Abstract

The concept of ergonomics in the work environment is an important to be applied in an industry. The application of ergonomics is expected to create a safe, healthy and comfortable work environment so that work becomes more productive and efficient and there is a guarantee of work quality. Based on the problems that occur, a method is needed to overcome fluctuations in the amount of production, one of the ways is by using fuzzy logic. The conclusion of this paper is the analysis and processing of data carried out using the Sugeno method, both software and manual by entering the temperature input variable of 31o C, lighting of 500 lux and noise 85 db, the results obtained for the amount of production in the next period of 531 in the manual calculation , while the software count is 487. Based on these results the number of manual calculations and Matlab software with fuzzy logic using the Sugeno method has a difference that is not far from the data received by 281. This means that the percentage of matching fuzzy logic processing with received data is 97.76%.

Abstract

Loumo Education is a stationery shop or office stationery that has been established in Yogyakarta since January 2020. From the interviews obtained by the author, there are several obstacles that are experienced, namely in the process of stocking goods or inventory and purchasing or procurement. In the process of inventory and procurement, the running system is still very simple so that there are many problems faced, such as stock calculation errors that result in out of stock but not recorded and can result in delays in purchasing goods, besides that the problem that occurs is the receipt of the number of purchased products does not match the quantity order. There are also other obstacles, namely the loss of inventory and purchase documents, repeated records, and the difficulty in finding the desired data. For that we need an open source software, which can use the Odoo software. In this study, the authors used modules contained in Odoo, namely the procurement and inventory modules. The research method that I use in this research has several stages, namely interviews, problem identification, literature review, system design analysis, and application or implementation. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can assist in managing data on purchases and supplies at Loumo Education stores. The result of this research is that the application of Odoo modules, namely procurement and inventory, is very suitable and supports the business process of purchasing and supplies at Loumo Education stores.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of technology has changed the industry, especially manufacturing, into an industry that must be able to develop and compete globally through the convergence of information technology. The industrial sector requires innovation, especially in the aspect of mastery of technology which is a key determinant of competitiveness in the Industrial 4.0 era. IoT is a mutually integrated tool and can be used in the Industrial Age 4.0. Based on the problems that occur, it is necessary to conduct research and make a tool as a technology development in the internet-based warehouse management system of things using a microcontroller. With this tool system the activity of receiving and sending goods can be detected in quantity and product data automatically entered into the database quickly and precisely and allows one device to talk with other devices so that the recording, tracking, and movement of goods can be done in an integrated manner. The conclusion from this writing is that this tool will automatically count the products and enter or remove the product by scanning the QR code. Based on the test results, QRCode Scanner was successfully scanned with a maximum distance of 25 cm. The sensor can detect objects as far as 60 cm. In very bright lighting, bright and dim QR code scanning process is successfully carried out by the scanner. In the range of distance the Bluetooth connection can be fully controlled with a maximum distance of 160 cm.

Abstract

Business competition in the fashion industry will certainly greatly affect the level of quality that must be achieved by a company. Companies are competing to do many product innovations and improve quality and reduce reject products so that companies achieve the expected benefits or profits. If the company cannot control the quality properly, it can be imagined that the reject product will be high and this will certainly harm the company, not to mention the availability of uncertain materials can also be one of the factors hindering production. In one production of 5000 products there are 100 defective products that must be repaired. Defective products occur mostly in manual processes, namely in the gluing process. This research was conducted to find out related to quality control to reduce rejects that have been happening so far. The method used is Six Sigma DMAIC. Based on the calculation of the average DPMO value and the average sigma value of 3.7 with the possibility of damage to the production of 12,000 pcs when producing 1,000,000 pcs of bags.

Abstract

Basically, product quality is one of the important factors that becomes one of the benchmarks for the success of a product and the future of a company. Even though the production process is carried out well, the resulting product is often not as desired, or in other words it produces a damaged/defective product. The presence of defective products will reduce product quality and this causes losses to the business. To meet consumer satisfaction, business actors must be able to maintain product quality in accordance with consumer needs, in quality control which is very much needed to control the production process so that it conforms to predetermined standards. Small and Medium Industrial Factory (IKM) Bapak Warianto is one of the tempe production factories where in the tempe production process he found several tempe defects ranging from color, shape, to the packaging of the tempe that could not be sold. This research, which was conducted at tempe factory Bapak Warianto, aims to identify quality problems in tempe products, analyze the causal factors in tempe products and provide solutions to improve the tempe production process. The Seven Tools Method is the method that will be used in this research, where this method consists of several statistical tools that are used to determine product quality. From 10 sampling times, there were 4 types of defects in tempeh, of which the four types of defects were eaten as the most dominant/frequent defects. This is because the storage area for tempeh when fermented is not clean and not covered enough so that small animals can still enter. Lack of air circulation and human factors where workers are not careful are also some of the causes of damage to tempe.

Abstract

Human activity requires a tool that is designed or specifically designed to help work to be easier, safer and more comfortable, the right design can be obtained by applying anthropometry. Workers often experience complaints of pain in some parts of the body because work facilities are not ergonomic. The research objective is to obtain an ergonomic design of work facilities in accordance with anthropometry. Data collection is done by interviews, distributing questionnaires and taking data on the object of research. The results of data collection were tested for uniformity, adequacy, and normality, as well as calculating percentiles that were considered to represent the measured data. SNQ results indicate that workers are in the very painful category in the right upper arm, waist, right ankle, left ankle, left knee, right knee, left calf, right calf, left foot and right foot, which shows the working posture at the cutting station not ergonomic. The assessment of the level of work posture using the REBA method shows a high risk level of 7-9 meaning that workers need immediate improvement in the near future. The average workload with the 42% CVL method is in the category of improvement needed. The proposed work facility design is based on anthropometric principles, namely a work desk measuring 171.75 cm x 78.5 cm x 70.45 cm, a work chair 46.99cm x 31.67 cm x 45.25 cm, a storage box of 50 cm length and width 55 cm and trolley 76.58 cm x 60 cm x 77.07 cm.

