Abstract

Theoretically, this study aims to determine the effect of certification and supervision of school principals on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hayatul Islam teachers. While the practical purpose is to express the symptoms of teacher performance, so that from this study suggestions and recommendations for improvement are proposed. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this study was MI Hayatul Islam?s teachers, amounting to 10 people, and the unit of analysis used as samples were 6 teachers who had passed the certification. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, while the analytical method used was Non Parametric Kruskall Wallis. The results of the study revealed that certification had an effect on the performance of MI Hayatul Islam teachers with KW value of -38,438 <12,5916. Supervision of Headmasters influences the performance of MI Hayatul Islam teachers with KW value of -38.559981 <12.5916. Certification and the supervision of Principal School jointly affect the performance of MI Hayatul Islam?s teachers. The results of the study mentioned that the average effect was not the same as the KW result = 12,534 <12.5916. These could be concluded that the influence of teacher certification and principal supervision toward MI Hayatul Islam teachers who has been certified is different, both in quality and quantity

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, West Jakarta, to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The aim of the research is to examine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance to improve employee performance at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, West Jakarta. The benefits of this research are expected to improve the quality of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, West Jakarta. This research uses primary data where data collection uses a questionnaire. In this research, researchers used quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The population in this research was 60 employees. Data analysis used SPSS Version 26. The influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance, the value of Fcount is 295.886 > Ftable 3.16 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, Jakarta. West.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja secaara parrsial terrhadap kiinerja karyawan pada PT. Blue Bird Pool Jakarta Timur. unntuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara pelatihan terrhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Blue Bird Pool Jakarta Timur, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara budaya kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Blue Bird Pool Jakarta Timur. Metode dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan tahapan uji asumsi klasik (normalitas data, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas), koefisien determinasi, analisis koefisien regresi linier berganda dan uji signifikan (t dan F). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden yaitu karyawan pada PT. Blue Bird Pool Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan juga menunujukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi ditemukan bahwa variabel budaya kerja dan pelatihhan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 78%, sedangkan sisanya 22% dijelaskan dengan faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak diketahui dan tidak termasuk dalam analisis regresi ini, seperti budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan lain-lain.
