Abstract

 Abstract: Many company provide greater leisure service settings or arrange another leisure service settings to attract consumers and also make profit, movie theater is one of a kind of leisure service setting. Appearanced of The Premiere movie theaters in Manado become a phenomena although this kind of movie theater already introduced by other company that provide premium movie theater. This research aims to evaluate the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA used as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who already experience watching movie in The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Convenience sampling was used to collecting data through online questionnaire.The result, the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3 shows, the cleanliness inside the studio attribute located in Quadrant 2. On the other hand, electric seats inside the studio attribute placed in Quadrant 3 on IPA chart about servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. The Premiere needs to improve all of them in order to keep the market share they have already created otherwise to keep satisfying their customers, and creating further repatronage intention. ­­Keywords: importance and performance analysis, servicescape, leisure service setting, the premiere, cineplex 21 group.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is quantitative type of research which uses primary data obtained through questionnaire and uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) as the analytical tool. The population of this research is the employee at PT. PLN Wilayah Suluttenggo where the sample size is taken from 100 employees. In this research, there are 20 variables that defined as factors that influence employee engagement at PT. PLN Wilayah Suluttenggo. The analysis and discussion from this research there are 13 variables that correlated with the factor that already conducted. The findings from the factoring process there are 4 factors that influence employee engagement at PT. PLN Wilayah Suluttenggo. First factor is Organizational Commitment with 6 independent variables (Employee Training, Work Environment, Socialization, Internal CSR, Co-Workers Support, and Development). Second factor is Organizational Justice with 3 independent variables (Reward, Internal Communication, and Job Characteristics). Third Factor is Organizational Performance with 3 independent variables (Empowerment, Recruitment, and Selection). Fourth factor is leadership style with one independent variable. This result show that company needs to maintain and improve those 4 important factor to reach employee engagement which are Organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice, Organizational Performance, and Leadership Style.Keywords: employee engagement, confirmatory factor analysis.

Abstract

Abstract : Service Quality in some marketing literature has an important role as one of the strategy to win the competition. Perceived risk plays an important role to be considered as well, since the risk aversion has become a natural habit for human being. The objective of this research is to analyze the significant effect of service quality and perceived risk on consumer purchase intention simultaneously and partially. This study has conducted in Tomohon city on March – April 2017. 100 customers of Multimart Tomohon were surveyed as samples. Based on the data analysis using multiple regression method, this research found that service quality and perceived risk have significances influences on consumer purchase intention simultaneously and partially. Based on that result this research recommend to Multimart Tomohon to ensure the service quality and perceived risk since both of this variable have significant influence on consumer purchase intention. Then, to continuously improving the quality in service and ease to pamper the consumers and suppliers of the product itself. Keywords: Consumer purchase intention, perceived risk, service quality.

Abstract

Transportasi adalah salah satu hal utama serta peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, banyak orang tidak dapat dipisahkan karena sangat berguna untuk mendukung kegiatan sehari-hari. Fakta saat ini, bukti bahwa transportasi darat adalah menggunakan strategi aplikasi berbasis online untuk berinovasi dan mengembangkan bisnis di bidang transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari motivasi menjadi pengemudi transportasi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quantitative. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengemudi Gojek dan Grab. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan untuk menjadi pengemudi transportasi online diukur dengan Motivasi Intrinsik dengan distribusi data normal dan homogen. Mean of Intrinsic Motivation perspective pada Gojek dan Grab hampir sama, dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan untuk menjadi sopir transportasi online diukur dengan Motivasi Ekstrinsik dengan distribusi data normal dan homogen. Perspektif Motivasi Ekstrinsik Grab lebih baik daripada Gojek. Pengemudi sebaiknya lebih fokus pada pekerjaan mereka dan selalu ingat mengapa mereka memilih perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja dari pada membandingkan apa yang mereka dapatkan dari perusahaan mereka dan apa yang dapat diberikan perusahaan lain kepada mereka, dan Gojek harus lebih memperhatikan pengemudi mereka mengingat Grab dapat melakukan lebih baik untuk menghindari bahwa driver mereka akan berubah menjadi pengemudi Grab karena itu. Abstract

Abstract: Banks play a major role in foresting the economy of a nation. It serves as an intermediary for people with excess of money to the people in need of money. In carrying out its function, banks must maintain the capital adequacy that is used to assess its ability to bear risk that might occur. This research focuses on examining the factors that influence Indonesian commercial banks capital adequacy ratio (CAR). Fixed effect with least square dummy variable and 61 commercial banks as sample is used in the research. The result shows that operating expense to operating income ratio and total asset has a positive and significant influence to CAR. NIM is shows positive relationship with CAR this variable is found to be statistically significant. High level of capital will increase cash reserves that can be used to extend credit and high solvency level will open greater opportunities for the bank to improve its profitability. Conversely, low solvency level will reduce the bank?s ability to improve profitability, reduce public trust and affect its continuity.Keywords: capital adequacy ratio (Car), net interest margin (nim), operating expense to operating income ratio (oeoi), total asset

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to analysis performance implication of knowledge management process at PT Indo Harapan Makmur Manado. This research is using qualitative research method that explores the theories from several journal, articles, book and previous research. The type of this research is descriptive research. Descriptive qualitative approach used in this research describes and explore the knowledge management process at PT Indo Harapan Makmur Manado. Population in this qualitative research is employee in PT Indo Harapan Makmur Manado that can be respondent about this issues. The result of this research is where the company has applied knowledge management and the process, but from each informant said that the application of the knowledge management process is not too maximal and directed, in the case of the company is a family company, so the process in it is only studied in writing. Company must apply the management of knowledge in the company must be maximized; because of this knowledge management is very important in running each business and will not lose competition with other distributor companies. Keywords: knowledge management and knowledge management process

Abstract

Abstract: The conditions above imply that potential human resources are capable to adopt the progress and development of science and technology to always growth. This requires employees to achieve performance which as high as possible with the hope of the organization or company can compete and competitive in the era of globalization today. The purpose of this research is to find the impact of variables toward organizational citizenship behavior in Jamkrindo Manado. This research used quantitaitve method. The sample of this research is employee of Jamkrindo Manado. This research used purposive sampling and the date filled by the questionaire. The result of this research is the social capital, interpersonal relationshipsignificant influence on organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously. social capital has no significant influence toward organizational citizenship behavior in jamkrindo manado partially. interpersonal relationship behavior has significant influence toward organizational citizenship behaviorin jamkrindo manado partially. Recommendation is Jamkrindo Manado should focus more on know what drives interpersonal relationship in Jamkrindo Manado have effect on OCB in the office. Jamkrindo Manado should make company meetings that enhance OCB in the office. Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior
