Attitudes are important and often affect a person's behavior. Therefore understanding one's attitude can help understand and predict their behavior in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the attitude of muzakki towards the management of zakat by the BAZNAS. This is because knowing the attitude of muzakki in paying zakat is very important to make efforts so that the community will increasingly care for BAZ and want to use it in distributing their zakat. Based on the results of the study using proportion tests showed that the majority of muzakki in Bengkulu City were negative towards the management of zakat by the Baznas.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of profitability ratio (ROA,ROE) and market value ratio (EPS) on sharia stock price at companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research was applied research which is assosiative quantitative. The population of this research was all of companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2011-2013 period. In selecting the sample was done by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples were 24 companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) within 3 years a row. This research used multiple regression linier techniques in hypothesis testing. Research result showed that Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously have a possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price. While, the effect was partially different, Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) had not possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price. While Earning Per Share (EPS) has possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price.Key Words:Â Sharia Stock, Sharia Stock Price, ROA, ROE, EPS

The spirit of waqf institutionalization (waqf managed by the government) is to maximize the benefits of waqf assets for people's welfare. Bengkulu City has the potential for large cash waqf. Bengkulu city has a high opportunity to develop waqf-based SMEs. Management of cash waqf to advanceSMEs can be carried out with a scheme to maximize the role of mosque worshipers actively. Jamaah can act as Wakif (JW), Nadhir (JN), Beneficiaries (JPM), and as Trustees or Supervisors (JPP). The starting point is the mosque congregation. With this scheme the development of waqf-based SMEs for mosques or what the authors call 'kaFUangMas' can be started, namely from pilgrims to worshipers. This scheme requires shared enthusiasm and commitment. Sense of brotherhood and caring and the desire to move forward together. Honing, caring and fostering each other in achieving prosperity and justice.

This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge about zakatalerts maal to the perception of economic development based on zakat funds. This research uses simple regression analysis. The study was tested on 30 respondents in the city of Bengkulu using two questionnaire models. Namely tests for knowledge and scale 1-5 for perception. From the results of the analysis note that the variables are positively related. The regression equation of X to Y is Y = 60.489 + 1,176X1.The implication of the results of this study is the importance of continuing BAZNAS socialization to increase public knowledge and understanding of zakat alerts and the need for concrete efforts from the government and related parties in improving the performance of the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) to foster public trust in zakat management by institutions BAZNAS so that his perception of economic development based on zakat funds is getting better and optimistic.

This study aims to examine the influences of the factors contained in the UTAUT theory to the interest in using e-wallets for the millennials. This study used the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The sample used is 100 millennials respondent in Kota Bengkulu. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The purposive sampling is used because this study requires certain criteria such as the age of the respondents in the birth range 1981-2000, using an e-wallet and live in Kota Bengkulu. The data collection technique used google form questionnaire and shared to millennials through social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. The results of this study indicate that three of the factors in the UTAUT tested consisting of business expectations, social influences, and facility conditions have a positive and significant influences to the interest of the millennials to use e-wallets in Kota Bengkulu, while the performance expectation factor does not have a positive and Significant influences to millennials interest in using e-wallets in the Bengkulu City

