Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of job insecurity and job motivation variables on turnover intention in the warehouse division of PT Padjadjaran Internusa textile Bandung branch. The phenomenon that occurs is that the turnover intention rate in the company is high, namely 18.82% in 2020. This study aims to determine the general description of job insecurity, job motivation, and turnover intention. Knowing how much influence job insecurity has on turnover intention, job motivation on turnover intention, and knowing how much influence job insecurity and job motivation have on turnover intention. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The tool for data collection uses a questionnaire distributed to 46 employees in the division of PT Padjadjaran Internusa textile Bandung branch by using non-probability sampling technique, saturated sample. The results of the analysis of job insecurity and job motivation on turnover intention have an effect of 18.10% while the remaining 81.90% (100% -18.10%) is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously and partially job insecurity and job motivation have a significant effect on turnover intention, this is indicated by the results of the simultaneous test that a significance value of F is 0.102 which is greater than of 0.05 (0.014 <0 ,05). The significance value is above 5% resulting in the decision Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the partial test for the job insecurity variable obtained a significance value of t of 0.033 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.033 <0.05) so that the decision Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The job motivation variable is 0.041, which is smaller than 0.05 (0.041 <0.05), resulting in the decision that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Divisi Marketing Pada PT. Duta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, adapun populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan divisi marketing dengan jumlah sampel 52 orang responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengambil sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik pengukuran data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear, analisis korelasi berganda serta koefisien determinasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil pengujian secara parsial diperoleh thitung untuk Kompetensi adalah sebesar 3,738 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,008, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan divisi marketing PT. Duta. (2) Hasil pengujian secara parsial Motivasi diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,079 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,008, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan divisi marketing PT. Duta. (3) Hasil pengujian secara simultan (uji F) didapat Fhitung sebesar 26,753 nilai tersebut lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3,19, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan divisi marketing PT. Duta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran serta pengaruh work-family conflict dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional perawat wanita pada saat pandemi covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Pindad Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat wanita berjumlah 73 orang, menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel purposive sampling dengan kriteria perawat wanita yang sudah menikah yang berjumlah 59 orang. Besaran nilai koefisien determinasi Work-Family Conflict dan Stres Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional sebesar 50,1% sedangkan 49,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan Work-Family Conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Secara simultan Work-Family Conflict dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional perawat wanita yang sudah menikah di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Pindad Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan besaran pengaruh consumptive lifestyle dan physical evidence terhadap purchase decision secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, alat yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kusioner yang di sebarkan kepada 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berkunjung ke 372 Kopi Setiabudhi pada bulan Desember 2022. Jumlah sampel yang diambil didasarkan pada perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Yamane dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 (seratus) responden. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh bahwa consumptive lifestyle berpengaruh sebesar 28,2% terhadap purchase decision, physical evidence berpengaruh sebesar 59,3% terhadap purchase decision, serta consumptive lifestyle dan physical evidence berpengaruh sebesar 60,4% terhadap purchase decision. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara consumptive lifestyle secara parsial terhadap purchase decision. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara physical evidence secara parsial terhadap purchase decision. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara consumptive lifestyle dan physical evidence secara simultan terhadap purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran serta pengaruh content marketing dan self-image congruence terhadap purchase intention generasi Z di Tiktokshop Ribsgold secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling yang diambil didasarkan pada perhitungan rumus Yamane sebanyak 100 (seratus) responden dengan kriteria berusia 14-26 tahun yang menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok dan bertempat tinggal di Kota Bandung. Pengujian data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel content marketing, self-image congruence dan purchase intention dikategorikan baik dengan hasil pengujian data content marketing dan self-image congruence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention generasi Z di Tiktokshop Ribsgold dengan nilai positif secara parsial dan simultan

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly tight business competition, employee performance is the key to company success. A positive organizational culture and transformational leadership style can influence employee motivation, productivity and commitment, which in turn improves organizational performance. This research investigates the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership style on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Quantitative research methods were carried out on 100 employees at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri JX. The results of path analysis show that organizational culture and transformational leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediator. This research contributes to the development of human resource management theory and practice by highlighting the importance of organizational culture and leadership style in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an inevitable phenomenon in various aspects of business, including in human resource management. This article explores the importance of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of human resource management and examines the challenges that may be faced during the implementation process. Digital transformation enables the automation of various routine activities such as employee data administration, wages, and benefits, which significantly reduces manual workload and the risk of human error. In addition, the application of technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics allows for a more efficient hiring process and more informed and rapid data-driven decision-making. However, this transformation process is not free from various obstacles, including resistance to change among employees, problems integrating existing digital systems, and data security threats. Resistance to change often arises due to fears of job loss or difficulty adapting to new technologies. Technical challenges also occur in terms of synchronizing the various systems used by the company and ensuring the security of employee data from cyber threats. Amidst all this, maintaining a balance between technological efficiency and human touch remains key. By facing and resolving these obstacles, companies can harness the benefits of digital transformation in human resource management, creating a more productive, adaptive and future-oriented work environment.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work discipline and work-life balance on employee productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia's Sukabumi Branch Office. A quantitative correlation approach was used to obtain data from 100 employees via a Likert questionnaire. The findings of the investigation revealed that both work discipline and work-life balance had a considerable favorable impact on employee productivity. It was discovered that the higher the level of work discipline and work-life balance, the higher the expected work productivity. Although no significant relationship was found between work discipline and work-life balance, both together affect work productivity. Regression analysis shows that both have a significant impact individually on work productivity. Work discipline affects work productivity by 0.261 units, while work-life balance affects it by 0.335 units. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows that about 20.5% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by work discipline and work-life balance. Although the regression model can explain a small portion of the variation in work productivity, there are still other factors affecting work productivity that are not included in this model. This study provides important insights for company management in improving employee productivity through the implementation of good work discipline and optimal work-life balance. It is hoped that the results of this study can be the basis for company policy in establishing a favorable workplace and supporting employee productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja serta pengaruhnya baik parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 38 guru SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung. Sampel dalam penelian ini adalah 38 guru SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Berdasarakan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi kerja termasuk kedalam kategori cukup rendah, budaya organisasi berapa pada kategori cukup baik dan kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori cukup rendah. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 51,9% terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 71,5% terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 77,6% terhadap kepuasan kerja.
