An important decision faced by an investor in deciding to include capital in the company is to be able to choose the right company because stock conditions often fluctuate and are uncertain. Then, it can be done using market ratio analysis, which can help investors determine which company to choose. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in the group Jakarta Islamic Index. The population in this study consisted of all issuers in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), which amounted to 30 companies. The purposive sampling technique was used to obtain 14 companies as research samples. The observation period is four years, namely in 2016-2019, so the unit of analysis obtained is 56. The research variables consist of the independent variables ROA (X1) and ROE (X2) and Stock Price (Y) as the dependent variables. The data collection method in this research is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it can be seen that ROA and ROE simultaneously had an effect on Islamic stock prices in the JII group in 2016-2019. Partially, ROA did not affect Islamic stock prices in the JII group in 2016-2019. While ROE partially affected the price of sharia shares in the JII group in 2016-2019.

Abstract

Review of Hadiṡ Regarding Ihtikār and Its Practice in IndonesiaOne of the causes of market distortion is ihtikar, which is an act of hoarding goods needed by the community so that there is a shortage of goods in the market. So great is the impact of ihtikar, this can be seen from the many hadiths of the Prophet that discuss ihtikar. In this paper, the approach taken is a literature study approach to thematic hadith studies. Data were taken by means of documentation, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that ihtikar is a prohibited and sinful act for the perpetrator; ihtikar can cause monopoly but monopoly is not always caused by ihtikar. Several cases of hoarding that occurred in Indonesia were related to the basic needs of the community. Among the items that have been stockpiled and caused problems are fuel, cooking oil, sugar, rice, onions, and several other basic necessities. Ihtikar has caused economic instability and harmed society. Because the impact caused by ihtikar is quite large. So the Indonesian government intervened to solve the problem. One of the interventions is through laws and regulations and several other policies

Abstract

This research, titled "Formulation of MBKM Design Based on the Distinction of the Islamic Economics Study Program: A Study on Mapping Potential Partner Institutions of UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto," aims to explore and develop a specific design of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum that aligns with the unique characteristics of the Islamic Economics Study Program (Prodi Ekonomi Syariah) at UIN SAIZU. The MBKM curriculum is an initiative introduced by the Indonesian Ministry of Education to provide students with more flexible learning opportunities, including collaboration with external institutions. This study seeks to map potential partner institutions that can collaborate with UIN SAIZU in implementing the MBKM curriculum. The research employs a qualitative approach, involving document analysis, interviews, and surveys to identify and evaluate the institutions that align with the program's vision and mission. Key criteria for partnership include adherence to sharia principles, contributions to the field of Islamic economics, and the capacity to provide students with practical experiences in line with MBKM objectives. The results of this research present a structured MBKM design tailored to the distinction of the Islamic Economics Study Program, including a list of recommended partner institutions. This design aims to enhance students' competencies by bridging academic knowledge and practical experiences while maintaining the integrity of Islamic economic principles. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the successful implementation of the MBKM curriculum at UIN SAIZU and serve as a model for other universities seeking to develop their MBKM programs based on their distinct academic disciplines.
