Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Model Guided Note Taking (GNT) untuk Meni ngkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Karangan Narasi Siswa Kelas IV SDN 2 Depokrejo Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Depokrejo dengan menerapkan model Guided Note Taking. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan: observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Guided Note Taking dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Depokrejo.Kata Kunci: guided note taking, keterampilan menulis, narasi. Abstract: The Use of Guided Note Taking (GNT) Model to Improve Narrative Essay Writing Skill for 4th Grade Student of SDN 2 Depokrejo Academic Year 2016/2017. The objective of this research is to improve narrative essay writing skill for 4th Grade Student at SDN 2 Depokrejo using Guided Note Taking model. This research is collaborative classroom action research (CAR). The subject of this research is the teacher and students of 4th Grade. Techniques of collecting data were learning outcomes test, observation, interview, and documentation. Validity of data in this research was analyzed using triangulation of sources and triangulation of technique. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptiveanalysis consisting of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion or verification. The result of the research show that the use of Guided Note Taking model can improve narrative essay writing skill for 4th Grade Student at SDN 2 Depokrejo.Key Word: guided note taking, writing skill, narrative.
