Abstract

Cloud computing adalah model penyampaian layanan teknologi informasi yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengakses dan menggunakan sumber daya komputasi melalui internet. Dengan cloud computing, UMKM dapat mengurangi biaya investasi awal dalam infrastruktur IT, serta mendapatkan akses kepada teknologi dan aplikasi yang sebelumnya mungkin tidak terjangkau. Di samping itu, cloud computing juga menawarkan skalabilitas, yang memungkinkan UMKM untuk menyesuaikan kapasitas sumber daya sesuai dengan kebutuhan usaha mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM serta melalui analisis dokumen terkait UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem tata kelola UMKM yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan metode Prototyping berbasis cloud computing, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi implementasi sistem tersebut melalui analisis PEST. Selain itu, pemetaan ini juga mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru mengenai penerapan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Selain itu, pemetaan ini juga dapat membantu pemerintah dan stakeholder terkait dalam merancang kebijakan dan program yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan UMKM.

Abstract

The use of information technology has great potential to improve performance and add value for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), so that they can compete more effectively. Marketing is a key aspect in the success of MSMEs, which helps in reaching target audiences, building brand awareness, generating leads and sales, and building relationships with customers. Brochures and pamphlets are important marketing tools for MSMEs, used to introduce their products or services, as well as explain the unique proposition they offer. However, many MSMEs face difficulties in creating effective and attractive brochures and pamphlets. Canva is a graphic design platform that can help MSMEs create professional-looking brochures and pamphlets without requiring design experience. Therefore, structured training is needed to help them utilize information technology more effectively. Bina Sarana Informatika University will carry out community service activities by providing training in making brochures and pamphlets using Canva to the Atsiri Citayam Bogor Women's Cooperative. This training aims to provide knowledge and skills to cooperative members in using this graphic design platform. In this way, it is hoped that the participants can create more brochures and pamphlets so that their effectiveness in helping their activities is even higher

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarkat terhadap air minum isi ulang dan kemasan yang di dapat lebih mudah dengan biaya terjangkau sekarang ini sangatlah tinggi, selain air minum merupakan kebutuhan primer juga masyarkat lebih memilih air minum isi ulang dibanding harus memasak air tersebut untuk kebutuhan minumnya sehari-hari. Sehingga Penulis perlu melakukan pembahasan pengaturan persediaan bahan baku air minum isi ulang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan menghasilkan yang merupakan sumber pendapatan usaha pada toko SCH. Toko SCH merupakan toko yang bertempat didaerah Depok yang bergerak pada bidang reseller yang salah satunya adalah isi ulang air minum. Dalam penerapannya untuk dapat membantu sebuah usaha dalam melakukan perencanaan, permintaan dan menurunkan biaya pembelian barang. Sistem informasi persediaan dapat mengurangi lambatnya pengolahan data dan resiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan, serta menghasilkan laporan dengan cepat. Agar permasalahan umum seperti pencatatan barang masuk, barang keluar, dan kendali untuk memantau jumlah barang dalam penyimpanan, masih dihadapi dengan cara konvensional. Hal ini memperlambat proses kerja dan mempersulit pengambilan keputusan untuk pembelian meterial dasar . Dengan menerapkan Model SDLC Waterfall, dan Metode Bill Of Material (BOM). Hasil akhir sistem yang dibuat bisa memenuhi kebutuhan yang dispesifikasikan. Pengelolaan persediaan barang menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien, karena informasi barang masuk dan keluar dapat tersimpan dalam database. Proses pemantauan terhadap persediaan barang menjadi lebih cepat, karena sistem menghitung data secara otomatis. Kemudahan dalam menghasilkan laporan diharapakan bisa membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian persediaan barang.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet dalam bidang penjualan dan pemasaran akan berdampak besar bagi usaha untuk beradaptasi dan bersaing. Penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk penjualan, dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan data barang, data transaksi, dan laporan. Sistem informasi berbasis web juga dapat menyampaikan informasi ke pelanggan. Sabara CCTV merupakan usaha penjualan elektronik di bidang kamera CCTV. Saat ini sistem penjualan yang berjalan pada Sabara CCTV masih konvensional, yaitu setiap pembeli harus mendatangi toko secara langsung untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian. Sistem pencatatan transaksi penjualan yang ada juga masih bersifat manual dengan mencatat setiap transaksi di buku penjualan. Hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan penjualan dan pencatatan data. Sebuah sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web dikembangkan untuk Sabara CCTV. Sistem informasi ini mentargetkan kemudahan transaksi jual beli bagi pelanggan dan pengelolaan terkomputerisasi untuk proses pemesanan, proses pembayaran, dan proses pelaporan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang di gunakan adalah Model waterfall. Metode ini cukup efektif dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak berskala kecil, dan tepat digunakan saat definisi kebutuhan jelas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan cukup sesuai harapan. Dengan adanya website penjualan kamera CCTV ini, pemilik usaha dapat mengelola dan meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan data. Diharapkan sistem ini juga mempermudah pelanggan yang ingin membeli kamera CCTV tanpa harus mendatangi toko serta bermanfaat sebagai media promosi sehingga dapat dikenal luas oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Knowledge of e-marketing is needed by business people. The 4P marketing concept states that price is one of the most important and most flexible elements, which has a significant influence on consumers' purchasing decisions. It takes consideration and good understanding in determining price. Although there is a lot of information on the internet, one of the problems is that these information are generally scattered and has to be searched. This situation sometimes causes other problems in learning, namely time and convenience. The development of a digital learning module with organized content, with a program to calculate the selling price, is expected to help facilitate the learning process about online marketing. The digital learning module is built for android based devices to achieve high accessibility. This provides convenience and comfort in learning.

