Abstract

Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) termasuk mata pelajaran wajib yang memiliki arti strategis yang harus diikuti oleh seluruh siswa MTs di seluruh Indonesia. Karena sifatnya sebagai mata pelajaran umum, sering terjadi salah persepsi terhadap tujuan mata pelajaran ini khususnya di kalangan siswa SMP PGRI 8 Malang. Siswa terkadang menganggap kurang penting terhadap penyelenggaraan mata pelajaran ini, sehingga hasil belajar mereka kebanyakan tidak sesuai dengan potinsi yang dimiliki oleh siswa yang bersangkutan. Motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa perlu ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran debat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui motivasi siswa kelas VIII SMP PGRI 8 Malang setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan model debat dan Mengetahui prestasi siswa kelas VIII SMP PGRI 8 Malang setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan model debat, yang dianggap dapat dicapai melalui penerapan model pembelajaran debat. Metode dan teknik penelitian menggunakan Penelitian tindakan Kelas dengan subyek penelitian berjumlah 37 orang pada kelas VIII SMP PGRI 8 Malang. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa hanya 70,33%, rata-rata hasil belajar baru mencapai 7,01%, sehingga siswa yang telah tuntas hanya mencapai 74,82% dan yang belum tuntas mencapai 16,52%. Pada siklus II rata-rata motivasi belajar meningkat sampai 85,55%, rata-rata hasil belajar meningkat sampai 7,80%, siswa yang tuntas menjadi 89,96% dan siswa yang tidak tuntas mengalami penurunan hingga 7,88%. Dari data tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran debat dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar.Kata kunci: motivasi, prestasi, debat

Abstract

Bahasan ini bertujuan agar para perusahaan menerapkan disiplin kerja dan beban kerja pada karyawan,. Sehingga perusahaan mendapatkan hasil yang banyak dan bagus (kinerja karyawan yang bagus). Disiplin kerja adalah serangkaian perilaku yang menunjukan nilai-nilai ketaatan, kepatuhan, kesetiaan, keteraturan dan ketertiban dalam bekerja. Beban Kerja adalah suatu proses analisis terhadap waktu yang digunakan seseorang atau sekelompok orang selama periode tertentu dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas suatu pekerjaan jabatan atau kelompok jabatan (unit kerja). Abstract

The learning process is a series of interactions between teachers and students to achieve predetermined learning goals or in other words learning is a form of learning process and maturation of students. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government adopted a policy to implement online learning as an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Online learning activities require creative and innovative learning models so that students can carry out learning activities effectively. With e-learning, learning materials are also delivered in detail and help students make it easier to understand learning materials. The purpose of this study is to determine the e-learning learning model in schools. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach with data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the e-learning-based learning model in schools had two systems in delivering learning materials to students, namely; 1) Synchronous (directly), the teacher provides learning materials and students can directly listen to them, and 2) A-Synchronous (indirectly), messages or learning materials are not directly conveyed to students but recorded first.

