Abstract

Lesson Study berbasis Sekolah (LSBS) adalah salah satu model pembinaan profesi pendidik melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip kolegalitas dan mutual learning untuk membangun komunitas belajar yang mencakup semua mata pelajaran dan melibatkan semua guru di sekolah. Manajemen lesson study berbasis sekolah merupakan proses kegiatan pengelolaan lesson study meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian yang bertujuan meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan kualitas pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multisitus. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMA Laboratorium UM dan SMA Negeri 1 Grati Pasuruan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi peran serta, dan dokumentasi. Kata kunci: manajemen, lesson study berbasis sekolah

Abstract

Peningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien, perlu didukung oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya proses pengembangan SDM tersebut, salah satunya tercermin dalam pribadi kepala sekolah. Kepala Sekolah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, seni dan budaya yang diterapkan dunia pendidikan, sehingga menuntut penguasaan kepala sekolah secara professional. Peningkatan profesionalisme kepala sekolah perlu dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan terencana, sebab kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin pendidikan yang bertanggung jawab dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan lainnya.Kata kunci: Profesional, Pemimpin, Pendidikan

Abstract

Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada keefektifan suatu organisasi dan prestasinya. Penerapan konsep budaya organisasi di sekolah sebenarnya tidak jauh berbeda dengan penerapan konsep budaya organisasi lainnya. Keberadaan sekolah sebagai organisasi pendidikan memiliki peran dan fungsi untuk berusaha mengembangkan, melestarikan dan mewariskan nilai-nilai budaya kepada para siswanya. Budaya organisasi di sekolah merupakan cermin kerangka pencapaian mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Nilai dan keyakinan pencapaian mutu pendidikan di sekolah menjadi hal yang utama bagi seluruh warga sekolah dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan berakhlak mulia.Kata Kunci: Budaya, Organisasi, Sekolah

Abstract

The success of the school in implementing a full day school system is inseparable from the actualization of the headmaster leadership. One of the excellent programs initiated in Indonesia is a full day school system. This program is an alternative model of education which is a learning process with a full day system. The full day school system is a way to develop the talents and creativity of students. The purpose of this study is to determine the actualization of the headmaster leadership in the implementation of a full day school system at the Islamic Education Institution in Malang City at the elementary school level. This type of research is using a descriptive qualitative approach whose data is obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the actualization of the headmaster leadership in the implementation of a full day school system at the Malang City Islamic Education Institute at the Elementary School level plays a role as the designer of a full day school system program; implementing a full day school system program; and supervisor of the full day school system program.Keywords: leadership, headmaster, full day school

Abstract

Educated unemployment has indeed had a negative impact on education, both in social stability and society. Improving the quality of tertiary education is very necessary in managing and developing tertiary institutions with modern management principles oriented to quality. In realizing the improvement of the quality of education, there are several aspects that must be considered, namely 1) the education system must be routinely evaluated with reference to the development of science, technology and art and global developments in the world community, 2) improving the quality of students including; setting quality standards for student selection, learning discipline, character building, and skills development, 3) improving the quality of lecturers in recruitment, career path, performance, development of science, teaching, research, service, and welfare, 4) Curriculum development based on market needs work, and 5) developing infrastructure to support the education and teaching process. Abstract

Character education is needed as an effort to improve the morale of students to become individuals who have noble character, moral, tolerant, tough, and good behavior. The role of family, school, and community in providing education greatly affects the character of students. Therefore, we need a character-based learning activity that can civilize students for good character. The school literacy movement (GLS) is a form of character building program that is able to improve students' reading and writing abilities, as well as quality and quality education. The purpose of this study is to determine the forms of school literacy movement activities. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach whose data is obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the forms of school literacy movement activities in an effort to improve character-based learning include 3 stages, namely the habituation of literacy activities, the development of reading interest, and the implementation of literacy-based learning.

Abstract

The learning process is a series of interactions between teachers and students to achieve predetermined learning goals or in other words learning is a form of learning process and maturation of students. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government adopted a policy to implement online learning as an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Online learning activities require creative and innovative learning models so that students can carry out learning activities effectively. With e-learning, learning materials are also delivered in detail and help students make it easier to understand learning materials. The purpose of this study is to determine the e-learning learning model in schools. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach with data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the e-learning-based learning model in schools had two systems in delivering learning materials to students, namely; 1) Synchronous (directly), the teacher provides learning materials and students can directly listen to them, and 2) A-Synchronous (indirectly), messages or learning materials are not directly conveyed to students but recorded first.
