Abstract

Gender has become quite an interesting and unique topic of conversation from time to time. The pros and cons behind gender equality are never ending and can be thoroughly discussed from various perspectives. If viewed from an ownership perspective, this is closely related to supervisory ability which is studied through gender. So far, ownership structure has long been used as a proxy for good corporate finance (GCG). Apart from that, according to agency theory, the ownership structure is considered capable of preventing and eliminating agency costs. This research is a comparative study that compares People's Economic Banks (BPR) which are owned by women with BPRs owned by men only (which do not have a female composition). The research was conducted at BPR in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. The analytical tool used is the t test (difference test) with two independent samples. The results show that there is no difference in profitability and efficiency in terms of gender. This research provides recommendations for companies to consider the presence of women as an important resource in the decision-making process and efforts to improve business performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Sekotong Barat saat ini telah ditetapkan menjadi desa wisata dan memang sudah semenjak lama menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan bagi Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Kawasan ini merupakan daerah yang identic dengan pantai dan alam laut indah yang menyimpan sejuta kekayaan biota maupun mineral didalamnya. Tidak berlebihan jika daerah ini dkatakan sebagai salah satu ikon wisata bahari di Lombok Barat. Namun demikian daerah ini kerap kali mengalami bencana seperti banjir, pasang air laut dan gempa bumi. Ditambah lagi saat ini adanya bencana non alam yaitu COVID-19 Tentu hal tersebut menjadi masalah dan sekaligus tantangan bagi pelaku jasa wisata di Sekotong Barat. Perlu kiranya untuk membuat konsep dan strategi pariwisata saat pandemi serta memberi rasa aman kepada para pengunjung untuk dapat menikmati Desa Sekotong Barat di saat pandemi.Solusi yang ditawarkan berdasar permasalahan tersebut adalah melakukan studi tentang konsep desa wisata di era pandemi dan menentukan strategi pengembangan desa wisata. Selain itu diberikan strategi untuk BUMDes dan Pokdarwis serta aparat desa yang akan mengembangakan bisnis wisata. Upaya melakukan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan survey  untuk mempertajam strategi yang akan dipilih. Selain itu dilakukan sosialisasi hasil studi dalam bentuk penyerahan berkas hasil studi kepada aparat desa.Abstract:  Sekotong Barat Village has now been designated as a tourist village and has long been a leading tourist destination for West Lombok Regency. This area is synonymous with beautiful beaches and natural seas that store a million wealth of biota and minerals. It is no exaggeration to say that this area is one of the icons of marine tourism in West Lombok. However, this area often experiences disasters such as floods, high tides, and earthquakes. In addition, currently, there is a non-natural disaster, namely COVID-19. Of course, this is a problem and, simultaneously, a challenge for tourism service actors in West Sekotong. It is necessary to create tourism concepts and strategies during a pandemic and provide a sense of security for visitors to enjoy Sekotong Barat Village during a pandemic. Based on these problems, the solution offered is to study the concept of a tourist village in the pandemic era and determine a tourism village development strategy. In addition, plans give for BUMDes and Pokdarwis and village officials who will develop the tourism business. Survey activities then carry out efforts to do to sharpen the strategy to be chosen. In addition, the socialization of study results gift out in the form of submitting study results to village officials.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Genggelang saat ini telah ditetapkan menjadi desa wisata dan memang sudah semenjak lama menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan bagi Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Kawasan ini merupakan daerah yang termasuk dataran tinggi dan berbukit yang memiliki udara yang masih bersih dan beberapa air terjun yang dalam Bahasa lokal disebut tiu. Kekayaan alam yang dimiliki oleh Desa Genggelang tersebut juga lebih menarik lagi dengan kekayaan budaya yang masih lestari. Tentu hal tersebut menjadi masalah bagi pelaku jasa wisata di Genggelang.Solusi yang ditawarkan berdasar permasalahan tersebut adalah melakukan studi tentang konsep agrowisata dan menentukan strategi pengembangan desa wisata. Upaya melakukan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan survey untuk mempertajam strategi yang akan dipilih. Selain itu dilakukan sosialisasi hasil studi dalam bentuk penyerahan berkas hasil studi kepada aparat desa. Target yang direncanakan adanya rumusan kebijakan pada pengembangan desa wisata. Rumusan strategi dari