Abstract

Abstracts - Inventory is a representation of a revenue source, and in its application, it can help a business in dealing with fluctuations in demands and reduce the cost of purchasing goods. Inventory management systems can reduce slow data processing, reduce the risk of errors in recording, and generate reports quickly. CV. WU is an MSME reseller engaged in trading of basic goods. In managing its inventory, common problems such as recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, and monitoring the number of goods in storage, are still handled in a conventional way. This slows down the work process and complicates decision making for purchasing inventory. Using the Waterfall Model, a web-based inventory management system was developed for CV. WU. The server-side operations are implemented using the Django web framework, and the client-side operations are built leveraging the Bootstrap framework. The final result of the developed system met the specified requirements. Inventory management on CV. WU becomes easier and more efficient, by storing incoming and outgoing goods records in a database. The process of monitoring the inventory of goods becomes faster, because the system calculates the data automatically. The ease of producing reports is expected to benefit management in the process of decision making regarding inventory purchases.

Abstract

Data growth is a sizeable challenge. The goal of data compression is to reduce the size of data needed to still represent useful information. Data compression can be used to increase the efficiency of data storage, transmission and protection. Lossless algorithms can precisely reconstruct the original data from the compressed data. Lossless compression is often used for data that needs to be stored or transmitted accurately. Several lossless compression methods and algorithms include the Lempel–Ziv–Markov chain algorithm (LZMA), Prediction by partial matching (PPM), Burrows-Wheeler block sorting text compression algorithm and Huffman coding (BZip2), and Deflate. Even though all compression systems are based on the same principles, there should still be differences in performance. Because of that, a general guide is needed to help determine the most appropriate data compression algorithm to use. This study aims to determine the data compression algorithm that has the best performance, based on a comparison using the Compression Ratio and Space Saving values. The research phase begins with determining the compression algorithm used, data preparation, performance testing, to then be discussed and conclusions drawn. The results show that the compression ratio and space savings that can be achieved specifically will depend on the data used. Although the range of average values of compression performance is not that big, in general LZMA2 shows the best results with a compression ratio of 1.457 and a space saving of 15.00%. Hopefully, the results of this test can be used as an overview in helping to choose a lossless data compression algorithm.

Abstract

Abstrak - Customer churn adalah sebuah keadaan di mana pelanggan menghentikan hubungan bisnis dengan sebuah usaha. Kemampuan untuk memprediksi customer churn merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam perencanaan bisnis. Umumnya data customer churn tidak seimbang, dan menjadi tantangan signifikan dalam pembelajaran mesin. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pendekatan yang paling sering digunakan adalah oversampling. Metode yang populer adalah SMOTE, yang bisa meningkatkan peforma model, namun juga bisa menyebabkan overfitting. Telah banyak penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan oversampling dalam menghadapi data tidak seimbang. Tetapi masih sedikit penelitian yang fokus pada pemilihan model klasifikasi berdasarkan metrik yang sesuai, tanpa menggunakan oversampling. Penelitian ini menguji model-model klasifikasi dalam memprediksi customer churn terhadap data tidak seimbang, baik dengan maupun tanpa menggunakan SMOTE, untuk perbandingan hasil cross-validation dan performa pengujian. Kemudian model-model ini dievaluasi menggunakan metrik Balanced Accuracy. Kebaruan terletak pada fokus bahwa pemilihan model berdasarkan kombinasi ROC AUC dan Recall, bisa menemukan model prediksi customer churn terbaik tanpa harus menggunakan oversampling. Diharapkan hasil ini dapat berkontribusi dalam memperluas wawasan dari asumsi bahwa data tidak seimbang selalu harus diatasi menggunakan oversampling.Kata kunci : Pemilihan model; Data tidak seimbang; Tanpa oversampling; ROC AUC; Recall; Abstract - Customer churn refers to the phenomenon in which a customer ends their relationship with a company. Being able to predict customer churn is crucial for business planning. However, customer churn data is often imbalance, making it a major challenge for machine learning. One way to tackle this issue is oversampling. A widely used approach is SMOTE, which can boost model performance but also risks overfitting. There have been many studies using oversampling to address imbalanced data. However, there's a lack of research on selecting a classification model based on suitable metrics without relying on oversampling. This study evaluates classification models for predicting customer churn on imbalanced datasets, comparing performance with and without the application of SMOTE using cross-validation and test results. Subsequently, the models are evaluated using the Balanced Accuracy metric. This study introduces a novel approach in which model selection based on a combination of ROC AUC and Recall identifies the optimal customer churn prediction model without the need for oversampling. These results may broaden understanding beyond the prevailing assumption that imbalanced data must always be addressed using oversampling.Keywords: Model selection; Data imbalance; Without oversampling; ROC AUC; Recall
