Abstract

ABSTRACT Product placement is an advertising technique used by companies to subtly promote their products through a non-traditional advertising technique, usually through appearances in film, television, or other media. It will get a lot of attention to their product placement on consumer’s mind. Through product placement, company expects to get benefits and also to give a great influence on buying decision of female consumer by television. This study aims to analyze the product placement using media television on buying decision between young female and adult female. Methodology used in this research is Independent Samples T-Test which is to compare whether two groups have different average values. This study results, the young female buy the product based on the advertisement on television that they see and make it as the recommendation, while the adult female don’t make the advertisement that they see on television as the main reason for buying the product. Abstract

Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat berguna untuk mencegah kejenuhan kerja dan kerugian pada perusahaan, sehingga dengan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.Tujuan utama suatu perusahaan adalah mencapai keuntungan yang maksimum, keuntungan ini akan tercapai bila adanya produktifitas kerja yang tinggi. Sedangkan hal tersebut akan tercapai apabila adanya kepuasan kerja dari karyawan dalam bekerja. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya lingkungan kerja yang baik. Lingkungan kerja bagi karyawan akan mempunyai dampak yang tidak kecil bagi jalannya operasi perusahaan karena secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa salah satu penyebab menurunnya keefektivitasan dalam bekerja ada pada keadaan sekitar lingkungan kerja baik lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik. Dengan demikian sudah sewajarnya perusahaan menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai,suhu udara ditempat kerja, kebisingn, luas tempat kerja yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan kerja sekitarnya, dan mempunyai hubungan kerja yang baik antara atasan dan bawahan. Dengan tenaga manusia dan tentunya ketersediaan fasilitas lingkungan kerja yang menarik dan menyediakan suasana yang tenang dan betah akan sendirinya kepuasan kerja karyawan akan terpenuhi dan perusahaan dapat exist dalam bekerja. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsungdari karyawan Bank SulutGo Cabang Manado dan data sekunder adalah yang ada kaitannya dengan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan variabel yang digunakan adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik variabel X1, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik X2, dan kepuasan Karyawa variabel Y. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank SulutGo Cabang Manado 94 orang, dan sampel adalah 49 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hal ini  dapat dilihat dari persamaan hasil regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 8,928 + 0,579X1 + 0,212 X2

Abstract

Wanita GBI Marina Plaza merupakan suatu perkumpulan para isteri dan wanita dewasa yang belum menikah dan mereka ini terdiri dari bermacam-macam profesi. Penghasilan yang tidak menentu, inflasi dan kecenderungan pola hidup yang konsumtif menyebabkan banyak diantara mereka mengalami kesulitan ekonomi dan keuangan. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan : untuk memotivasi para wanita agar mencari sumber-sumber pendapatan tambahan keluarga dengan bekerja atau berwirausaha melalui pemanfaatan keahlian dan hobi yang dimiliki, untuk mendidik peserta agar berperilaku hemat dalam penggunaan keuangan keluarga, dan untuk melatih peserta agar mencatat semua penerimaan dan pengeluaran uang keluarga dalam Buku Kas Harian secara bulanan. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan, pelatihan, diskusi dan tanya jawab.  Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah : 1) Para ibu atau istri peserta penyuluhan ini sangat antusias mengikutinya, terlihat dari aktifnya mereka dalam sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. 2) ada sekitar 58% peserta mulai mencatat semua penerimaan dan pengeluaran keluarga setiap bulannya dalam Buku Kas Harian (sesuai hasil monitoring pada minggu kedua November 2018), dan 3) adanya kemauan yang kuat untuk mulai menentukan prioritas pengeluaran uang dengan memahami mana yang merupakan kebutuhan dan mana yang merupakan keinginan.

Abstract

Employee are the big asset of organization. Employee Performance are have big effect of organization performance. The best way to attract employee performance is rewarding employee. Reward can be tangible such money, bonuses or called extrinsic reward and intangible reward such promotion, holiday or called intrinsic reward. The purpose of this research are to analyzed significant differences in employee performance based on reward between male and female. To achieve the objectives researcher use following instrument depend on the extrinsic reward ,intrinsic reward and employee performance. The target of population  were the employees at Central Bank Of Bank Sulut, in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. And the sample take 100 employees of 140 total employees. Data was collected using questionnaire and analyzed using independent sample t test. The result from the study found there are significant differences in employee performance based on reward between male and female. The study recommended the company should know how the company standard use for determine the reward depend on employee performance. Keywords: intrinsic reward, extrinsic reward

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia menjadi sorotan dan tumpuan bagi perusahaan untuk dapat bertahan di era globalisasi saat ini. Tanpa dukungan sumber daya manusia yang handal, kegiatan perusahaan tidak akan terselesaikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas kehidupan kerja, Kompetensi dan insentif terhadap Produktivitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Dimembe Nyiur Agriproindonesia. Data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang karyawan dengan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian, Kualitas kehidupan kerja, Kompetensi dan insentif berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Dimembe Nyiur Agripro, Variabel Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Variabel Insentif berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Dimembe Nyiur Agripro. Sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan lagi kompetensi karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: kualitas kehidupan kerja, kompetensi dan insentif

