Abstract

This journal aims to analyze information technology (IT)-based logistics inventory systems in companies operating in the ready mix concrete and precast concrete fields. In the construction industry, efficient and accurate inventory management is critical to supporting effective and timely operations. This study identifies the problems existing in traditional inventory systems and proposes IT-based solutions to optimize logistics management. The methodology used includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system performance evaluation. The results of the research show that implementing an IT-based inventory system can increase the accuracy of inventory data, speed up the decision-making process, and reduce operational costs. This system also allows for better integration between various departments within the company, thereby improving overall coordination and efficiency. This study concludes that technological innovation in logistics management makes a significant contribution to increasing productivity and competitiveness of companies in the ready mix concrete and precast concrete industries.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to predict Customer Churn for IndiHome services at PT. Telkom Akses using the Decision Tree algorithm. The research analyzes several variables that influence customers' decisions to discontinue subscriptions, including complaints, service packages, and subscription duration. The analysis results show that the Complaint attribute has the highest Gain value (0.6898), making it the main factor distinguishing customers likely to churn from those who remain. This suggests a strong correlation between complaint frequency and the customers’ decision to continue or terminate the service. Additionally, the Package attribute also has a significant impact, with a Gain of 0.2785, indicating that the selected package speed influences the likelihood of churn. Conversely, the Subscription Duration attribute has the lowest Gain (0.0411), indicating that this variable provides minimal information in predicting churn. Based on these findings, PT. Telkom Akses is recommended to consider improving complaint management and optimizing service package offerings to reduce Customer Churn rates.Keyword: Customer Churn; Decision Tree; Prediction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi Customer Churn pada layanan IndiHome di PT. Telkom Akses menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis sejumlah variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pelanggan untuk berhenti berlangganan, antara lain: keluhan, paket layanan, dan lama berlangganan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa atribut Keluhan memiliki nilai Gain tertinggi (0.6898), menjadikannya faktor utama dalam membedakan pelanggan yang cenderung berhenti berlangganan (churn) dan yang tetap (tidak churn). Hal ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara frekuensi keluhan dengan keputusan pelanggan untuk terus menggunakan layanan. Selain itu, atribut Paket juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan Gain 0.2785, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kecepatan paket layanan memengaruhi kemungkinan pelanggan untuk churn. Sebaliknya, atribut Lama Berlangganan memiliki Gain terendah (0.0411), yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel ini kurang informatif dalam memprediksi churn. Dengan hasil ini, PT. Telkom Akses disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan pengelolaan keluhan pelanggan serta pemilihan paket layanan yang sesuai guna mengurangi tingkat Customer Churn.Kata kunci: Customer Churn; Decision Tree; Prediksi

Abstract

Pada saat ini teknologi bergerak sangat cepat, sehingga manusia tidak peduli dengan batas, jarak, ruang dan waktu. Masyarakat kini sering menggunakan smartphone untuk berbelanja online dengan internet sebagai penunjang penggunaan smartphone yang juga menjadi sumber informasi bagi konsumen. Masyarakat dapat berbelanja online melalui toko ecommerce. Shopee merupakan salah satu ecommerce yang sering menawarkan diskon pada dua tanggal, bulan dan pada waktu tertentu untuk menarik konsumen. Namun, masyarakat sering tidak mendapatkan produk yang mereka inginkan saat diskon tersedia. Maka dari itu dengan adanya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui harga diskon pakaian pria di ecommerce shopee pada tanggal, bulan dan waktu yang diberikan. Website ini dapat membantu konsumen dalam mendapatkan barang diskon pada tanggal, bulan dan waktu yang ditentukan oleh shopee. Hal ini dapat meningkat akurasi sebanyak 89% dengan produk kaos lengan panjang pada tanggal 11 dan bulan 11.

Abstract

As we know, Diesel fuel or also called Solar is a fuel used for diesel-engined motor vehicles, which are generally used in public transportation vehicles or commercial vehicles. In addition, it is also used in diesel for industry. Solar energy is obtained from petroleum refining. In addition to being a fuel, diesel also functions as a lubricant in diesel engine components. In managing the fuel budget for companies or agencies that have high operational needs, decisions regarding the allocation of funds and fuel purchases are very important. Inefficient or unplanned fuel purchases can result in waste and reduce profitability. Therefore, an optimal decision-making system is needed at PT. Deztonindo, which can accurately predict fuel needs and adjust the budget according to the company with the right price and market demand. This study uses a literature review method with the Deep Q-Network (DQN) method. The number of samples in this study is 2559 data with 10 test data. With a reduction in idle time of up to 50%, idle fuel consumption is reduced by 18 liters, increasing efficiency from 0.88 km / liter to 1.28 km / liter, or an increase of 45.5%. After optimization, there was a decrease in average fuel consumption of 20%, which had a direct impact on saving operational costs in a year for the diesel fuel purchase budget. The existence of this decision system can overcome the obstacles to obtaining accurate results for the diesel fuel purchase budget, to minimize the level of conditions that occur