Abstract

Health growth has a crucial role in enhancing the quality of socially and economically productive individuals. By achieving optimal levels of public health, health advancement plays a crucial role in promoting economic growth and reducing poverty. The community's health and nutrition status is being enhanced through various initiatives, such as enhancing access to high-quality and inexpensive healthcare services, providing necessary healthcare resources, and empowering the community to participate in healthcare efforts actively. This study underscores the pivotal role of Civil Servants of the POM Agency in addressing drug and food circulation offenses, aiming to eliminate any violations of the Health Law restrictions in this regard. Investigation, as defined by this Law, is the systematic process conducted by investigators to search for and gather evidence to shed light on criminal acts and identify the culprit.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to instill the values ??of love for the homeland and nation in students, in order to become a generation that is able to guard and protect the country, preserve culture and is willing to sacrifice for the country and nation. This service activity was carried out on October 28 and 29, 2024, at SDN Tunggulwulung 2 Lowokwaru Malang. This activity was attended by the teachers, school committee, associations and students of SDN Tunggulwulung 2. This activity lasted for 2 days, namely Monday and Tuesday. Monday is the flag ceremony commemorating the youth oath, competitions related to instilling the nation's noble values, on Tuesday there is LMI storytelling which tells the history of the struggle of the Indonesian youth and the importance of protecting the environment and bullying actions that are not in accordance with applicable values ??and norms. This activity provides an understanding of the importance of the history of the struggle to achieve the goal of independence, as well as instilling the nation's noble values ??(values ????of love for the homeland, mutual cooperation and unity) through flag ceremony activities and competitions that can foster attitudes in accordance with these values. The implementation of this activity students can implement and integrate in everyday life, so that these values ??can be preserved in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used to instill the value of love for the homeland through youth oath activities is through efforts of unity, both in the family, community, and school environment. The participation of various lines can maximize efforts to instill the value of nationalism or love for the country. ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian dalam masyarakat ini bertujuan menanamkan nilai cinta tanah air dan bangsa pada siswa, guna menjadi generasi yang mampu menjaga dan melindungi negara, melestarikan budaya dan bersedia berkorban demi negara dan bangsanya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 dan 29 Oktober 2024, bertempat di SDN Tunggulwulung 2 Lowokwaru Malang, Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh dewan guru, komite sekolah, paguyuban dan siswa SDN Tunggulwulung 2. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 2 hari, yaitu hari Senin dan Selasa. Hari Senin yaitu upacara bendera memperingati sumpah pemuda, lomba-lomba yang berkaitan dengan penanaman nilai-nilai luhur bangsa, hari Selasa ada LMI bercerita yang menceritakan tentang sejarah perjuangan pemuda bangsa Indonesia serta pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan tindakan bulliying yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai dan norma yang berlaku. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman tentang arti pentingnya sejarah perjuangan sampai meraih tujuan yaitu kemerdekaan, juga penanaman nilai-nilai luhur bangsa (nilai cinta tanah air, gotong royong maupun nilai persatuan) melalui kegiatan upacara bendera dan lomba-lomba yang dapat menumbuhkan sikap sesuai dengan nilai-nilai tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini siswa dapat mengimplementasikan dan mengintegrasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga nilai-nilai tersebut dapat dilestarikan di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Cara yang digunakan untuk menanamkan nilai cinta tanah air melalui kegiatan sumpah pemuda ialah dengan upaya persatuan, baik dalam lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, maupun sekolah. Keikutsertaan berbagai lini dapat memaksimalkan upaya penanaman nilai nasionalisme atau cinta terhadap tanah air.

Abstract

The globalization era is accompanied by a massive influx of foreign cultures, resulting in the nation's noble values being easily eroded, exacerbated by the young generation's lack of understanding of the nation's historical struggles. At an early age, children experience a growth in high absorption capacity, which can have a lasting impact and remain throughout their lives. Therefore, instilling values of patriotism from an early age is highly relevant and urgent. The method employs a collaborative approach, focusing on inspiring stories about national heroes and historical events. This is chosen based on its suitability for the characteristics of early-age children who enjoy narrative and imagination at Sejahtera Tunggulwulung PAUD. This activity includes the introduction of national hero figures, inspirational stories about these heroes, accounts of historical events related to the nation's struggle, and singing national songs. The results show an increase in children's enthusiasm for historical stories, their ability to remember several important figures or events, and a rise in children's interest in national topics, as indicated by the questions about heroes. This activity successfully laid the foundation for instilling a sense of love for the homeland and pride in national identity in children.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in educating the nation's children, both to form intellectual intelligence and general intelligence, which are able to develop potential in children, especially in children at an early age. Therefore, it is important to examine in depth the integration of character education to develop intelligence in children at an early age as a form of manifestation of the nation's successor intelligence from birth to 6 years of age for a better future. This study uses literature/library studies. The results obtained in this study are that child education carried out in the age range from birth to 6 years who are experiencing a golden period and a critical period, makes children need certain stimulation to achieve the right maturity according to their growth and development according to their age. Children in this age range are very sensitive and sensitive in capturing stimuli consisting of various forms of learning processes. Child education at this time is a determinant in the formation of children's character and personality, which has a major influence on the development of children's intelligence, so that it is expected to be able to apply the values ????obtained during the educational stimulus process both in formal and non-formal learning environments. ABSTRAKPendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam mendidik anak bangsa, baik untuk membentuk kecerdasan intelektual maupun kecerdasan umum, yang mampu mengembangkan potensi dalam diri anak, terutama pada anak di usia dini. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menelaah secara mendalam terkait pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan pada anak di usia dini sebagai bentuk manifestasi inteligensi penerus bangsa sejak lahir hingga usia 6 tahun untuk masa depan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature/kepustakaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendidikan anak yang dilaksanakan pada rentang usia lahir sampai 6 tahun yang sedang mengalami masa emas dan masa kritis, membuat anak membutuhkan stimulasi tertentu untuk mencapai kematangan yang tepat sesuai dengan tumbuh kembang sesuai umurnya. Anak di rentang usia ini sangat peka dan sensitif dalam menangkap stimulus yang yang terdiri atas berbagai bentuk proses belajar. Pendidikan anak pada masa ini merupakan penentu dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian anak, yang berpengaruh besar bagi pengembangan inteligensi anak, sehingga diharapkan dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai yang didapat pada saat proses stimulus pendidikan baik di lingkungan belajar formal maupun non formal.
