Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Kepil. Hasil belajar yang akan ditingkatkan meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Peningkatan hasil belajar dilakukan dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran think talk write. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Aspek psikomotorik pada pembelajaran siklus I mencapai 41,5% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 71%, ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pembelajaran siklus II siswa sudah mampu menemukan kesalahan mereka dalam menyelesai­kan soal dan mereka bisa mengerjakan soal dengan cara yang berbeda. Aspek afektif pada pembelajaran siklus I mencapai 45,5% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 73%, me­nunjukkan bahwa pada pembelajaran siklus II sudah banyak siswa yang memberikan tanggapan ketika diskusi berlangsung dan banyak siswa yang memberikan respon terhadap penjelasan guru atau teman satu kelompok. Aspek kognitif pada siklus I mencapai 48% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 71%, hal ini menjukkan bahwa siswa yang memperoleh nilai diatas KKM dengan ketentuan KKM 75 sudah lebih banyak dibandingkan dari siklus I.peningkatan pada aspek kognitif menyebabkan ketuntasan klasikal kelas juga meningkat. Ketuntasan klasikal kelas pada siklus I mencapai 78% meningkat menjadi 88% pada siklus II.   Kata kunci: Think talk write, hasil belajar

Abstract

The literacy skills possessed by students in Indonesia are quite worrying. Based on the data recorded in PISA, the score obtained by Indonesia regarding literacy is only 371. Indonesia is ranked third from the bottom regarding literacy. The purpose of writing this journal is to critically examine the literacy of students at SDN 195/IV Pematangan Kancil Merangin Jambi. This research was conducted at SDN 195/VI Pematang Kancil Merangin Jambi. The subjects of this study were students of SDN 195/VI Pematang Kancil Merangin Jambi. The research subjects were selected at the elementary school level because based on the results of field observations, the literacy level of students at SDN 195/VI Pematang Kancil Merangin Jambi was still very minimal or low. The writing of this journal is based on the type of qualitative research using a literature review approach. Literature review is an activity to examine various forms of relevant sources. The conclusion from the scientific literacy analysis activities at SDN 195/VI Pematang Kancil Merangin Jambi has a low literacy level. One of the influencing factors is environmental factors. The SDN 195/VI school is located in a small village, where the accreditation owned by the school is accreditation C. There are various ways to improve literacy in students, one example is by creating a literacy corner movement program. Based on the research conducted, it is effective and efficient to improve student literacy.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning should involve the active role of students directly, so that students will interact using the media that has been presented by the teacher. Observations made in the field found a problem, namely students lack of focus and lack of understanding of the concept of material in Indonesian language content. The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze related efforts to improve understanding of material concepts in Indonesian content by using interactive videos in class II SDN 64/1 Muara Bulian. The type of research used is PTK (Classroom Action Research). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 34/I Teratai, in class II to be precise. The results obtained are that students are still confused when using interactive videos, and are more comfortable when the teaching process is carried out using traditional methods, namely by using a blackboard that is devoted to providing subject matter related to how to write cursive in stories by paying attention to the use of capital letters. The conclusion is that the use of interactive videos in increasing students' understanding of concepts in Indonesian language subjects with non-continuous writing material in stories with attention to the use of capital letters is effective at the elementary school level.
