Abstract

This research aims to analyze the efficacy of using the WhatsApp application as a data medium in education. The procedure used is qualitative with a literature review research approach. The number of posts used as literature is 25 posts, taken from 2021 to 2022, and indexed by national and international databases. Posts in the type of daily indexed by the national database consist of 1 daily indexed by the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) ranked 2 or S2, 2 days indexed by S3, 7 days indexed by S4, and 4 days indexed by S5. In contrast to the international daily type as many as 11 daily. The results of the information analysis show that almost all report good efficacy in using the WhatsApp application as a medium in education. Some of the results obtained from the use of this application in education include increasing student attention, stimulating and motivating students in learning, making the teaching and learning process fun, good learning outcomes, education tends to be more efficient, and education is more flexible and not rigid. The conclusion from the research results is that during the current pandemic, the online education system must use the right method and safe media without compromising its quality. Abstract

Human rights or what is often abbreviated as HAM in Indonesia have been alluded to in the formulation of the text of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Human rights are moral norms or principles that describe standards of human behavior that are systematically protected as human rights law. nationally or internationally. Human rights are generally understood as rights that absolutely become basic rights where people inherently have rights because of their position as human beings which include aspects of their nation, location, language, religion, ethnicity, and other statuses. Based on searching the verses of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah, it is concluded that Islamic law has formulated the regulation and protection of human rights for humans.
