Abstract

The aims of this study are to identify the guardian's motivation in representing the trusteeship to other parties, to identify the practice of wakalah of guardian (wali) in the marriage contract in Bone Regency and to identify the views of community leaders about wakalah of guardian in the marriage contract. The results of the study showed that the community understanding in Bone District In conducting wakalah of guardian on marriage contract is that the community are positive and proud if their sons/ daughters get married under the guidance of religious scholar or teacher. It has become a common tradition among the Bone people to grant the right of guardian in marriage, although the family is possible to do it. Many people think that they are unable to take their children into marriage so they grant their rights as guardian in marriage to local religious leaders or leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the focus of the research on the stated research objectives, namely to determine the methods and learning strategies applied by Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving students' religious understanding at SMP Negeri 33 Konawe Selatan. What influences the success of Islamic Religious Education learning in improving students' religious understanding at SMP Negeri 33 Konawe Selatan. The Existence of Islamic Religious Education Learning in Improving Students' Religious Understanding at SMP Negeri 33 Konawe Selatan. In answering the problems in this study, the researcher used qualitative research. With the method of collecting data observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. using Miles and Huberman Data Types. The results of this study indicate that A. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of pre-quiz implementation on students' learning readiness in the Statistics course within the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) program at Universitas Negeri Makassar. Using a quantitative approach, an experimental design, and data collection through weekly pre-quizzes over four weeks, the study measured the week-to-week improvement in students' learning readiness. The results indicate a significant increase in students' learning readiness, with the average pre-quiz score rising from 43.16 in Week 1 to 78.95 in Week 4. Descriptive and inferential analyses using the Paired Sample t-Test revealed a significant difference between pre-quiz scores in Week 1 and Week 4, with t-value (5.62) > t-table (1.721) and p-value = 0.000, indicating that the pre-quiz had a positive effect on improving students' learning readiness. This improvement is also reflected in the shift of students into higher readiness categories, with more students moving into the "High" and "Very High" categories in the later weeks. Overall, the findings suggest that pre-quizzes can serve as an effective tool to enhance students' learning readiness, especially in dealing with more complex materials such as statistics. The study recommends that lecturers integrate pre-quizzes into Statistics instruction to improve students' learning preparedness.