analisis tersebut harapannya dapat diterapkan kedepannya.Abstract: Genggelang Village has now been designated as a tourist village and has long been a leading tourist destination for North Lombok Regency. This area is a highland and hilly area that has clean air and several waterfalls which in local language are called tiu. The natural wealth of Genggelang Village is also even more interesting with its cultural wealth that is still preserved. Of course, this is a problem for tourism service providers in Genggelang. The solution offered based on this problem is to conduct a study on the concept of agrotourism and determine a strategy for developing tourist villages. In an effort to do this, survey activities are carried out to sharpen the strategy that will be chosen. In addition, the study results were disseminated in the form of submission of study results files to village officials. The planned target is to formulate policies for developing tourist villages. It is hoped that the strategy formulation from this analysis can be applied in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of life in Hinduism is Moksha which can achieve through the fulfillment of kama (needs), the use of artha (assets), and the path of dharma. This study aims to explore the public's understanding of Artha as a religious moderator, analyze the concept of Artha as a spiritual moderator, and analyze the challenges and strategies of the Hindu community of Mataram City regarding Artha as a religious moderator. Through a qualitative approach by combining primary and secondary data as well as data collection techniques, interviews, observation, and documentation of the community, community leaders, and Hindu community leaders in the city of Mataram. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Hindu community of Mataram City understands religious moderation as a moderate perspective on religion. Artha is meant, in this case, both material and non-material. Will realize This reasonable condition if it has a national commitment, tolerance, and non-violence. Therefore, the Hindu Community of Mataram City already understands what religious moderation means, but it has not been maximized in practice. In addition, the concept of artha has a very close and interrelated relationship with religious moderation. To obtain and use it must always be based on dharma by following the ideas and sources of Hindu teachings, which are also in line with the values ​​contained in Pancasila. The implementation challenges are related to limited human resources, and it is hoped that in the future, they can carry out strategies through religious leaders and community leaders who continue to provide understanding and enlightenment, strengthening the importance of religious moderation.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan masalah global yang signifikan, terutama di negara-negara berkembang yang belum dapat mengelolanya dengan baik. Dalam konteks ini, metode 4R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover) menawarkan solusi efektif untuk menangani sampah, khususnya dengan mendaur ulang sampah organik seperti sayur dan buah menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC). Pupuk organik cair yang dihasilkan dari limbah organik dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Program pemanfaatan limbah sayuran menjadi pupuk organik cair melibatkan beberapa tahap, termasuk sosialisasi, praktik penggunaan, dan pengemasan produk. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Lembuak telah memahami dan mengaplikasikan metode tersebut dengan baik. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran akan pengelolaan sampah tetapi juga mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia dengan memanfaatkan limbah organik secara efektif. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat terus mengelola limbah secara berkelanjutan, memberikan manfaat bagi tanaman dan lingkungan, serta meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari sampah organik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service performance and quality of health services on patient loyalty at Community Health Centers in Bima City. The sample for this study was patients or families of patients who visited community health centers to receive health services at community health centers in the Bima City area, namely: East Rasana'E Health Center, Penana'E Health Center, Mpunda Health Center, Asakota Health Center, and Paruga Na'E Community Health Center totaling 250 person. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research conclusion is that the performance of community health centers has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty to visit and use medicines according to instructions from nurses/doctors at all community health centers in Bima City. The quality of Puskesmas services in Bima City has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty to visit and take medicine according to instructions from nurses/doctors at all Puskesmas in Bima City
