Abstract

Abstract. The running of academic activities in university continuously adds more data to the existing operational system. The data are not ready for the university strategic decision making, preparing reports for accreditation purposes and academic units. Real-time business intelligence application using data warehouse can become a solution for data analysis. The process of creating a data warehouse includes designing data warehouse, retrieving academic data from multiple data sources, extracting, transforming, loading (ETL) process, creating cube; and generating report. ETL processes are conducted by using a Pull Change Data Capture approach so that data changes during a certain period can be transferred in real-time. The higher the frequency of data change requests brings us closer to real-time and requires less time than loading all the data.Keywords: real-time, business intelligence, data warehouse, academic, change data capture Abstrak.  Kegiatan akademik di universitas berjalan terus menerus dan semakin menambah banyak data pada sistem operasional yang sudah ada. Data tersebut masih belum dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak universitas dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, pembuatan laporan untuk keperluan akreditasi dan unit-unit akademik. Aplikasi real-time business intelligence menggunakan data warehouse menjadi solusi untuk analisa data. Proses pembuatan data warehouse meliputi perancangan data warehouse; pengambilan data akademik dari sumber data; proses extraction, transformation, loading (ETL); pembuatan cube; dan pembuatan laporan. Proses ETL dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Change Data Capture Pull agar perubahan data selama periode tertentu dapat dipindahkan secara real-time. Semakin tinggi frekuensi permintaan perubahan data akan semakin mendekati real-time dan semakin membutuhkan waktu yang singkat dibandingkan dengan me-load semua data.Kata Kunci: real-time, business intelligence, data warehouse, akademik, change data capture

Abstract

Abstract. Rumah Pembinaan Carolus Borromeus (RPCB) Syantikara is a retreat house that serves the development of lay spirituality, through retreat services for youth and adult groups. The reservation record until now is still done manually, raises problems such as: double booked, rooms and facilities do not fit the initial order, the reservation process took a long time. Management information systems and reservation is built to respond the needs of RPCB Syantikara in providing services and assisting managerial decision making. This system can handle management of reservation data, recording reservations, transactions, and reporting that can be monitored in real time. The results of system testing to the user indicate that all functionality has been running properly. This system can improve RPCB Syantikara performance, streamline the reservation process, reduce transaction processing time, and improve service quality.Keywords: retreat house, reservation, information system, information system managementAbstrak. Rumah Pembinaan Carolus Borromeus (RPCB) Syantikara melayani pengembangan spiritualitas awam, melalui pelayanan retret bagi kelompok remaja maupun kelompok dewasa. Pencatatan reservasi hingga kini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan, seperti: double booked, ruangan dan fasilitas tidak sesuai pesanan awal, lamanya waktu untuk memproses reservasi. Sistem informasi manajemen dan reservasi dibangun untuk menanggapi kebutuhan RPCB Syantikara dalam memberikan layanan dan membantu pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Sistem ini dapat menangani proses pengelolaan data-data terkait reservasi, pencatatan reservasi, transaksi, sampai dengan pelaporannya yang dapat dipantau secara real time. Hasil pengujian sistem kepada pengguna menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsionalitas telah berjalan dengan baik. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja RPCB Syantikara, mengefisienkan proses reservasi, mengurangi waktu pemrosesan transaksi, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.Kata Kunci: rumah pembinaan, reservasi, sistem informasi, sistem informasi manajemen

Abstract

Batik was recognized as a human heritage for oral and nonmaterial culture by UNESCO due to its symbolic and philosophical ties to the lives of Indonesians. However, the younger generation is gradually losing its legacy because of technological and sociological changes that have influenced Indonesian batik. Consequently, batik knowledge is disappearing. A convolutional neural network and transfer learning techniques were utilized in deep learning to construct a model recognising batik motifs. The study utilized a dataset of one thousand images, five classes of batik designs (Banji, Kawung, Slope, Parang, and Slobog), and pre-trained architectural models VGG16 and VGG19 on Keras. The best model utilizes the VGG16 architecture, and the number of epochs is 50, with the result of testing accuracy of 0.9200.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a finance company that engages in lending. Its activities include branch offices, aiming to increase new customer acquisition. Prospective customer data is required to determine their potential and the location of the nearest branch office. PT. XYZ previously used a third party, but the result was not equal to what was required, and the company was forced to pay to obtain data equal to what was required. Google Maps is a data source that is utilized and freely accessible. This study scraped prospective customer data using robotic process automation. Robotic process automation was developed using UiPath with Google Maps and Plus Codes as data sources. The Haversine method is used to determine the location of the nearest branch office. 595 prospective customer records were obtained through robotic process automation using seven search keywords. The result for 579 prospective customers is correct, but the result for 16 is incorrect. Haversine Method applies to 582 prospective customer records; however, the remaining records lack latitude and longitude, making Haversine Method inapplicable.

Abstract

Pemangkat Sentosa Foundation, an educational foundation in Pemangkat, West Kalimantan, which oversees Sentosa Kindergarten, Elementary School, Middle School and High School. The Sentosa Pemangkat Foundation still uses a manual system for Admission of New Students (PPDB) which results in difficulties in data management, such as a complicated registration process, disorganized data collection, and frequent data errors. To overcome this problem, a website-based PPDB information system was created using a Laravel backend with the PHP programming language and a React frontend with the Javascript programming language. The system built can manage PPDB data, facilitate online registration, and provide better PPDB services for prospective students. The results of system testing through interviews with school officials show that this system makes things easier and helps the PPDB process. Yayasan Sentosa Pemangkat, sebuah yayasan pendidikan di Pemangkat, Kalimantan Barat, yang menaungi TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA Sentosa. Yayasan Sentosa Pemangkat masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) yang mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data, seperti proses pendaftaran yang rumit, pengumpulan data yang tidak terorganisir, dan kesalahan data yang sering terjadi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dibuatlah sistem informasi PPDB berbasis website menggunakan backend Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan frontend React dengan bahasa pemrograman Javascript. Sistem yang dibangun dapat melakukan pengelolaan data PPDB, memudahkan pendaftaran online, dan memberikan layanan PPDB yang lebih baik bagi calon siswa. Hasil pengujian sistem melalui wawancara dengan pihak sekolah menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan kemudahan dan membantu proses PPDB.

