Abstract

The development of technology has changed the industry, especially manufacturing, into an industry that must be able to develop and compete globally through the convergence of information technology. The industrial sector requires innovation, especially in the aspect of mastery of technology which is a key determinant of competitiveness in the Industrial 4.0 era. IoT is a mutually integrated tool and can be used in the Industrial Age 4.0. Based on the problems that occur, it is necessary to conduct research and make a tool as a technology development in the internet-based warehouse management system of things using a microcontroller. With this tool system the activity of receiving and sending goods can be detected in quantity and product data automatically entered into the database quickly and precisely and allows one device to talk with other devices so that the recording, tracking, and movement of goods can be done in an integrated manner. The conclusion from this writing is that this tool will automatically count the products and enter or remove the product by scanning the QR code. Based on the test results, QRCode Scanner was successfully scanned with a maximum distance of 25 cm. The sensor can detect objects as far as 60 cm. In very bright lighting, bright and dim QR code scanning process is successfully carried out by the scanner. In the range of distance the Bluetooth connection can be fully controlled with a maximum distance of 160 cm.

Abstract

Abstract Load planning is one of the most important things in the world of shipping because it concerns the stability and safety of all crew and passengers on board. At the time of loading and unloading and when sailing, the ship always gets forces both from the cargo being unloaded and from objects and the surrounding nature: waves, currents, wind, collisions with docks, other ships or aground. These forces cause the ship to experience sway and other movements. In bad weather, these forces will get bigger and will cause the ship to capsize. So we need to know the ship's ability to deal with these forces and the possibility that the ship will capsize. Generally, passenger ships have more than enough stability to ensure that regulations are obeyed when the load is full but in practice sometimes ships can lose their stability when they are overloaded, because Therefore, the condition of the ship needs to be ensured in order to meet the existing minimum stability regulations. If this is not followed then the safety of the ship, crew and goods will be at stake. The purpose of this study is to describe the problems in ferry cargo arrangement as an effort to improve ship stability and safety and to determine the optimization of ferry cargo arrangement as an effort to improve ship stability and sailing safety. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the data collection technique used is observation. , and literature, Data analysis techniques used Qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the problems with the stability of ships include internal factors, namely factors originating from the ship itself, such as ship size, layout, leakage due to collision or aground, and so on. For this reason, the crew must pay attention to the location and weight of the goods before sailing. While external factors are external factors that affect the balance of the ship, such as natural conditions, waves, storms, and the like. Abstract

Companies that carry out production activities necessarily want the company's goals to be achieved, one of which is optimal profit. Maximum profit in production can be realized by planning the optimal amount of production. The purpose of this study consists of four, namely making a profit formulation to maximize the amount of production, determining the optimal number of brown bread variants that will be produced at Win Bakery, determining the maximum profit in producing bread at Win Bakery, and predicting profits for return on investment. This research was conducted using a linear programming model. Decision variables determine the decisions that will make to achieve the optimal solution. The objective function is a function that describes the goals or objectives in linear programming problems. Relating to the optimal use of resources to obtain maximum profit or to use minimum costs. A constraint function is a form of formulation of the obstacles faced in achieving the goal. The results obtained from the research are the decision variables, with X1 being the number of square chocolate bread productions and X2 is the number of round chocolate bread productions. The objective function of the profit per unit is to maximize Z = 1000X1 + 800X2. The constraint function is the raw material used in making chocolate bread. Furthermore, the optimization of production with POM-QM resulted in the number of square chocolate bread production of as many as 13 piecess and round chocolate bread as many as 25 piecess so that the profit gained in one day was Rp. 32,500. The next calculation, the break-even point by entering fixed costs, variable costs, and profits obtained results in units of 55 units and the total profit earned is Rp. 1,777,00.