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pemberdayaan pada masyarakat pesisir (Nelayan) dengan ide dan inisiatif masyarakat sendiri lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pemberdayaan yang bersifat top-down yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah. Mengambil lokasi penelitian di Pantai Jakat Kota Bengkulu peneliti membentuk kelompok pemberdayaan istri nelayan yang beranggotakan 10 orang dengan kegiatan pengolahan ikan bleberan sebagai bahan baku makanan pempek, sempol, dan tekwan. Menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dimana masyarakat sasaran terlibat langsung sebagai subyek dalam seluruh kegiatan penelitian. Kegiatan menekankan pada partisipasi anggota kelompok dan Peneliti sebagai fasilitator/ pendamping. Pendampingan dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) bulan, dengan kegiatan (1) mengidentifikasi masalah dan memutuskan bentuk usaha yang akan dilakukan; (2) melaksanakan kegiatan; (3) mengevaluasi; dan (4) melakukan kembali. Program pemberdayaan belum selesai karena masih banyak mimpi-mimpi kelompok istri nelayan ini yang harus diwujudkan. Proyek pemberdayaan memang tidak akan pernah selesai, karena membangun sebuah masyarakat harus dilakukan terus menerus, dan akan berakhir jika dunia berakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dan motivasi para istri nelayan seiring waktu semakin tinggi, sedangkan para nelayan (bapak-bapak) menyerahkan kepada para istri saja. Sudah ada muncul inovasi dan tambahan kegiatan di bidang sosial/keagamaan, marketing, dan penguatan kelompok. Pembicaraan target dan mimpi ke depan. Kata kunci: Model Pemberdayaan, Hasil Perikanan, Masyarakat Pesisir Abstract: This study aims to prove that empowerment of coastal communities (fishers) with their ideas and initiatives is more effective than top-down empowerment carried out by the local government. The location of this study is in Jakat Beach, Bengkulu City, the researchers formed a fisherman's wife empowerment group consisting of 10 people with bleberan fish processing activities as raw materials for Pempek, Sempol, and Tekwan food. Using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method where the target community is directly involved as a subject in all research activities. The activity emphasizes the participation of group members and researchers as facilitators/companions. Mentoring is carried out for 4 (four) months, with activities (1) identifying problems and deciding the form of business to be carried out; (2) carrying out activities; (3) evaluating; and (4) re-doing. The empowerment program has not yet been completed because there have still been many dreams of this group of fishermen's wives that must be realized. Empowerment projects will never be finished, because building a community must be done continuously, and will end when the world ends. The results show that the participation and motivation of the fishermen's wives increase over time, while the fishermen (fathers) leave it to their wives only. There have been innovations and additional activities in the social/religious fields, marketing, and group strengthening, talk of targets and dreams ahead. Purpose — This study aims to analyze the map and direction of research development in the field of waqf for welfare improvement in Scopus-indexed publications.Method — This research employs a quantitative approach. The population for this study consists of articles indexed by Scopus from 2014 to 2023, with a sample size of 77 articles focused on waqf for welfare improvements. The analysis technique applied in this study involves bibliometric analysis, utilizing the VOSviewer application.Result — The results indicate a rise in the average number of publications per year. The peak productivity in waqf for welfare themes occurred in 2019, with 15 studies identified. In the realm of research on waqf, cash waqf, and Malaysia emerge as the most prevalent themes for welfare improvement. Three clusters were identified: cash waqf for maximizing prosperity in society and economics, the opportunities and threats of cash waqf, and the beneficiaries of waqf, impacting not only individuals but also the state.Novelty — This study represents the first bibliometric review focusing on the specific theme of waqf for welfare development, aiming to fill gaps in existing research.

AbstakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga, Promosi, Produk, Label Halal secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Frozen food. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen di Kota Bengkulu yang membeli makanan beku dalam jumlah yang tidak diketahui. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 115 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel harga (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Frozen Food dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,563 > t tabel 1,65857 dan nilai signifikansi 0,012 < 0,05, dan Promosi ( X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli Frozen. Makanan dengan nilai t-hitung 2,796 > t-tabel 1,65857 dan nilai signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05, dan produk (X3) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Frozen Food dengan nilai t-hitung 3,892 > t -tabel 1,65857 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan Label Halal (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Frozen Food dengan nilai dan t hitung sebesar 4,757 > t tabel 1,65857 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, produk, dan label halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian frozen food dengan nilai F hitung 51,360 > F tabel 3,08.Kata Kunci: Harga, Promosi, Produk, Label Halal

The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of the contract that has been running in Penago II Village, Ilir Talo Subdistrict, Seluma Regency and to find out the application of the mudharabah contract on the profit sharing of raising cattle in Penago II Village, Ilir Talo Subdistrict, Seluma Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Informants in the study were 8 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that the application of the contract that occurred in Penago II Village uses agreements and profit sharing, capital, profit sharing, risks and continuation of the contract if one of the parties dies, influencing factors, various types of cows that are in the field, and the time period. the agreement is only done verbally only trust each other in making this agreement, the profit sharing system in the mudharabah contract carried out between the owner and the manager in Penago II Village. With the division of the ratio divided 60:40. This occurs by agreement between the two parties. If in the process of this contract there is a loss, it will be borne by both parties, as long as the mistake is not due to the negligence of the manager. The profit sharing carried out by the people of Penago II Village is in accordance with the concept of mudharabah in Islamic Economics, namely, capital, management, collateral, time period and profit ratio to the manager. So that the profit sharing carried out by the people of Penago II Village is going well.

This qualitative research aims to examine the implementation of Bank Mega Syariah KC Jambi services in facilitating non-Muslims in transacting at Bank Mega Syariah KC Jambi and studying the ease of non-Muslims in a career at the bank. The research will also look at the obstacles faced by non-Muslims when making transactions and careers at Bank Mega Syariah KC Jambi and how Islamic law regulates employment agreements for non-Muslims in the Islamic banking sector.The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with related parties such as non-Muslim customers, employees, and management of Bank Mega Syariah KC Jambi. In addition, documents related to Islamic law and Islamic banking regulations will also be analysed in this research.The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the implementation ofÂ Bank Mega Syariah KC Jambi services in facilitating non-Muslims to transact at the bank. In addition, this research is also expected to provide information about the ease of non-Muslims in a career at Bank Mega Syariah KC Jambi and the obstacles faced when transacting and working at the bank.The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations to Bank Mega Syariah KC Jambi in improving services to non-Muslim customers and creating an inclusive work environment for all employees, including non-Muslims. In addition, this research can also provide a better understanding of how Islamic law regulates employment agreements for non-Muslims in the Islamic banking sector and whether there are certain restrictions or prohibitions related to non-Muslim customer financing service contracts in Islamic banking.
