Abstract

This study aims to) determine the influence of experiential marketing both simultaneously and partially to customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City. The independent variables used in this research are sense, feel, think, act, and relate. While the dependent variable is Customer Loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The type of research conducted is descriptive causal. The sample is 90 respondents with purposive sampling sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 23. The result of this research shows that simultaneously experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate significantly influence customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City . Partially customer trust consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate have a significant effect to customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City.

Abstract

Work productivity is needed to achieve the goals that have been set. Work productivity is often interpreted as an attitude that absolutely holds the view that today's work methods must be better than yesterday's work methods in that the results that can be achieved tomorrow must be more or higher in quality than the results achieved today.This research will be carried out at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Palopo City, which is located on Jl. Andi Djemma No. 66 Tompotikka Village, Wara District, Palopo City. The Influence of Training on Employee Work Productivity at the BKPSDM Office in Palopo City. This study aims to describe the Effect of Training on Employee Work Productivity at the BKPSDM Office in Palopo City. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire as many as 24 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique, validity test, reliability test, and linear regression analysis. The sampling method used is saturated samples. Based on sports data, the result is that training has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan metode Index Card Match pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas IV SD Negeri 196 Pinrang. Seorang pendidik harus mampu menciptakan metode dan model pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan hal ini bertujuan untuk mebangkitkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dan aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Subyek penelitian yaitusiswa kelas IV SD Negeri 196 Pinrang. Metode yang digunakan untuk penitian ini adalah PTK. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Index Card Match pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas IV SD Negeri 196 Pinrang sangat efektif. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai siswa yang sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) telah tercapai. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode Index Card Match pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sangat efektif.
