Abstract

The background of this research stems from the interest of researchers with discipline problems in schools. Based on the observations of researchers, the problems that often arise is the teacher has not optimized the learning hours, the task of the teacher job done by not maximal and less give full attention to learners. The reason the researchers chose to choose the object of research in SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri Yogyakarta because SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri Yogyakarta is the only vocational high school foundation Taman Siswa in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research is a field research (filed research) by taking background SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri Yogyakarta. Data collection is done by using interview (In depth Interview), observation and documentation. Data analysis was done by qualitative descriptive method with data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and validity test data. The results of the Ki Hajar Dewantara Trilogy implementation in the principal leadership of SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri are Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha in the show with the attitude of leaving early, motivating for teachers to always learn, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa is shown by making school rules, inviting teachers to cooperate and Tut Wuri Handayani is shown by giving input to the teacher who has not discipline. Leadership of the principal as an effort to improve teacher discipline in SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri by giving direction to teachers who have difficulty in doing the task. The results of the Ki Hajar Dewantara Trilogy implementation in the principal's leadership as an effort to improve teacher discipline in SMK Taman Siswa is on Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha which includes exemplary in attitude, exemplary in behavior, teachers have shown improvement of discipline, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa in control of teacher order Showed increased discipline, while the discipline of teachers in filling the class agenda has not shown an increase in discipline. In Tut Wuri Handayani in agreement on disciplinary rules have shown increased discipline. Latar belakang penelitian ini bermula dari ketertarikan peneliti dengan permasalahan kedisiplinan di sekolah.Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti, permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah guru belum mengoptimalkan jam pembelajaran, tugas pekerjaannya guru dikerjakan dengan tidak maksimal dan kurang memberikan perhatian penuh kepada peserta didik. Alasan peneliti memilih memilih obyek penelitian di SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri Yogyakarta karena SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri Yogyakarta merupakan satu-satunya sekolah menengah kejuruan yayasan Taman Siswa yang ada di Bantul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (filed research) dengan mengambil latar SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara (In depth Interview), observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan uji keabsahan data. Hasil implementasi Trilogi Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri adalah Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha di tunjukkan dengan sikap berangkat lebih awal,memotivasi agar guru selalu belajar, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa di tunjukkan dengan membuat peraturan sekolah, mengajak guru bekerjasama danTut Wuri Handayani di tunjukkan dengan memberi masukkan terhadap guru yang belum disiplin.Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di SMK Taman Siswa 1 Imogiri dengan memberikan arahan terhadap guru yang kesulitan dalam mengerjakan tugas. Hasil implementasi Trilogi Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di SMK Taman Siswa adalah pada Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha yang meliputi keteladanan dalam sikap, keteladanan dalam prilaku, guru sudah menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa dalam pengendalian ketertiban guru sudah menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan, sedangkan kedisiplinan guru dalam mengisi agenda kelas belum menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan. Pada Tut Wuri Handayani dalam kesepakatan tentang aturan kedisiplinan sudah menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation has significantly reshaped education, communication, and religious practices, including the landscape of formal Islamic education. Traditional da’wah methods, such as mosque-based preaching, are increasingly supplanted by digital platforms like social media and podcasts, necessitating innovative approaches to engage Millennials (born 1981-1996) and Generation Z (born 1997-2012). This study maps trends in the integration of da’wah values and digital literacy within Yogyakarta’s Islamic education system from 2020 to 2024 through a bibliometric analysis guided by the PRISMA protocol. From an initial pool of 150 articles retrieved from Scopus, SINTA, and Google Scholar, 68 were included following rigorous screening and eligibility assessment. Findings indicate a publication surge in 2022, reflecting accelerated post-pandemic digital adoption. TikTok and Instagram emerged as the dominant platforms for digital da’wah (featured in 65% of studies), displacing conventional preaching methods. While many madrasahs have begun integrating digital literacy into curricula, 45% still lack technical implementation guidelines, and only 30% of studies discuss educator training initiatives. Bibliometric mapping highlights strong thematic linkages between “digital da’wah,” “Islamic education transformation,” and “social media,” signalling a pedagogical paradigm shift. However, the scarcity of evaluative studies (only 8%) reveals a critical need for field-based research to assess the effectiveness of these digital strategies. This study offers a systematic literature foundation to inform curriculum design and advocates for collaborative policymaking among educators, scholars, and government bodies to advance digitally responsive Islamic education.

