Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine of Motivation and Work Stress on the Performance of Branch Office Employees of the Region III Education Service, West Java Province. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated samples and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis tests (t test and f test). Based on the research results of the hypothesis test (t test) of the motivation variable (X1) on employee performance (Y), the calculated t value > t table or (3.464 > 2.001) is confirmed. This is reinforced by the significance value < 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Thus, Ho is rejected. H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between work safety and employee performance. Hypothesis Test Results (t Test) Job Stress Variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) Based on the research results, the calculated t value > t table or (7.098 > 2.001). This is also reinforced by a significance value < 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Thus Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Results of Simultaneous Hypothesis Testing (F Test) Motivation (X1) and Job Stress (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) Based on the research results, the calculated F value > F table (26.636 > 3.16) is obtained, this is also confirmed by the significance < 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Thus, Ho is rejected. H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Motivation and Work Stress on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, West Jakarta, to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The aim of the research is to examine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance to improve employee performance at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, West Jakarta. The benefits of this research are expected to improve the quality of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, West Jakarta. This research uses primary data where data collection uses a questionnaire. In this research, researchers used quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The population in this research was 60 employees. Data analysis used SPSS Version 26. The influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance, the value of Fcount is 295.886 > Ftable 3.16 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telkom Meruya Branch, Jakarta. West.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Cabang BTC (Bintaro Trade Center). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,1% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,988 > 2,009). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 41,2% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,922 > 2,009). Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,533 + 0,457X1 + 0,355X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (45,771 > 2,790).