Abstract

Abstract: In this era, the development of modern retail minimarkets is growing very rapidly. Not only in the urban areas, but even modern retail has reached in the rural area. This became shared challenges, to maintain local/traditional retail and small businesses, especially those that trade the same goods or services. The objective of this study is to analysis the condition of traditional retail before and after the presence of modern retail minimarkets in Motoling. This research use qualitative method with data collection techniques using in-depth interview. The sample of this study is 6 respondent. The result of this research is the presence of modern retail on traditional retail in motoling, have a negative impact because the number of visitors, sales turnover, and profit is decrease after the presence of modern retail/minimarket in motoling. Based on the result of the interview the researcher recommended the traditional retail have to improve their innovation in product, product diversity, service to the consumers, the price is same with modern retail/minimarket provide, the comfortable places, and neatness stuff.The government should limit the increasing of modern retail in rural area. Keywords: modern retail. minimarket. traditional retail, number of visitors, sales turnover, profit.

Abstract

In the present days? competition in the home appliance market are very strong between each other. For a company to survive, they require employees to be able to bring a competitive advantage to their company. Employees is one of the resources that needs to make company exist. The purpose of this research is to find the effect of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction toward employee?s intention to leave at Plaza Bangunan & Electronic Calaca, Manado. This research is a causal research and using quantitative approach. The data was taken using questionnaire to 59 respondents which are the employee of Plaza Bangunan & Electronic Calaca, Manado by using saturated sampling method. Multiple regression analysis method is applied in this research. Research result shows that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have significant negative effect on intention to leave simultaneously, and also perceived organizational support has significant negatif effect on intention to leave partially with job satisfaction has significant negatif effect on intention to leave partially. As the recommendation, it is better for the company to keep a good quality of their organizational suppport and maintain the satisfaction for the employees. Abstract

The rising level of a development implementation results, the productivity in the entire national economic power needs to be more enhanced. Theses development can give an optimal results to increase the prosperity, includes banking services. A bank health shows the bank’s ability to maintain its public trust, intermediary functions, and financial traffic. It used by the government to implement the economy wholly to compete in the world free trade liberalization era. The aims of these studies are to determine the influence of Risk-Based Bank Rating on Bank’s Profitability Level of State-Owned Banks Listed Indonesian Stocks Exchange in 2007-2013 Period. The research used secondary data in time-series. The samples are 4 banks from 38 banks populations. The data analyzed using a multiple regression model. The results of the research found (1) Risk-Based Bank Rating has significant influence on Bank’s Profitability simultaneously, (2) Credit Risk and (3) Liquidity Risk has negative significant influence on Bank Profitability, (4) Market Risk has positive significant influence on Bank Profitability, while (5) Capital has no significant influence on Bank Profitability of State-Owned Banks Listed Indonesian Stocks Exchange in 2007-2013 Period. For State-Owned Banks management parties, should always conducts restudying comprehensively and continuously to create a risk management effectively to avoid the unexpected scenario in the future. Abstract

Abstract: Workplace environment is an important thing in organizations and give a big influence on employee?s performance. With a proper workplace environment like the facilities inside the office, employees are motivated and tend to improve the performance. This study came up in order to know how important workplace environment in Graha Pena and how is the performance of workplace environment in Graha Pena since those two factor are very important in terms of increasing or decreasing employees performance and comfort in working area. The study is using quantitative approach with Importance and Performance analysis with characteristic of respondent based on gender, age and educational background and the attributes are Indoor air quality, lighting, noise, furniture and tools and office environment. The result show lighting ,office environment and tools are the most important attribute in Graha Pena Manado post because they located at quadrant II which means it is in excellent level and quality even so, every aspect needs to be maintain in a good condition so that Graha Pena could be consistent in holding on to their success company. Keywords: workplace environment, indoor air quality, lighting, noise, furniture and tools, office environment, importance and performance analysis

Abstract

Abstract:  Self Image is how people feel about themselves as a people, as human beings, it is  who you are as a person from the soul  and the most important sometimes people measure and make perception about the self image based on what they use or wear.  Self image also is about how people feel about the appaerance and every people have their own way to measure the self image.The aim of this study is to analyze the self -image and also to analyze how is the self image of woman user when using korean skin care product in Manado. In order to achieve these objectives the researcher got information from 10 respondents using qualitative study which is in-depth interview and uses purposive and snowball sampling. The results showed that self image on woman users or woman consumer has been increasing and refers to the positive side when woman consumer using the korean skin care product and the results is as the expectation which the product itself suit toward them, all the respondent gives a positive opinion towards the self image when using the korean skin care product or known as foreign products and the korean skin care product is a product that valuable among the consumer that have an experience of using the product itself cause the product mostly use natural ingredients. The recommendation, For the consumer, it is  good  for the consumer to know about the self image toward them and what factors that leads them to use korean skin care and whats increase the self image. Keywords: self image, woman user, korean product
