Abstract

AbstractThe waste problem has become a problem, because its volume can exceed the population faced by many regions/cities in Indonesia. Therefore, its management is a strategic challenge in Sustainable Development,The purpose of this study is to highlight waste management policies in Indonesia with a focus on effectiveness, implementation challenges, and sustainable policy directions.The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach through data collection through documentation studies of national regulations or policies.The results of the study, there are findings that show that various regulations such as Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, and Presidential Regulation No. 97 of 2017 concerning National Policy and Strategy (Jakstranas) for Waste Management, however, their implementation still faces various obstacles, including weak coordination between institutions, budget constraints, and suboptimal community participation.Therefore, the recommendation is that a policy reformulation is needed based on a circular economy approach, multi-party participation, and strengthening regional institutions.Keywords: Public Policy, Waste Management, Circular Economy, Community Participation

Abstract

Terhadap kebutuhan konsumen utamanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penentuan harga produk makanan dan minuman (F and B) di koperasi SMA Hang tuah 2 berdasarkan daya beli siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung di koperasi sekolah, serta dokumentasi internal seperti laporan penjualan dan daftar harga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi menerapkan segmentasi harga untuk menjangkau berbagai tingkat daya beli siwa, mulai dari produk dengan harga rendah hingga menengah. Selain itu koperasi secara rutin menyesuaikan harga berdasarkan kondisi ekonomi siswa dan komsumsi. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan siswa dan menjaga stabilitas penjualan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya survey berkala dan pelibatan aktif siswa dalam proses evaluasi harga agar koperasi semakin responsif.

Abstract

This study raised the issue of Parental Guidance Pattern in Educating Religious Behavior of Teens in Nendagungvillage of South Pagar Alam. This study used qualitative research methods to understand the phenomenon of what isexperienced by research subjects. The Techniques of data collection used were interviews, observation and documentation.From the results of this study indicate that the parental guidance pattern in educating religious behavior by guidingadolescent teenager has been running well, but not maximized yet, it can be seen in daily practice for every parent thatalready provides guidance and examples to each of their children in daily life like good character toward the family betweenparents and children, among children with their parents, between moral life with peers and neighbors who already guidedby parents in in Nendagung village of South Pagar Alam, guiding teens to have good manners indeed to be with feelingand heart, because adolescence is an age that is highly vulnerable and have very high ego. Inhibiting factors of parents ineducating their religious behavior of teenagers in in Nendagung village of South Pagar Alam arising from environmentaland social effects of technological advances require the guidance of the family especially the parents as the closest personwith the growth and education for teenagers at home.Moral is awareness of one’s soul to deeds without consideration ofthe mind first. Therein lies the role of parents in shaping the personality, characters and morals of teens. Parents shouldhave a role and a high knowledge, all of it can be obtained in a religious activity. The moral of teenagers formed or notdepends on the responsibility, understanding and knowledge that exist in the elderly. Parents have a responsibility toguide, nurture and maintain their children, so it is expected that the teenagers have good morals.
