Abstract

Menurut hukum BW harta peninggalan yang akan diwarisi oleh para ahli waris tidak hanya meliputi hal-hal yang bermanfaat berupa aktiva atau keuntungan, melainkan juga termasuk hutang-hutang si pewaris yang merupakan pasiva dari harta kekayaan yang ditinggalkan sehingga "kewajiban membayar hutang pada hakekatnya beralih juga kepada ahli waris". rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana Konsep Waris Dalam Hukum Islam? Bagaimana Konsep Waris dalam KUHPerdata? Konsep Waris dalam Hukum Islam adalah perbedaan perolehan bagian ahli waris antara laki-laki dan perempuan secara sababiyah maupun nasabiyah serta harta dibagikan setelah bersih dari pengurusan jenazah, hutang piutang pewaris sebagai pasiva dari harta peninggalan dan lainnya. Konsep Waris dalam KUHPerdata tidak mengenal harta asal dan harta perkawinan (harta gono gini). Karena harta warisan adalah kesatuan harta yang secara bulat dan utuh dalam keseluruhan yang akan berpindah dari tangan si peninggal harta kepada seluruh ahli warisnya (masih hidup). (According to BW law the inheritance that will be inherited by the heirs not only covers things that are useful in the form of assets or profits, but also includes the debts of the testator who are liabilities of the assets left behind so that "the obligation to pay the debt in essence also switches to the heirs ". the formulation of the problem is what is the concept of inheritance in Islamic law? What is the concept of inheritance in the Civil Code? The concept of inheritance in Islamic law is the difference between the acquisition of an heir's share between men and women in sababiyah and nasabiyah as well as assets distributed after clearing the remains of the corpse, the heirs receivable debt as liabilities from inheritance and other assets. The concept of inheritance in the Civil Code does not recognize the origin and marriage assets (gono gini assets). Because the inheritance is a unitary property that is unanimous and intact in its entirety which will move from the hands of the deceased estate to all of its heirs (still alive)).

Abstract

Dalam suatu pembelajaran media sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan siswa dalam belajar, agar siswa tidak merasa jenuh dan agar siswa semangat dalam pembelajaran perlu adanya media-media yang diberikan oleh seorang guru kepada peserta didiknya. Media pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan, karena dengan mediabelajar siswa lebih semangat untuk belajar. Media belajar memegang peranan penting dalam proses belajar mengajar. Peranannya yang khas adalah menumbuhkan gairah, senang dan semangat untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar. Oleh sebab itu, aplikasi media pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak tidak hanya menjadikan siswa terlibat dalam kegiatan akademik, media juga penting dalam menentukan seberapa jauh siswa akan belajar dari suatu kegiatan pembelajaran atau seberapa jauh menyerap informasi yang disajikan kepada mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to improve student learning experiences based on spiritual growth in the independent curriculum at MI Zainul Anwar. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data collection technique used was interviews with the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, and two subject teachers, as well as documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three interactive steps, namely: (1) data condensation; (2) data exposure; and (3) drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity with source triangulation process. The results of the study explained that P5 namely self-potential development, self-empowerment, self-understanding, self-improvement, and students' social roles as a process of spiritual growth in the independent curriculum to improve student learning experiences that are tailored to student needs and increase learning experiences that will not be achieved through exposure purely verbal. So that learning experience was obtained and obtained through various learning activities as mentioned above. The subject matter functions more as a tool (means) not a goal (ends). Spiritual growth which was used as an approach in this independent curriculum illustrates various activities that are not only based on religious values but also uphold the affective aspects that students should have.

Abstract

This article describes the reform of Islamic education in the 20 th century with Islamic thought, as well as ideas that have also entered the world of education. One of the things that can be seen from the view of education is the emergence of efforts to search in materials and methods. Meanwhile, Islamic education reform in the 21st century cannot be separated from the goal of national education, especially in solving problems that occur in the 21st century, which is to build superior people so that they are able to face and solve problems in various lives.

Abstract

This paper discusses Islamic boarding schools in the 4.0 industrial revolution era which have their own characteristics and are different from educational institutions in general. however, along with the changing times (as is the case now in the 4.0 era), Islamic boarding schools have experienced very significant changes and developments. This is done so that Islamic boarding schools graduates can compete with graduates from other public education institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pandangan teori konsruktivisme terhadap pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, serta penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan melalui mengumpulkan data atau karya tulis ilmiah yang bertujuan dengan obyek penelitian atau pengumpulan data yang bersifat kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan berbagai sumber, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel penelitian, dan dokumen-dokumen resmi yang terkait membahas teori konsruktifisme, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Hasil dari penelitian ini, peserta didik dapat mengkonstruksikan pemahamannya melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Teori konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran adalah suatu pendekatan di mana peserta didik harus secara individual menemukan dan menstransformasikan informasi yang kompleks, memeriksa informasi dengan aturan yang ada dan memperbaiki bila perlu. Sedangkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan satu cara untuk guru memenuhi kebutuhan setiap peserta didik karena pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah proses belajar mengajar dimana peserta didik dapat mempelajari materi pelajaran sesuai dengan kemampuan, apa yang disukai, dan kebutuhannya masing-masing sehingga mereka tidak frustasi dan merasa gagal dalam pengalaman belajarnya. Walapun bukan hal baru  dalam pembelajaran, namun penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada maa pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) hanya terbatas untuk mengukur hasil belajar.

Abstract

Tolerance is an urgent necessity in a pluralistic society such as Indonesia. As a country rich in cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity, Indonesia faces potential threats of social conflict if harmony is not maintained. The unity and integrity of the nation are strongly influenced by how well its people can uphold peaceful coexistence, especially in matters of religious difference. In this context, the interpretations of Qur’anic exegetes (mufassir) like Buya Hamka become essential, considering that the majority of Indonesians are devout Muslims who respect the teachings of the Qur'an. This study aims to explore the concept of tasamuh (tolerance) as conveyed by Buya Hamka in his Tafsir Al-Azhar, specifically in the interpretation of Surah Al-Kafirun (verses 1–6), and its relevance to multicultural and pluralistic life in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative library research method, collecting and analyzing literature from classical texts, books, journals, and other relevant sources. Data were then processed using content analysis to explore the values of tolerance embedded in Buya Hamka’s interpretation. The results reveal that Buya Hamka strongly emphasizes the importance of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence among people of different faiths. He argues that Surah Al-Kafirun upholds a firm yet respectful boundary between faiths—encouraging tolerance without promoting religious relativism. The findings contribute to the discourse on Islamic-based character education in Indonesia, reinforcing the message that pluralism should not be feared, but embraced with compassion and integrity.
