Abstract

Abstrak: Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Pemeliharaan Terhadap Keandalan Bangunan Gedung Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa (Studi Kasus di Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa Pulogebang), Rumah susun sederhana sewa Pulogebang adalah salah satu Rusunawa milik Pemerintah DKI Jakarta. Rusunawa Pulogebang yang telah dibangun 2007 dan dihuni sejak tahun 2013 sudah tidak dalam kondisi baik dan kurang terawat. Sesuai dengan amanat PP 36 tahun 2005, maka Rusunawa sebagai bangunan publik harus memenuhi sertifikat laik fungsi (SLF). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan pemeliharaan terhadap keandalan bangunan Rusunawa dan untuk membuat kegiatan pemeliharaan dan kegiatan perbaikan gedung Rusunawa. Pendekatan strategi sekuensial dengan metode penelitian campuran digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Goal Oriented Evaluation. Obyek yang menjadi studi kasus adalah gedung Blok A dan Blok B pada Rusunawa Pulogebang. Data yang dibutuhkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan bersifat purposif sampling yaitu dengan memilih informan yang mengetahui dan dapat dipercaya untuk menjadi sumber data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dokumentasi foto dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan persentase. Penurunan kualitas hunian telah terjadi di Rusunawa Pulogebang bangunan Blok A (87,57%) dan bangunan Blok B (87,95%) diakibatkan rusaknya konstruksi bangunan dan kurang layaknya hunian yang ditempati. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pemeliharaan Rusunawa Pulogebang menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelaksanaan pemeliharaan termasuk baik (65,9%). Rusunawa Pulogebang memiliki 72,8% kegiatan pemeliharaan yang sesuai. Berdasar evaluasi, telah berhasil disusun kegiatan pemeliharaan baru dan kegiatan pemeliharaan & perbaikan terhadap komponen keandalan bangunan Rusunawa Pulogebang. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan vokasi khususnya pada konsentrasi teknik sipil.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the maximum compressive strength of paving block with marble waste powder as additive based on SNI 03-0691-1996 for concrete brick class I as wall pair including outside view, physical requirement (compressive strength and water absorption). This research using experimental method to test the object that use 0%, 5%, 10%,15% and 20% of marble waste powder. The object size was 21 cm x 10,5 cm x 8 cm, with total sample was 100 paving block. Each percentage (5 samples for physical test,10 for mechanical test and 5 as reserve ). The testing performed when paving block 28 days old. The research results show to raise the value strong press paving block by the addition of waste the marble to 10 %.Strong press maximum objects test is at the percentage the addition of waste the marble 10 % with strong press of 26,97 mpa. To absorption capacity water look a decrease in with increase in the percentage the addition of waste the marble to 10 % .Power drain employ water maximum objects test is at the percentage the addition of waste the marble 10 % with absorption capacity of water amounting to 5 %. Abstract

The This research aimed to obtain technical data on density, moisture content, thickness swelling, water absorption, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, internal bonding, and screw withdrawal from EFB fiber whether eligible SNI 03-2105-2006. Material of fiberboard using waste of EFB fiber was 2 to 4 cm which 2 mesh in size sieve and retained on 10 mesh. Fiberboard to be created consisting of three types, namely without boiling, boiled for 2 hours, boiled for 4 hours with a grade adhesive 10 %, 20 %, and 30 %. The size of the board is 25 cm แตก 25 cm แตก 0.9 with 5 sample of test specimens. The research used experimental method. The study was conducted in the laboratory Biomaterials Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), located in Jalan Raya Bogor Km. 46, Cibinong. The execution time between June 2014 to October 2014. The results show value of physical test consisting of density, moisture content, water absorption and thickness swelling already qualified SNI 03-2105-2006. The best result show value found on fiberboard with boiling 4 hours with a grade adhesive 30%, wihch density value of 0.65 g / cm3, water content of 7.72 % , water absorption 64.45 %, thickness swelling 4.70 %, MOE 17.457 kgf/cm2, MOR 117.2 kgf/cm2, internal bonding of 3.12 kgf/cm2 and screw withdrawal 21.58 kgf. This values show the test mechanical properties of fiberboard from EFB with adhesive citric acid not qualify SNI 03-2105-2006. Keywords: EFB fiber, fiberboard, boiling

