of course will be difficult to obtain. The difficulty in finding additional funds is inseparable from the role of legal aspects in business. However, the purpose of this research is inseparable from the concept of management which shows the role of its impact on economic development in Indragiri Hulu. The research method uses qualitative methods which are described to look for issues of economic development and community difficulties in obtaining the legal standing of the business being run. This legal standing, of course, is based on licensing, the stages of which are poorly understood. The role of this legal standing can be conveyed to the general public, so that more and more businesses have businesses that have permits, so that in obtaining sources of funds for the development of the business concerned, and of course it can support the regional economy, especially the Indragiri Hulu Regency. As a result, government participation must be quantifiable, implying that the government considers the amount to which it intervenes in the economy in three ways: (1) as a regulator, (2) as a provider, and (3) as an entrepreneur. While the most essential purpose of the law is to give certainty in the conduct of economic transactions. The government's primary responsibility is to enforce the law. and the main function of law is social progress and better standards of life.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in Rengat District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest in Small and Medium Enterprises in Rengat District. With the number of samples used as many as 98 respondents. Data processing using IBM SPSS Statistic 21 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Interest. (2) Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Purchase intention has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest.

Abstract

Setiap dosen memiliki tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan kapasitas diri baik dari segi keilmuan maupun bidang teknologi. Dosen harus menyesuaikan pembelajaran sesuai tuntutan zaman. Berdasarkan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Perguruan Tinggi Poin 7 bahwa sistem pembelajaran harus berupa belajar kolaboratif dan partisipatif. Kegiatan workshop dihadiri oleh 34 orang dosen STIE Indragiri Rengat dan kegiatan ini bertujuan menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman dosen mengenai pembelajaran berbasis case method dan team based project. Diharapkan setiap dosen dapat mengaplikasikan metode pembelajaran yang merangsang mahasiswa untuk berpikir tingkat tinggi di kelas. Hasil dari kegiatan workshop secara umum meningkatnya kompetensi dosen dalam merekonstruksi RPS yang sesuai dengan IKU 7 dan sesuai dengan permintaan pasar kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan dan perkembangan kinerja keuangan Koperasi Jasa Unit Desa (KJUD) Maju Bersama Desa Bukit Lingkar Kecamatan Batang Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu periode tahun 2014-2023 berdasarkan analisis Rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas, dan Profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Metode Observasi, Metode Observasi, dan Metode Wawancara. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kinerja keuangan Koperasi Jasa Unit Desa (KJUD) Maju Bersama Desa Bukit Lingkar Kecamatan Batang Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu periode tahun 2014-2023.
