Abstract

Background.  General elections are held simultaneously, including the election of members of the House of Representatives, members of the Regional Representative Council, President and Vice President, and to elect members of the Regional People's Representative Council, where in each process towards general elections there are several stages that need to be carried out by election participants. Purpose. In the general election stages, there are often negligence committed by election participants, one of which is election administration violations, election administration violations are violations committed by election participants or election organizers during the election stages. Method. In this research, the author uses normative juridical research methods that are qualitative in nature. Results. Based on the findings made by the Sukabumi City Bawaslu, there were 19 findings of administrative violations in Sukabumi City committed by 2019 election participants, including 16 violations of campaign props and 3 violations of campaigns without notification letters to the police. From the findings by the Sukabumi City Bawaslu related to administrative violations, the Sukabumi City Bawaslu is authorized to receive, examine, review, decide reports from the public or findings by the Election Supervisor related to alleged election administration violations. From the alleged violation of election administration, the settlement uses a fast event in accordance with Article 40 of Perbawaslu No. 8 of 2022. From the many findings of alleged election administration violations, Bawaslu of Sukabumi City made several prevention efforts including appeals, Bawaslu of Sukabumi City delivered appeals to the community, election officials, and election officials. Conclusion. Socialization, namely the implementation of the initialization of election rules and regulations and coordination to the community, election participants, and local government agencies, as well as law enforcement agencies conducting cooperation with coordination with law enforcement agencies related to elections.

Abstract

Data dari Riset Kesehatan Dasar 2013 menyatakan hanya 25,1% remaja Indonesia yang mendapatkan pendidikan seksualitas. Penelitian yang sama menemukan bahwa sebanyak 60,6% remaja di Jakarta belum mendapatkan pendidikan seksualitas. Data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jakarta tahun 2020 menunjukkan hanya sekitar 226.469 remaja yang pernah menerima pendidikan seksualitas. Pendidikan seksualitas seharusnya disampaikan baik melalui jalur formal maupun informal. Kurangnya pendidikan seksualitas dapat memicu pergaulan seks bebas, yang berdampak negatif pada kehidupan remaja. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dalam penulisan laporan ini. Sumber pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara yang dilakukan dengan narasumber ahli yang merupakan dokter spesialis Obgyn dan narasumber remaja putri yang sesuai dengan target sasar, studi pustaka, dan jurnal kesehatan. Perancangan strategi kreatif yang terencana dapat menggunakan media website untuk menarik minat remaja putri dalam memperkenalkan pendidikan seksualitas. Media website ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mereka akan pentingnya memahami pendidikan seksualitas. Kata Kunci: pendidikan seksualitas, remaja putri, media website

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Hospitality and Work Environment on Employee Productivity at Puskesmas Penjaringan. This research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 88 employees, from which a sample of 72 respondents was selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale, and the analysis was with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The findings indicate that Hospitality has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by a t-value of 4.335 > 1.994 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, the Work Environment variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a t-value of 6.998 > 1.994 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Hospitality and Work Environment have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity at Puskesmas Penjaringan, as shown by an F-value of 29.808 > 3.980 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. These results suggest that improvements in hospitality and work environment can significantly enhance employee productivity.

Abstract

Buah matoa (Pometia pinnata) merupakan jenis buah asal papua yang banyak digemari karena rasanya yang sangat unik. Kandungan kimia buah matoa yaitu: Flavonoid, Saponin, Tanin dan Alkaloid. Flavonoid yang terbukti berkhasiat sebagai Antioksidan. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Formulasi Sediaan Krim Anti-Aging Ekstrak Etanol Buah Matoa (Pometia pinnata) di Laboratorium Farmasi Fakultas Ilmu-Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Sains Dan Teknologi Jayapura. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui formulasi terbaik sediaan krim anti-aging ekstrak etanol buah matoa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan eksperimental laboratorium. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tanaman buah matoa yang tumbuh di Wilayah Kampung Netar, Distrik Sentani Timur, Kabupaten Jayapura. Sampel berupa buah matoa sebanyak 1kg dan dimaserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%. Ekstrak daging buah matoa diformulasikan menjadi sediaan krim anti-aging dengan variasi Span 60 dan Twen 80 pada konsentrasi 3%, 5%, dan 8%. Krim yang diperoleh dievaluasi untuk mendapatkan formulasi terbaik. Hasil pengujian dari ketiga formula didapatkan formula terbaik yaitu formula III dengan konsentrasi Span 60 dan Tween 80 8% memiliki nilai peredaman radikal DPPH sebesar -129,9%.

Abstract

Hydrological analysis is a basis for water building planning. However, the problem in hydrological analysis usually in the availability of data, such as empty/incomplete rain data, inadequate rain stations, rain recording which is still done manually so that it can increase the risk errors. To overcome the problem of the lack of availability of rain data, the alternative that can be used is using satellite rainfall. Satellite rainfall is using remote sensing technology, so it is possible to get wider area coverage, near real time data, fast and free access and economical. This study was include for calibration and validation of uncorrected satellite rainfall data in the Sadar watershed area, Mojokerto Regency and using two types of satellites, TRMM and CHIRPS. The data validation analysis methods used are Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE), Correlation Coefficient (R), and Root Mean Squared Error-observations standard deviation ratio (RSR). The results of the validation of the TRMM and CHIRPS satellite rainfall data show that the TRMM satellite has the suitability of the field data by 70,3% while the CHIRPS satellite has the suitability of the field data by 20,7%. So, from the overall analysis can be concluded that TRMM data can be recommended as an alternative hydrology data in the Sadar watershed.Analisis hidrologi adalah suatu dasar perencanaan bangunan air. Namun, permasalahan dalam analisis hidrologi biasanya terletak pada ketersediaan data yang kurang memadai, contoh seperti data hujan yang kosong/tidak lengkap, stasiun hujan yang tidak memadai, pencatatan hujan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dapat meningkatkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tentang minimnya ketersediaan data hujan, maka alternatif yang dapat digunakan adalah menggunakan curah hujan satelit. Curah hujan satelit yang menggunakan teknologi penginderaan jauh, sehingga cakupan wilayah luas, data near real time, akses cepat dan gratis serta ekonomis. Studi ini dilakukan untuk kalibrasi dan validasi terhadap curah hujan satelit belum terkoreksi pada wilayah DAS Sadar, Kabupaten Mojokerto dan menggunakan dua jenis satelit yaitu TRMM dan CHIRPS. Metode analisis validasi data yang digunakan berupa Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE), Koefisien Korelasi (R), dan Root Mean Squared Error- observations standard deviation ratio (RSR). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan satelit TRMM menunjukan kesesuaian data dengan data lapangan sebesar 70,3%, sedangkan untuk satelit CHIRPS menunjukan kesesuaian data dengan data lapangan sebesar 20,7%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan TRMM dapat direkomendasikan menjadi data alternatif hidrologiÂ