Abstract

The bird-watching community has activities to record and manage observation data. So far, important observational data has only been written in personal notes. These notes have the potential to be lost and not even published. This method, which is still done manually, must be more consistent in detailed information shared with various bird-watching communities. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop a website-based bird observation community information system to make it easier for admins to manage bird data and for bird watchers to manage observation data. The information system was developed using the PHP programming language with the help of the Laravel framework and using the Bootstrap framework to implement the program code developed. A website-based bird observation community information system has been successfully developed and used to make it easier for admins to manage bird data and manage observation data. Based on the results of the system evaluation by users, overall users were satisfied using the bird watching community information system that was built. Komunitas pengamatan burung memiliki kegiatan mencatat dan mengelola data pengamatan. Data penting pengamatan tersebut selama ini hanya tertulis dalam catatan pribadi. Catatan tersebut berpotensi hilang bahkan tidak terpublikasi. Cara yang masih dilakukan secara manual tersebut menyebabkan kurangnya konsistensi detail informasi yang dibagikan ke berbagai komunitas pengamatan burung. Sebagai penyelesaian masalah tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem informasi komunitas pengamatan burung berbasis website yang digunakan untuk memudahkan admin melakukan pengelolaan data burung serta memudahkan para pengamat burung melakukan pengelolaan data pengamatan. Sistem informasi dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan bantuan framework Laravel dan menggunakan framework Bootstrap untuk implementasi kode program yang dikembangkan. Sistem informasi komunitas pengamatan burung berbasis website berhasil dikembangkan dan digunakan untuk memudahkan admin melakukan pengelolaan data burung dan pengelolaan data pengamatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sistem oleh para pengguna, secara keseluruhan pengguna sudah merasa puas menggunakan sistem informasi komunitas pengamatan burung yang dibangun.

Abstract

Easy Convenient (EC) Cafe & Coworking Space is a coffee shop where you can relax and chat. This cafe provides many drinks, such as coffee, coffee, tea, and food, such as snacks and heavy meals. Even though a cashier system is available and helps cafe management, no system helps record employee attendance, calculate employee salaries, and record cafe stock in detail. Therefore, a website-based payroll and cafe stock management information system was created. The system can process data such as bulk inserts from reading file imports and calculating salaries automatically from employee attendance data. The system also provides a history feature for tracking salary data and stock data that has been processed. This research produces a payroll and cafe stock management information system that makes it easier to record attendance, calculate employee salaries, and record cafe stock in detail and clearly. The information system has gone through the testing stage and has features according to the owner's needs.   Kafe Easy Convenient (EC) & Coworking Space merupakan salah satu kedai kopi untuk bersantai dan berbincang-bincang. Kafe ini menyediakan banyak minuman seperti kopi, non-kopi, teh, dan makanan seperti makanan ringan maupun makanan berat. Meski sistem kasir telah tersedia dan membantu manajemen keuangan kafe, belum terdapat sistem yang membantu pencatatan presensi karyawan, penghitungan gaji karyawan, dan mencatat stok kafe secara detail. Maka dari itu, dibuatlah sistem informasi penggajian dan manajemen stok kafe berbasis website. Sistem dapat melakukan pengolahan data seperti bulk insert dari hasil baca import berkas dan menghitung gaji secara otomatis dari data presensi karyawan. Sistem juga menyediakan fitur riwayat untuk melakukan tracking data gaji dan data stok yang telah diolah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi penggajian dan manajemen stok kafe yang mempermudah pencatatan presensi, penghitungan gaji karyawan, dan pencatatan stok kafe dengan detail dan jelas. Sistem informasi telah melalui tahap pengujian dan memiliki fitur sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemilik.

Abstract

Abstract. Matahari Songket Bali is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) that produces and sells traditional Balinese songket fabric with beautiful motifs and high quality. The problems faced include manual payment processes, order tracking through employees, and operational data recording in written form. The solution to these issues is to build a web-based sales information system. A website platform was chosen due to its quick and easy access. This system is developed using the Waterfall method with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The main features of the website include product information, online payments, order tracking, and digital operational data management. The research results show that this information system was successfully built and helped Matahari Songket Bali in online sales, data management, and as a branding platform. This website facilitates sales processes, tracking, and data management while strengthening the company's identity. Matahari Songket Bali adalah UMKM yang memproduksi dan menjual kain songket tradisional khas Bali dengan motif indah dan kualitas tinggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi proses pembayaran manual, pelacakan pesanan melalui karyawan, dan pencatatan data operasional secara tertulis. Solusi dari permasalahan adalah membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis website. Platform website dipilih karena akses yang cepat dan mudah. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Fitur utama website meliputi informasi produk, pembayaran online, pelacakan pesanan, dan manajemen data operasional digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini berhasil dibangun dan membantu Matahari Songket Bali dalam penjualan online, manajemen data, serta sebagai platform branding. Website ini memudahkan proses penjualan, pelacakan, dan pengelolaan data, sekaligus memperkuat identitas perusahaan.
