Abstract

This research aims to: 1) describe the implementation of HOTS in the learning process on student learning outcomes in Mathematics and Natural Sciences learning; and 2) describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing HOTS in Mathematics and Natural Sciences learning. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review method or literature study which focuses on the process of reviewing and analyzing thoroughly several pieces of literature that are appropriate to the research topic. The results of this research show that: 1) the application of HOTS in the Mathematics and Natural Sciences learning process has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes. This effectiveness can be seen from changes in students' cognitive aspects, where in conventional learning they tend to use low-level thinking (LOTS), while with the implementation of HOTS, they begin to develop high-level thinking abilities, such as critical, creative and evaluative thinking. These three aspects equip students with a more mature mindset, enabling them to face and solve various problems in various situations; and 2) supporting factors for HOTS implementation include teacher competency, facilities and infrastructure, classroom management and learning planning. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in implementing HOTS are inadequate teacher education qualifications and a relatively low level of teacher understanding regarding HOTS. Abstract

This research examines the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment (OC), and work engagement, as well as the direct and indirect effects of these factors on OCB via work engagement. This research employs a quantitative technique to examine causality. For this research, 83 participants were surveyed using SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). Primary and secondary data were gathered via the use of questionnaires and literature reviews, respectively. Path analysis was used in the investigation. According to the findings, There is a positive and statistically significant association between organizational culture, work engagement, and OCB. Collaboration and engagement at work are positively and significantly impacted by organizational commitment. Full participation in one's work significantly improves OCB. Work engagement is a crucial mechanism via which organizational culture influences OCB for the better. Their level of involvement at work positively and significantly impacts a person's organizational commitment (OCB).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh Dosen Program Studi Sistem Informasi dan Program Studi Teknologi Informasi Institut Teknologi Rokan Hilir ini bertujuan untuk untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih sehat dan bertanggung jawab khususnya di kalangan siswa SMK. Seperti yang kita ketahui penggunaan media sosial memiliki dampak positif dan dampak negatif yang perlu diwaspadai. Pengaruh luas media sosial ini khusunya dalam kehidupan siswa telah mendorong para pendidik, administrator, dan peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen digital melalui sistem informasi yang efektif. Dengan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, sekolah dapat mengawasi aktivitas digital siswa, memberikan edukasi tentang etika bermedia sosial, serta membangun lingkungan digital yang positif. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam bentuk sosialisasi dengan metode ceramah interaktif dengan materi etika bermedia sosial, dampak jejak digital, serta strategi penggunaan media sosial secara bijak bagi siswa SMK. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan sosialisasi dan sesi tanya jawab dengan peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung, PkM ini menghasilkan beberapa capaian yaitu Peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Siswa tentang pentingnya etika bermedia sosial, dampak dari jejak digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, cara menghindari penyebaran informasi palsu, serta cara menggunakan teknologi dan sistem informasi untuk mengelola aktivitas digital secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry training terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi getaran harmonik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain two group Pre-test dan Pos-test. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling dengan mengambil dua dari enam kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk tes essay dengan jumlah soal 10 item yang telah distandarisasi. Berdasarkan hasil tes diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 24,71 dan nilai rata-rata pretes kelas kontrol 21,92. Setelah selesai tiga pertemuan diberikan postes dengan hasil rata-rata kelas eksperimen 75 dan kelas kontrol 65,715. Berdasarkan hasil uji t satu pihak diperoleh kesimpulan ada perbedaan akibat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry training terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi getaran harmonik.