Abstract

Digital transformation driven by the development of information technology has affected various sectors, including the optical business. In Yogyakarta, a city with rapid growth of optical MSMEs, the utilization of e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee is still not optimal. In fact, the adoption of marketplaces has the potential to expand market reach and increase competitiveness. This study aims to examine the readiness and challenges of adopting digital technology in local optical businesses through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA protocol. A total of 25 relevant articles were selected from the Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, and Scopus databases based on the inclusion criteria: publications in 2018–2024 and focusing on the digitalization of health MSMEs, e-commerce, and optical business practices in Indonesia, especially the Yogyakarta region. The results of the study showed that 87% of the literature supports the benefits of e-commerce integration for market expansion and improving customer experience. However, only around 12% of local opticians have implemented digital strategies optimally, especially in utilizing marketplace features such as chatbots, stock integration, and Official Stores. The main challenges include limited digital literacy of the workforce, inefficient logistics, and unsynchronized online health service regulations. This study concludes that structural readiness and increasing digital competence are the main prerequisites in optimizing the transformation of the optical business through e-commerce. As a recommendation, digital literacy training, marketplace integration workshops, and support for incentive policies from local governments are essential. This study also offers a conceptual model of three pillars of integration: digital products, marketplace interactions, and online-offline service synchronization as the basis for a post-pandemic local optical digitalization strategy.

Abstract

Between 2020 and 2025, Islamic education policy in the Special Region of Yogyakarta has experienced a significant transformation marked by the adoption of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka), the digitalization of teaching and learning, and the institutionalization of religious moderation programs. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of these policies and measure their direct impact on the quality of education in madrasahs and other Islamic educational institutions. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with an evaluative framework, 32 peer-reviewed articles from reputable databases (Garuda, Google Scholar, SINTA) were analyzed based on topic relevance, source credibility, and publication year. The analysis shows that 68% of madrasahs have integrated digital learning platforms, 54% have fully adopted the Independent Curriculum, and 72% have implemented structured tolerance-strengthening initiatives. Despite these advancements, persistent challenges remain, limited financial resources for private madrasahs hinder infrastructure upgrades, inadequate teacher training restricts curriculum effectiveness, and weak intergovernmental coordination reduces policy oversight efficiency. The findings underline the importance of harmonizing national education directives with local socio-cultural contexts, ensuring policies are both adaptive and participatory. The study concludes that the long-term success of Islamic education policy in Yogyakarta is contingent upon improving implementation quality at the institutional level, strengthening human resource readiness, and sustaining infrastructure support. Strategic recommendations include reformulating policies to address local needs and investing in ongoing professional development for teachers. These measures are projected to enhance educational quality, institutional resilience, and the long-term sustainability of policy outcomes in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah proses perijinan usaha yang menjadi aspek hukum krusial bagi setiap pelaku usaha, termasuk dalam penyelenggaraan optikal, di mana dualisme perundangan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 14 Tahun 2021 dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 01 Tahun 2016 menciptakan ketidakjelasan dalam pemahaman masyarakat, khususnya mengenai kepastian hukum tenaga kesehatan optometris sebagai salah satu syarat ketenagaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepastian hukum dalam perijinan usaha optikal dan memahami implikasi dari dualisme peraturan terhadap pelaku usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif-empiris, mencakup kajian produk perundangan terkait penyelenggaraan optikal dan kesesuaian data langsung ke objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakjelasan dalam pemahaman peraturan mengakibatkan kesulitan bagi pelaku usaha dalam memenuhi persyaratan perijinan, terutama terkait keberadaan tenaga kesehatan optometris di fasilitas optikal. Dengan demikian, keberadaan tenaga kesehatan optometris di optikal sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan adalah mutlak, dan perlu adanya harmonisasi antara peraturan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pelaku usaha serta meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang perijinan usaha optikal.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid digital transformation in the healthcare industry has significantly reshaped how optical businesses engage with their customers. Traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) models, which primarily emphasize transactional interactions, are increasingly viewed as insufficient in fostering sustained customer loyalty. This study proposes the design of an emotional CRM framework that leverages historical eye health data to create personalized, proactive, and emotionally resonant customer experiences. Growing public awareness of visual health offers a strategic opportunity for innovation in customer engagement practices within the optical sector, which has traditionally focused more on product offerings and direct sales. The methodology employed combines a systematic literature review of 45 academic publications spanning 2018 to 2024 with a design thinking approach to develop a prototype of an emotional CRM system. This system utilizes a customer’s eye examination history to deliver periodic reminders, personalized lens recommendations based on evolving visual conditions, and emotionally supportive messages tailored to individual needs. Findings indicate that the emotional CRM model significantly enhances customer loyalty through increased repeat visits and deeper emotional connection to the optical brand. Moreover, the model boosts customer satisfaction by offering personalized health-focused interactions, thus moving beyond conventional sales-based services. The study concludes that integrating eye health data into CRM systems facilitates a more holistic, patient-centered, and long-term service model. Recommendations include the development of secure and ethically-managed integrated information systems, the training of personnel in empathetic communication strategies, and the reinforcement of data protection policies specific to the optical services industry. Abstract