Abstract

This study aims to determine betung and black bamboo's compressive strength due to termites attacks. The research was conducted at the materials test lab at Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Bogor Agricultural University from 1st October 2016 until 30th January 2017. This research method based on ISO-22157:2004 was using the direct testing of compressive strength in the materials test lab. This research used two kinds of bamboo, betung and black bamboo, which amounts to 40 samples. Each bamboo has 20 samples. By the position, each from the base and middle section has ten samples. While each for the treatment by termites and with no termites has five samples. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the average of the compressive strength value for the betung bamboo from the base and the middle section that given termites have decreased rather than the bamboo that not given termites 14% to be 6%. In comparison, the black bamboos in the middle section have the same decrease on the average of the compressive strength value with the betung bamboo 9,2% to be 23%. But, black bamboos on the base section have the otherwise where the average of the compressive strength that given termites greater than the bamboo that not given termites 3,6% to be 0%. That matter can be caused by termites' attack absences on the base section of the black bamboo samples. In terms of losing weight, all samples lost the weight 6,8% to be 5,5%. This matter happened because the termites attacked the bamboo. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the compressive strength of bamboo rope and bamboo Ampel due to termite attack. Where the research was conducted in the Laboratory Test Material Arboretum State University of Jakarta and Bogor Institute of Agriculture in October 1, 2016 - January 30, 2017. This research method using bamboo direct compressive strength testing in the laboratory. In the present study used two types of bamboo, the bamboo rope and bamboo Ampel totaling 40 samples. The total sample of each type of bamboo has the number of 20 samples. According to the position at the base and middle of each totaling 10 samples. For each position there are two treatments, bamboo fed and not fed termites, which amounted to 5 samples. Research conducted compressive strength based on ISO 22 157: 2004. The results showed that the value of the average compressive strength of bamboo and bamboo Ampel rope at the base position and center fed termites decreased from bamboo which is not fed termites. At the base of bamboo straps that are not fed termites of 54.688 kN / cm2.While at the base of bamboo rope that is fed termites of 50.729 kN / cm2.In the central part of bamboo straps that are not fed termites of 54.532 kN / cm2.While on the bamboo rope is fed termites central part of 53.583 kN / cm2.At the base of bamboo Ampel termites were not fed for 51 096 kN / cm2.While at the base of bamboo Ampel were fed termites of 47.084 kN / cm2.In the mid-section of bamboo Ampel not fed termites of 45.559 kN / cm2.While on bamboo Ampel the center that is fed termites of 37.702 kN / cm2.Thus the average value of the weight loss bamboo rope the base that is equal to 8.0% smaller than in the bamboo Ampel the base is equal to 15.1%. While the average value of the weight loss bamboo rope central part that is equal to 12.6% smaller than in the central part of the bamboo Ampel of 14.0%. The average value of compressive strength greater than the bamboo rope bamboo Ampel. This is because the content of starch in the lower rope bamboo from bamboo Ampel. In terms of weight loss (weight) of bamboo seen that the entire sample to lose weight. This is mostly due to termite attack on bamboo. Abstract

The study aims to find out the influence of the use of grey add coconut shell on paving block against the requirement of quality set out in SNI 03-0691-1996 which includes the nature, size, moisture absorption and powerful press. Ash is produced from coconut shell burning at a temperature of 8000C. The proportion used is 0%, 5%, 6%, 7% and 8% of the cement weight. The study was conducted in Laboratory Test Materials Research Department Civil Engineering State University Of Jakarta. The time the study was conducted in August 2016 with experimental methods in accordance with Indonesia's National Standard (SNI). Making a test done at the factory PD.MAJU PUTRI, Highway 45, 1 No Kavling Cipayung Jak-Team. This type of paving block used was paving block brick-shaped with dimensions of up to 21cm x 10,5cm x 8cm, with a comparison of cement and sand 1:3 by the number of samples as much as 40 fruit.
