Abstract

This journal aims to analyze information technology (IT)-based logistics inventory systems in companies operating in the ready mix concrete and precast concrete fields. In the construction industry, efficient and accurate inventory management is critical to supporting effective and timely operations. This study identifies the problems existing in traditional inventory systems and proposes IT-based solutions to optimize logistics management. The methodology used includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system performance evaluation. The results of the research show that implementing an IT-based inventory system can increase the accuracy of inventory data, speed up the decision-making process, and reduce operational costs. This system also allows for better integration between various departments within the company, thereby improving overall coordination and efficiency. This study concludes that technological innovation in logistics management makes a significant contribution to increasing productivity and competitiveness of companies in the ready mix concrete and precast concrete industries.

Abstract

IoT-Based Ornamental Plant Watering System with YL-69 Sensor uses the Blynk platform as a user interface that allows users to monitor and control plant watering remotely. The YL-69 sensor is used to detect soil moisture levels, and the data obtained is sent to the cloud via IoT technology. Through the Blynk application, users can set watering schedules, monitor soil moisture in real-time, and receive notifications if humidity reaches a certain threshold. This system provides convenience, efficiency and seamless interaction between the user and the plants being cared for, improving water management and overall plant health.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Siantar Narumonda is a high school located on Jalan SMA Negeri Narumonda, Narumonda I, Kec. Siantar Narumonda, Toba Regency. Currently, the principal and teachers of SMAN 1 Siantar Narumonda still use manual methods in determining outstanding students using spread sheets in the Microsoft Excel program which seems very ineffective and inefficient because spread sheets can no longer meet the requirements for timeliness, speed and accuracy in data management. the number is large, so it takes quite a long time to process it because you have to look at a lot of tables in Excel. In solving the problem above, it is necessary to solve the problem by creating a decision support system using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. This research combines AHP and TOPSIS with the aim of obtaining accurate results in providing recommendations for decision makers in accordance with the objectives and implementation model carried out. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it was found that AHP and TOPSIS provide objective and reliable results in determining outstanding students. This application can speed up the selection process and reduce the potential for human error.