The rapid advancement of digitalization in the retail sector has compelled optical businesses to adopt Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance customer loyalty, service personalization, and operational efficiency. In Jakarta, Indonesia's economic and lifestyle capital, urban customers increasingly demand digital, seamless, and personalized experiences in optical services. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2019), there has been a global shift toward interactive and digitally integrated vision care. However, empirical studies in Indonesia on the effectiveness of CRM in the optical sector remain scarce, fragmented, and lack comprehensive methodological synthesis. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital CRM systems in improving customer satisfaction within Jakarta's optical retail sector using a mixed-method approach that combines bibliometric and meta-analyses. A bibliometric review of 150 articles from Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, SINTA, and Google Scholar (2013–2023) was conducted using VOSviewer to map research trends. Subsequently, a meta-analysis of 32 empirical studies was performed using a random-effects model via the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) software. The results reveal that digital CRM significantly impacts customer satisfaction (effect size = 0.61, 95% CI, p < 0.01). Among the CRM dimensions, customer tracking systems showed the highest influence (0.68), followed by loyalty programs (0.63) and automated feedback systems (0.59). This study affirms the strategic importance of CRM in the optical industry. It recommends upskilling optical professionals in digital CRM tools and fostering collaboration with local technology developers for service integration. Further primary research in Jakarta is encouraged to refine the CRM models tailored to urban optical practices.

Abstract

The development of the optical industry in Yogyakarta experienced significant acceleration between 2020 and 2025, driven by the adoption of digital technology and changes in consumer behavior. In this context, brand awareness has become a strategic factor in building the competitive advantage of local optical businesses. This study aims to evaluate the role of brand awareness in the competitiveness of local optical businesses in Yogyakarta using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric approaches. A total of 38 articles from the Scopus, SINTA, and Google Scholar databases were analyzed using the PRISMA protocol and VOSviewer tool to map research trends, dominant keywords, and method distribution. The study results indicate that brand awareness significantly influences consumer loyalty, brand preference, and market differentiation. Quantitative approaches have been found to dominate in previous studies, but these are still limited to a more specific local context. This study concludes that strengthening brand awareness through a locality-based digital strategy is key to increasing the competitiveness of local optical businesses in Yogyakarta. Recommendations are provided for businesses to integrate local identity into their branding strategies.
