Abstract

Social change is an inseparable part of Islamic education with a new paradigm. These changes have strong implications in the educational order that demands a more humanist and liberating education system. Freedom of learning is an educational concept that offers a new direction that allows the implementation of education to be carried out autonomously and decentralized. The policies launched in this concept carry a mission to free education from the shackles of administrative-formalistic aspects. The implementation of this policy package resulted in essential changes including; 1) Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM); 2) Character Survey; 3) Study Environment Survey.

Abstract

Makalah ini akan menyajikan pembahasan politik pendidikan (bukan pendidikan politik) yang secara spesifik mengurai tentang pendidikan Islam dalam sistem perpolitikan di Indonesia. Melakukan analisis terhadap posisi dan peluang terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam undang-undang sistem pendidikan nasional. Bahasan akan dimulai dari hantara definisi, pendidikan Islam dalam sisdiknas, perkembangan pendidikan Islam pada era reformasi serta melakukan analisis bagaimana masa reformasi sebagai peluang emas bagi lembaga pendidikan, seperti lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berciri khas NU. Selain itu, makalah ini juga akan mengalisis bagaiman dampak (effect) dari adanya kebijakan pendidikan Nasional terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam yang ada.

Abstract

One of the dimensions of multicultural education is the dimension of Equity Pedagogy or justice and equality in receiving learning. The educational culture of Islamic boarding schools that is centralized to Kyai poses a challenge to how pesantren provide equity education services to students through the learning system in it. This study aims to identify the value of equity pedagogy in the type of traditional pesantren (salaf) with a phenomenological approach, the results of this study indicate that the Banyuanyar pesantren has a culture of Equity Pedagogy values ​​such as equity in Kyai policies, equity in Nyabis culture, equity in Discipline culture, equity in living culture mutual tolerance (mutual tolerance). equity in the culture of living together (help each other). equity in the culture of living tawashi (reminding each other).
