Abstract

The legal safeguarding against ransomware cybercrime is found in multiple regulations. Indonesia possesses various legal frameworks to combat cybercrime, such as the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE), the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), and the Criminal Code (KUHP). Ransomware is a type of harmful software. Ransomware locks a user’s data within a computer network, preventing an individual or business from accessing their information. Hackers subsequently extort the victim for a ransom to allow the data owner to regain access to the data. Usually, the payment of the ransom is conducted through cryptocurrency to ensure it remains untraceable. The research methodology, or a means to reach the objectives outlined in the study, employs a qualitative descriptive approach grounded in juridical or normative legal research. This method aims to assess how well the 2025 cyber security and resilience bill can enhance Indonesia's digital defense. The ITE law establishes a legal framework for prosecuting cyber offenders, including ransomware, but it lacks detailed regulations regarding the terminology and methods of ransomware. This creates difficulties in law enforcement, particularly in demonstrating criminal aspects and gathering electronic evidence. Law number 27 of 2022 regarding personal data protection (PDP LAW) establishes a robust legal structure to safeguard personal data from abuse, particularly in relation to ransomware offenses that frequently involve data theft and manipulation. Article 368 of the criminal code concerning conventional extortion can be utilized in ransomware situations, despite not explicitly addressing the digital format. Article 368 of the criminal code addresses the crime of conventional extortion applicable to ransomware incidents, even if it doesn't specifically cover the digital format. The cybersecurity and resilience bill of 2025 aims to enhance Indonesia's cyber defense, emphasizing the protection of cyberspace and the national digital ecosystem. In this regard, the cybersecurity and resilience bill (RUU KKS) 2025 represents a vital measure for the government to bolster national cyber defense. This legislation is intended to outline the responsibilities of various parties in ensuring cybersecurity, set incident reporting requirements, and impose severe penalties for breaches, including prison terms of up to 20 years and fines reaching Rp20 billion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meningkatkan UX, branding, dan pengalaman digital “ArsitekMedanku” dengan pendekatan HCI. Prototipe dievaluasi menggunakan SUS (0–100), heuristic evaluation, cognitive walkthrough, dan uji tugas. Hasil menunjukkan SUS naik dari 56,2 menjadi 78,5 (Δ = +22,3); tingkat keberhasilan tugas meningkat dari 68% menjadi 91%; waktu median per tugas berkurang 42% (95 s → 55 s); dan kesalahan per tugas turun dari 0,83 menjadi 0,31. Persepsi branding (skala 1–5) naik dari 3,2 ke 4,3. Temuan menghasilkan prioritas perbaikan navigasi dan hierarki visual, tolok ukur kuantitatif untuk memantau rilis berikutnya, serta reduksi risiko pengembangan melalui validasi dini. Ambang SUS ≥ 68 terlampaui, menunjukkan kegunaan baik dan dukungan terhadap penguatan identitas merek.

Abstract

Abstract: The formation of poverty is due to low levels of education, high levels of unemployment, differences of opinion and others. This problem is also found in Indonesia. There are many ways to deal with poverty alleviation by the government and the private sector in providing assistance to poor families. But in reality, there are many aids that have been given for poverty management efforts which are not right on target. The author makes a decision support system application to determine poor families that can help the parties involved in recording and determining it quickly and efficiently, so that the data collected will be accurate. This decision support system application uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is used to solve a simple unstructured problem. So that by applying this method, it will help the decision-making process in determining poor households in Medan City. Keywords: BPS (Central Statistics Agency); Poor Households; SAW; User; Web  Abstrak: Terbentuknya kemiskinan dikarenakan adanya tingkat pendidikan yang rendah, tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi, perbedaan pendapat dan lain-lain. Persoalan ini juga ditemukan dinegara indonesia. Untuk melakukan penanganan kemiskinan tersebut banyak cara yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun pihak swasta dalam memberikan bantuan- bantuan terhadap keluarga miskin. Tetapi pada kenyataan yang dihadapi banyak bantuan- bantuan yang telah diberikan untuk upaya penanganan kemisikinan yang banyak tidak tepat pada sasaran. Penulis membuat sebuah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan keluarga miskin yang dapat membantu pihak yang terkait dalam mendata dan menentukannya secara cepat dan efisien, sehingga hasil pendataan yang didapatkan akan akurat. Aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan suatu persoalan yang tidak terstruktur secara sederhana.
