Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how helping behavior is made in Women Cooperative, Setia Bhakti Wanita Jawa Timur. This research is qualitative research with descriptive design. The data can be collected by interview many resources as one of founder this cooperative, leaders and assistant leaders, group coordinators, members and employees of this cooperative. The finding of this research is that helping behavior can be made because this cooperative uses joint responsibility system not only as a system to manage the cooperative business but it is used as organizational culture of this cooperative. So each people in this cooperative must do this organizational culture in daily life.

Abstract

Changes already moved on to manage Management Information System (MIS) in Supply Chain Management (SCM) in business and industry. It coerces an organisation to be competitive in an intense competition. This study aimed to examine the visual map and international research status of the MIS' impact on SCM on Scopus search engines. This study used bibliometric and Scopus with the assistance of Vosviewer to identify and analyse relevant research. There were 381 articles issued between 1994 to 2020. The result showed that the most prolific affiliation was Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the area that most discussed the impact of MIS on SCM was Computer Science. This study proposed a convergent classification of the MIS effect to SCM into 5 clusters, i.e. Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), Decision Support System (DSS), Informatic Management System (IMS), and Knowledge Management (KM).

Abstract

In the midst of intense industry competition, Yanata AC Surabaya recognizes the critical importance of enhancing employee performance for achieving success. This research investigates how Management Performance Strategy (MSK) contributes to enhancing the performance of Yanata AC Surabaya's employees. A qualitative approach with qualitative data analysis was employed to uncover the implemented strategies. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and pertinent documents. The findings indicate that MSK plays a pivotal role in improving employee performance, with the application of discipline and motivational strategies identified as key factors. Specifically, training, enforcement of time management policies, and provision of incentives (both rewards and penalties) are among the strategies implemented. The effectiveness of these approaches is evaluated based on their adherence to MSK principles, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. This study demonstrates that appropriate MSK strategies, such as training, time management enforcement, and incentives, can effectively and efficiently enhance employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to observe and analyze the effect of promotion, price and product quality on the buying decision of used cars in the city of Surabaya. The sample of this research is 97 respondents. Data were processed with SPSS software version 25. The results of the multiple linear regression equation test Y = 6.840 + 0.031X1 + 0.043X2 + 0.613X3, and the t test showed that price had a significant positive effect. This indicated that price was a reinforcing factor for customers to make purchases. used car. The outcomes of the F test is known that all independent variables together have a significant positive influence on the decision to buy a used car. The value of R square (R2) is 0.554.

Abstract

Investment Funds and Beneficial Credit are business acts that collect and deliver assets to individuals with low incomes, where the motivation behind the assistance is to advance the well-being of its members. This study aims to find out how the remaining operating income affects cooperative savings and loans. This experiment was conducted on several samples totaling 33 correspondents. This study used a quantitative approach with several sample questionnaires. The results of this study were declared valid and reliable, not or free of multicollinearity, and free of heteroscedasticity. A simple linear regression model was obtained by testing 1 (one) independent variable on the dependent variable Y = 11.537 + 0.710 X1 + e, a straight linear regression model was built. From the t test it is known that cooperative acceptance of SHU (X) has a significant and positive effect on Savings and Loans (Y). To increase the welfare of members and the remaining results of operations, cooperatives need to provide loans to members with greater efficiency.

Abstract

In conducting this research, the author’s goal was to see how big the Impact of Product Packaging, Quality of Raw Materials, and Promotion on Social Media on sales of Pink Lava Products in Surabaya, with a population of 120 people. The author also made the 120 respondents as samples in the study. Quantitative methods are defined in this study, with the main data collected through questionnaires and distributed to respondents using the Google form. The test was carried out using simple linear regression, and then an instrument test was carried out; the classical assumptions were continued by testing the hypothesis using the t-test. From the t-test results on the effect of product packaging on the quality of raw materials and promotion on social media on product sales, we get a linear regression form Y = 3.077 + 0.338X1 + 0.284X2 + 0.292 +e. From the results of linear regression, it was concluded that product packaging, quality, raw materials, and promotions on social media have a positive and relevant effect on sales of Pink Lava products in Surabaya

Abstract

Consumer experience is an important element in creating loyalty and satisfaction amid business competition. This study explores the role of aroma and music in shaping a holistic consumer experience and how the combination of both can increase customer loyalty and engagement. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation at businesses such as cafes, retail, spas, and hotels in Denpasar, Bali. The results show that aroma can evoke emotional memories, create a comfortable atmosphere, and prolong visits. Music affects mood, activity rhythm, and purchasing decisions. The combination of aroma and music creates a significant multisensory experience, increasing emotional attachment to the brand. This study expands the sensory marketing literature and provides practical guidance for business actors to design innovative marketing strategies in the tourism sector. Abstract

Penerapan marketing digital di platform e-commerce telah menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan perputaran penjualan produk secara signifikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi marketing digital terhadap perputaran penjualan di e-commerce. Dalam era digital saat ini, teknik pemasaran berbasis internet, seperti SEO, iklan berbayar (PPC), social media marketing, dan email marketing, memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap perilaku konsumen dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei kepada konsumen yang berbelanja di e-commerce besar dan menganalisisnya menggunakan model regresi untuk melihat hubungan antara elemen marketing digital dan perputaran penjualan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan marketing digital yang tepat dapat mempercepat proses konversi pengunjung menjadi pembeli dan meningkatkan frekuensi pembelian ulang, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan perputaran penjualan. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pelaku bisnis e-commerce untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran mereka agar lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja penjualan.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze whether training skill or short course which had been done by woman cooperative can grow entrepreneurial interest on woman cooperative’s members. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a simple size of 100 respondents to formula Isaac and Michael. The variable is training skill, motivation and entrepreneurial interest. The result of this study concluded that training skill variable simultaneously and partially have significant effect on entrepreneurial interest of woman cooperative’s members.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian nasional bangsa Indonesia, sehingga pemerintah mendukung perkembangan koperasi di Indonsia. Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita Jawa Timur adalah salah satu dari 100 koperasi yang terbaik di Indonesia. Adanya persaingan yang ketat di dunia perkoperasian mendorong koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita ini meningkatkan kinerja, dan kinerja suatu koperasi bergantung pada partisipasi anggota. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anggota tentang perkoperasian dan sistem tanggung renteng terutama bagi anggota baru sehingga mereka paham akan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai anggota koperasi dan akan berpartisipasi secara aktif. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pemberian pelatihan kepada anggota baru yang bergabung sangat diperlukan karena berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman anggota akan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai anggota koperasi sehingga bisa berperan aktif terhadap kegiatan perkoperasi. Dengan semakin banyak anggota yang berperan aktif terhadap kegiatan usaha koperasi tentunya akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja koperasi.
