Abstract

The digital entrepreneurship-based human resource development program has been implemented in Wargamekar Village with the aim of enhancing the potential of cassava tape gastronomic tourism. This article addresses the challenges faced by cassava tape entrepreneurs regarding their limited understanding of the importance of digital technology adoption and branding in business development. The implementation method encompasses activities such as introducing the concepts of gastronomic tourism, digital entrepreneurship, social media marketing, as well as field mentoring. Consultation sessions and coaching provide personal guidance in developing digital skills and branding strategies. The program evaluation results indicate a high level of participant satisfaction. Participants have gained an understanding of gastronomic tourism concepts and the utilization of digital technology to optimize cassava tape businesses. Field mentoring enriches the history of cassava tape and enhances participants' comprehension of local cultural values. Consultation sessions and coaching have successfully developed a stronger brand identity and branding strategy. Recommendations for further activities include expanding field mentoring and broadening the topics covered in consultation and coaching. This program is expected to continue benefiting cassava tape entrepreneurs in Wargamekar Village and enhancing the potential of cassava tape businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

Kedai warung jambu merupakan salah satu kedai yang cukup lengkap, dimana selaian menjual cemilan juga menjual produk lainnya khususnya makanan dan minuman . Namun terdapat permasalahan yakni proses penjualan yang terjadi selama ini masih belum efektif. Dalam artian bahwa masih terjadi barang yang kurang laku dijual, sehingga menyebabkan kerugian secara finansial bagi kedai tersebut. Selain itu mengalami kerugian seperti kehilangan pelanggan, karena apabila ada konsumen yang membutuhkan salah satu menu yang ada di kedai, namun ternyata stoknya habis tanpa pemilik kedai ketahui maka pelanggan itu akan beralih ke kedai lain. Dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang dapat meningkatkan dan penjualan menu tersebut, salah satunya adalah dengan pemanfaatan data penjualan produk. Tujuan penelitrian ini dibuat yaitu untuk menentukan paket yang sebelumnya tidak laku menjadi laku karna di buat sebuah paket agar menu yang jarang di pesan bisa menjadi sebuah daya tarik bagi konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu analisis data penjualan untuk mengetahui mengetahui barang apa saja yang sering dibeli oleh konsumen yang dapat membantu dalam melihat pola pembelian konsumen dengan menggunakan metodologi Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) dan juga menggunakan algoritma Apriori. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 4 itemset dengan minimum support 60% dan minimum confidence 90%. Untuk hasil yang diperoleh adalah asosiasi antar produk atau keterhubungan barang, yang mana pada penelitian ini nilai confidence yang didapatkan sebesar 98,182% yang merupakan nilai confidence terbaik yang terdapat pada 3 itemset.

Abstract

Digitalisasi arsip telah menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak dalam era informasi saat ini. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada dokumen fisik, seperti rusak dan hilang, yang mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan dan pencarian informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah portal Document Management System (DMS) berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel guna mendigitalisasi arsip yang rentan terhadap kerusakan dan kehilangan. Melalui digitalisasi arsip, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan dalam penyimpanan serta akses terhadap dokumen. Sistem yang dikembangkan menawarkan fitur-fitur seperti upload, pencarian, unduh, manajemen hak akses pengguna, monitoring aktivitas pengguna secara digital . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa portal DMS yang dibangun mampu memenuhi kebutuhan digitalisasi arsip dengan baik, serta memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam proses pengelolaan dokumen.

Abstract

As the present era progresses, information technology (IT) is expanding enormously. In the world of education, mainly primary and secondary school, some jobs carried out manually. SMK Avicena Rajeg is a place where the writer carried out practical work, still inputting data using Microsoft excel — analyzing the SPP payment information system in SMK Avicena Rajeg which is means for supporting TU staff performance. The method used by the writer includes interview method, observation method, literature method and Unified Modelling Language (UML) to describe a running model system and proposed system. With the production of an SPP payment information system analysis in the discussion that the writer described could be used as consideration in the process of developing student payment information systems. The writer suggested that the student tuition payment process should be computerized, as of the data that managed can be well-integrated, for example, by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server.

Abstract

Analysis and Design of the decision-making system for the appointment of permanent employees is done at PT. Aerofood ACS. The problem with appointment of permanent employees is that the selection process for permanent employees is still long, it is difficult to determine which employees should be taken if the number of qualified employees is more than needed. This research is a system analysis conducted with the aim to provide analysis and design results making it easier for management to develop into web-based applications. the method conducted in this research is by communicating with management and employees, determining problems, the process of finding data, making plans about the research to be carried out, conducting analysis followed by making a design proposal given to management, the latter being the process of making reports . The conclusion from the research carried out can find out how the process of hiring non-permanent employees to become permanent employees, giving design proposals to the management in detail so that hopes can be developed into a web-based decision support system that has the goal so that the system uses the most suitable method.