Abstract

Perusahaan XYZ merupakan perusahaan investment casting, sand casting dan permanent mould dengan produk cor dari paduan baja, FCD, stainless steel dan aluminium. Dalam menjalankan bisnis tersebut tentunya perusahaan harus memiliki tenaga kerja yang kompeten dibidangnya dan pembagian tugas yang sesuai kemampuan agar produktivitas karyawan dalam bekerja dapat terlaksana secara optimal. Oleh karena itu pada bagian SDM memiliki fungsi dan tugas yang salah satunya adalah mengatur proses evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis masalah penugasan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Perusahaan XYZ menggunakan metode hungarian dengan kasus maksimasi, untuk menjelaskan pengalokasian karyawan pada proses produksi bahan baku pada Perusahaan XYZ, dan untuk menjelaskan sejauh mana optimalisasi penyelesaian masalah penugasan pada proses produksi bahan baku dengan menggunakan metode penugasan pada Perusahaan XYZ. Sedangkan untuk metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode hungarian dengan kasus maksimasi dengan mencari nilai tertinggi dan optimal dari penilaian kinerja sepuluh karyawan berdasarkan sepuluh jenis pekerjaan. Kemudian hasil perhitungan tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan perhitungan via aplikasi POM QM untuk mengetahui apakah hasilnya tetap sama atau tidak. Setelah dilakukan kedua perhitungan tersebut maka diperoleh hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah penugasan karyawan sudah cukup optimal dengan total skor penilaian kinerja sebesar 796.Company XYZ is an investment casting, sand casting and permanent mold company with cast products from alloy steel, FCD, stainless steel and aluminum. Therefore, the HR department has functions and tasks, one of which is to regulate the process of evaluating employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the assignment problem to work productivity at XYZ Company using the Hungarian method with the maximization case, to explain the allocation of employees in the raw material production process at XYZ Company, and to explain the extent to which the optimization of the assignment problem solving in the raw material production process using the XYZ method. assignment to Company XYZ. Meanwhile, the method used by the researcher is the Hungarian method with the maximization case by seeking the highest and optimal value from the performance appraisal of ten employees based on ten types of work. Then the results of these calculations will be compared with calculations via the POM QM application to find out whether the results remain the same or not. After the two calculations were carried out, the research results obtained were that the employee assignment was quite optimal with a total performance appraisal score of 796

Abstract

Pengukuran getaran tubuh pada operator mesin Coal yard (Loading & Unloading Batubara) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat getaran seluruh tubuh dengan jenis alat Cesva SC 310 dilakukan di PT. A. Tujuan pengukuran getaran seluruh tubuh yang dilakukan di PT A adalah Memenuhi persyaratan penilaian pemantauan lingkungan kerja sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 50 Tahun 2012 dan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No. 5 Tahun 2018 tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Lingkungan KerjA, Mengetahui potensi bahaya risiko kesehatan kerja para pekerja, Meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan dengan menghilangkan beban kerja tambahan yang diakibatkan oleh lingkungan kerja yang tidak sehat, tidak aman, dan tidak nyaman, Perbaikan lingkungan kerja dan pekerjaan yang menjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sehingga budaya kerja dapat tercipta dengan baik untuk melancarkan pekerjaan dan menciptakan suasana sosial yang positif. Hasil pengukuran getaran seluruh tubuh pada aktivitas operator loader 0,00163 m/detik2 lebih kecil dibandingkan NAB permenaker No. 5 tahun 2018 yaitu 1,2249 m/detik2 sehingga dinyatakan masuk kedalam baku mutu Permenaker No. 5 tahun 2018. Hasil pengukuran ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada penyakit akibat kerja yang disebabkan oleh getaran seluruh tubuh (Peraturan Presiden No. 7 tahun 2019 tentang penyakit akibat kerja) pada pekerjaan operator mesin Coal yard (Loading & Unloading Batubara)

Abstract

Meat N Fresh merupakan industri retail yang bergerak dibidang frozen food. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah banyaknya tingkat kecacatan produk Meat N Fresh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebabkan kecacatan dan usulan pengendalian kualitas produk menggunakan metode Six Sigma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Six Sigma dengan tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Didukung oleh diagram Pareto, p chart, diagram fishbone, dan usulan perbaikan 5W+1H. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui faktor penyebab cacat produk yaitu faktor manusia, kurangnya pelatihan dan kelelahan akibat berdiri terlalu lama menyebabkan kurang fokus. Faktor metode, kesalahan saat assemblly, kesalahan proses pemotongan, dan proses packing yang kurang maksimal. Faktor mesin, kurangnya maintenance kestabilan mesin potong dan mesin.. Faktor bahan baku, kualitas bahan baku. Faktor lingkungan kerja, suhu yang terlalu panas. Berdasarkan analisis 5W+1H, usulan perbaikan untuk faktor manusia, perbaikan waktu istirahat serta penambahan ventilasi, dan pelatihan penggunaan mesin press. Faktor metode, pelatihan penggunaan mesin potong dan press, dan mengoptimalkan proses packing. Faktor mesin, perawatan mesin potong dan press secara berkala. Faktor bahan baku, pengawasan kualitas bahan baku. Faktor lingkungan, menambah pendingin bersuhu rendah untuk di kendaraan logistik maupun dalam pabrik.
