Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of Sea Transportation Service (JPT) companies operating in the port of Tanjung Emas which lost their revenue for 6 months in a row, resulting in the revocation of their permits. The inability to compete in the form of low operational performance leads to a decrease in financial performance. Some researchers believe that innovation in logistics is the most effective way of increasing competitive advantage and firm performance in the logistics industry. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between innovation in logistics, operation performance, and financial performance and the factors that influence innovation is strategic action and knowledge management orientation. The data were obtained from a questionnaire filled by 178 Sea Management Services (JPT) companies operating in the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. The result of the statistical analysis shows that directly strategic action and innovation in logistics have a positive and significant effect on operational performance. Indirectly knowledge management orientation has a positive and significant effect on operational performance through innovation in logistic.

Abstract

Ilota Nanasi Au-Ag deposit located in the western flank of the Gn. Baganite, a part rhyodacite dome in Gn. Pani district, Gorontalo Province, where the extensive exploration programs were carried out by PT Gorontalo Sejahtera Mining (a subsidiary of PT J Resources Nusantara) from 2012 – 2020.  As the result, a total of 72.7 Mt @ 0.98 g/t Au and 0.85 g/t Ag (2.3 Moz Au and 2.6 Moz Ag) mineral resource was delineated in 2019. This paper mainly aimed to the petrogenesis association of granitoid basement and rhyodacite unit as the host rock in the Ilota Nanasi gold deposit. The geology of Ilota Nanasi is overlain by Late Miocene granodiorite, andesite and diorite basement, Pliocene volcanic complex predominantly dacite – rhyodacite, tuff, breccia, and quaternary deposit as alluvial and surface breccia. Hydrothermal alteration and gold – silver mineralization centered in the porphyritic rhyodacite host rocks where the intense silicification forming a zone around the hydrothermal crackle breccia unit and/or high-density quartz vein, veinlets and stockworks. Mineralization in Ilota Nanasi is interpreted as a low sulfidation epithermal system dominated by a large volume of hydrothermal crackle breccia, intense quartz veining, veinlets, and high-density fracturing. A combined analytical result of petrography and whole-rock geochemistry has been used to assess the petrogenetic association of the rhyodacite and granitoid basement in the Ilota Nanasi. The result of the AFM diagram plot shows sample trends in calc-alkaline magma field. In contrast, the SiO2 – K2O plot distributed in two trends: the older unit was associated with high-K calc-alkaline and the shoshonite series for the younger unit. The changing of magma series is considered as product of crystallization differentiation of evolved parental magma or derived from the melting of mantle material after the mantle or lower crustal was metasomatized during a former episode of subduction.

Abstract

The prospect “X-Y” is located in Gorontalo Province, a part of “gold district” with NW-SE arc-normal, E-W arc-parallel, and NS-NNE subsidiary lineament features and localize geological setting in the northern arm of Sulawesi. Regional geology of Sulawesi's northern arm is characterized of volcanoplutonic magmatic by typical Eocene to Recent island-arc assemblages (Hamilton, 1979). An older basement composed of granodiorite occurs in the north of the study area (Kavalieris, 1984). The study was conducted using variety of approaches, including desk top study, field mapping, and data interpretation. Desktop study are focused on lineament and fault fracture density interpretation. Field mapping include observation, measurement, and structure interpretation. Gold mineralization in the prospect “X-Y” are hosted in porphyritic dacite, lapilli tuff, and diatreme breccia unit. The type of mineralization generated epithermal low sulphidation with anomalous mineralization. It has the feature of a high fault-fracture density range of 2100-3200 m/

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the job description and compensation and job satisfaction as well as the magnitude of the effect, either partially or simultaneously on the employees of the CV Calysta Prima Aesthetic center. The method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method. The population in this study were employees of the CV Calysta Prima Aesthetic center, with a total sample of 39 people with saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the job description and compensation were in the good category, while job satisfaction was in the medium/high enough category. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the job description partially gave an effect of 81.2%. The effect of compensation partially gives an effect of 84.9% on employee job satisfaction. The effect of job description and compensation simultaneously gives an effect of 86.9% on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Quranic Reading and Writing Learning at As-Sholih Islamic Education Center in Tegalretna Public Elementary School There are two main objectives of this research: (1) To analyze Quranic reading and writing learning in enhancing Quranic literacy at As-Sholih Islamic Education Center in Tegalretna Public Elementary School, and (2) To analyze the supporting and hindering factors in Quranic reading and writing learning. This study adopts a qualitative approach and utilizes a case study method, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research reveals that Quranic reading and writing learning are influenced by various aspects, including the teaching methods employed and the crucial role of teachers in developing students' abilities in reading and writing the Quran. The findings of this research indicate that As-Sholih Islamic Education Center at Tegalretna Public Elementary School represents a collaborative effort to establish Islamic-based education centered around the Quran. (1) The Quranic reading and writing learning process takes place outside regular school hours as part of extracurricular activities. Several factors affect the Quranic reading and writing learning process, including students' motivation and interest, teacher quality, facilities and resources, time, parental involvement, and the community environment. The method used at As-Sholih Islamic Education Center is the Iqro method, covering volumes 1-6. For the Quranic reading and writing classes, they are tailored to the students' basic Quranic literacy skills. (2) Tegalretna Public Elementary School plays a role in providing facilities such as students, classrooms, desks, chairs, and necessary teaching materials for As-Sholih Islamic Education Center. Since Tegalretna Public Elementary School and As-Sholih Islamic Education Center collaborate, they mutually support each other. The evaluation of As-Sholih Islamic Education Center's teaching and learning activities is conducted to observe students' progress in Quranic reading and writing skills. This evaluation takes the form of an event in which each Quranic reading and writing class will take the stage to showcase what they have learned during the academic year. Evaluation is also carried out by teachers from Tegalretna Public Elementary School and As-Sholih Islamic Education Center, although the focus and criteria for evaluation differ. The teachers' evaluation aims t discuss how to ensure the learning process continues to run smoothly.
