PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic is a company engaged in the field of industry where technology is currently experiencing rapid progress and requires access to information systems that are fast, precise and accurate information to solve problems encountered as in the case of presentation of reports. As one of the leading textile companies abroad, PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic has a data input system that still uses different applications in each division or department. To input the data from the checking of computer equipment inventory in the Information System (IS) department at this time the computer equipment inventory system at PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic is still using a manual and slightly slow system where the checking of inventory is still recorded in the form and PIC or admin must come to the employee desk and computer equipment warehouse. Based on these problems, a website-based system was designed that would make it easier for PICs or admin to check computer equipment items without having to come to the employee's desk or to the inventory warehouse. PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic requires a computer-based system, especially in the manufacture of computer equipment inventory reports where the application for making computer equipment inventory reports is considered very important in the decision making process so that neatly arranged and stored data in a database are needed to be easily processed making inventory reports. This study aims to provide positive benefits in the work process of inputting computer equipment inventory and provide good and accurate results or reports on PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic. M-Beat (Mobile BFI Edustream and Training Application) is a BFI Finance e-Learning platform dedicated to employee learning and training. One of the features of the M-Beat is the Interactive feature which is an interactive module. However, currently, only a few modules are already interactive. This is not yet fully effective because the modules still in PDF form are monotonous. Therefore, it is necessary to build interactive modules on other modules that are still in PDF form. In creating this interactive module, researchers used PowerPoint for storyboard creation, and Articulate Storyline 360 to make the module interactive.

Financial ratios are very important in a company, because it is the most effective way to find out financial data on a company by comparing the current financial statements of the company with the previous one. To facilitate this comparison, book closure can be done. Closing the book itself is useful to determine the company's financial position before closing, by looking at the final results of the profit and loss. It is known that the process of closing the book takes a long time with extra precision. However, this has become easier by using WBAOS (Web Based Accounting Online System) 2.0, because companies are more flexible in preparing financial statements, starting from the lane balance sheet, income statement, to the periodic cash flow, where this cash flow provides relevant information regarding cash in and out of the company. Marketplace is a website or online application that facilitates the buying and selling of various stores. Marketplace is of interest to sellers as well as buyers of places to transact. But fraud is one of the annoying things in a Marketplace. It is evident that for a security Marketplace as well as trust for shoppers is a top priority Marketplace. So how the requirements on Marketplace for sellers can sell on Marketplace. Does it affect fraud prevention to make the Marketplace a Marketplace of interest in Indonesia. Using the results of Marketplace statistical research studies from the biggest Marketplace position in Indonesia. View the requirements applied by the largest marketplace to see how the requirements are affected. Results show that the requirements for becoming a seller on Marketplace have a significant impact on the security and buyer confidence. It is seen that with the authenticity of the seller data, the buyer will better trust the marketplace to reduce fraud. Because if the seller cheats the buyer it will affect the good image and trust of the buyer. That way the marketplace will suffer losses. It is hoped that only the Marketplace is huge but the growing small Marketplace has increased the requirements for sellers to avoid fake identities for sellers who want to cheat.

Smart City merupakan kota cerdas yang dirancang agar memudahkan masyarakat mengakses informasi. Penerapan smart city yang terdapat pada pemerintah Kota Tangerang berbentuk aplikasi, yaitu aplikasi Tangerang Live. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat Kota Tangerang yang belum mengetahui mengenai penerapan program smart city melalui aplikasi Tangerang Live ini. Sehingga, diperlukan sosialisasi untuk memberikan pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi yang dibuat oleh DISKOMINFO sebagai sarana komunikasi agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi Layanan Kependudukan, Layanan Informasi, Layanan Transportasi, dan lain-lain. Setelah kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, mahasiswa mengharapkan masyarakat lebih memahami dan memaksimalkan penggunaan aplikasi Tangerang Live ini. Diadakannya sosialisasi ini sebagai wadah untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya aplikasi Tangerang Live. Kami mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi aplikasi Tangerang Live ini di Kelurahan Poris Plawad Indah sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan Ketua KIM PPI Smart beserta jajaran. Kata kunci: Smart City, Sosialisasi, Tangerang Live.
