Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this study is to provide an evaluation of motorcycle parking building’s performance located on the campus A State University of Jakarta which is locatedon Rawamangun Muka Street, East Jakarta 13220 in order to be considered to fulfill the demand and development of services based on Governor’s Decision of DKI Jakarta, number 42 year 1999 and the Guidelines for Planning and Operation o fparking facilities published bythe Directorate General of Land Transportation DKIJakarta. This research is using a descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative survey approach. Like cordoncounts survey, number plate matching survey, direct survey and interviews to knows the parking volume, parking accumulation, parking turnover, parking index, parking facilities and parking management. The population inthis study are all motorcycles that park in the motorcycle parking building on campus A State University of Jakarta. The sample in this study using incidental sampling technique.Based on the researchthat has been done, motorcycle parking building on campus A Jakarta State University just comply 63.6% of the requirements that must be fulfilled, that parking building is also not able to fulfill the parking demand andhas not been used optimally because 5th floor is not used at all. From the interviews, the constraints that faced by managers for handling the motorcycle parking building comes from the pakring user who always against the rules

Abstract

The Solo – Jogja Toll Road Development Project is a large-scale project with a large potential risk, especially at the project implementation stage. This research aims to find risks, obtain the level of risk by conducting a risk assessment, and recommend control measures against possible risks. The research method used in this study is HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control). Purposive sampling was used to collect data from 30 respondents using a questionnaire based on certain criteria. The testing of this research instrument is in the form of validity and reliability tests using SPSS. In this research, 5 risk groups were identified during the implementation stage of the Solo - Jogja Toll Road Construction Project, including project risk, technical risk, natural risk, human risk, and occupational health and safety risk. The results of the analysis explained that the project has a risk range from low to high levels. The risk included in the high-level category is the risk of damage to roads around the project due to heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, project materials carriers, and trucks mixer. The risk can be minimized by creating a safe project access road, so that project activities do not cause further damage to the road.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the maximum compressive strength of paving block with marble waste powder as additive based on SNI 03-0691-1996 for concrete brick class I as wall pair including outside view, physical requirement (compressive strength and water absorption). This research using experimental method to test the object that use 0%, 5%, 10%,15% and 20% of marble waste powder. The object size was 21 cm x 10,5 cm x 8 cm, with total sample was 100 paving block. Each percentage (5 samples for physical test,10 for mechanical test and 5 as reserve ). The testing performed when paving block 28 days old. The research results show to raise the value strong press paving block by the addition of waste the marble to 10 %.Strong press maximum objects test is at the percentage the addition of waste the marble 10 % with strong press of 26,97 mpa. To absorption capacity water look a decrease in with increase in the percentage the addition of waste the marble to 10 % .Power drain employ water maximum objects test is at the percentage the addition of waste the marble 10 % with absorption capacity of water amounting to 5 %. Keywords: waste marble powder, compressive strength, water absorbtion, paving block, admixture
