Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) perencanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan akhlak mulia sesama teman dengan menggunakan media audio visual pada anak  usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Karima Kabupaten Kubu Raya, 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan akhlak mulia sesama teman dengan menggunakan media audio visual pada anak  usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Karima Kabupaten Kubu Raya dan 3) peningkatan akhlak mulia sesama teman dengan menggunakan media audio visual di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Karima Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa observasi, IPKG I, IPKG 2 dan wawancara. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1). Perencanaan, 2). Pelaksanaan, 3). Pengamatan atau Observasi dan 4). Refleksi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah observasi/pengamatan dan wawancara/percakapan, sesuai dengan teknik pengumpul data yang digunakakan, maka alat pengumpulnya adalah format observasi dan panduan wawancara. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan peningkatan akhlak mulia sesama teman dengan menggunakan media audio visual di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Karima Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Hal ini diperoleh dari kemampuan anak Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) pada siklus I dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) pada siklus II. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan Akhlak Mulia, Media Audio Visual. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the learning plan to improve the noble character peers by using audio-visual media in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Isam Al-Karima Kubu Raya, 2) the implementation of learning in improving the noble character peers by using audio-visual media in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Isam Al-Karima Kubu Raya and 3) improvement of noble character among friends by using audio-visual media in kindergarten Isam Al-Karima Kubu Raya. Analysis of the data used in the form of observation, IPKG I, IPKG 2 and interviews. The steps of this study are as follows: 1). Planning, 2). Implementation, 3). Observations or observation and 4). Reflection. Data analysis techniques used were observation / observation and interviews / conversations, according to the data collection techniques be adopted, then the tool is the format pengumpulnya observation and interview guides. The results of a study showed an increase of noble character among friends by using audio-visual media in kindergarten Isam Al-Karima Kubu Raya. It is obtained from the child's ability Evolving accordance Hope (BSH) in the first cycle and Growing Very Good (BSB) on the second cycle. Keywords: Moral Development of Honor, Audio Visual Media.

Abstract

This research is based on the low level of mathematics learning result of grade 3 students of SDN 004Tembelihan Kota. Based on this, the researcher performs improvement of learning process by applying STADtype cooperative learning model. This research was conducted in SDN 004 Tembilahan Kota, the subject of thisresearch is the third grade students with the number of 23 students. Based on the research results obtained datathat after the implementation of cooperative model type STAD student learning outcomes have increased on thebasic score of the number of students who complete is 8 students with an average score of 58.41. In cycle I thetotal number of completed students is 16 students with an average score of 71.14. And in cycle II the number ofcompleted students is 22 students with an average score of 84.32.

Abstract

Every child has different potential, interests and talents. Special gifted children whose potential is optimized and properly stimulated can become one of the quality human resources owned by the country, compared to children who do not get proper stimulation. Stimulation is a variety of stimuli, such as play opportunities, learning facilities, or materials (eg stories or reading), that can trigger a child to learn or process teaching. Optimal is the highest condition in which it is possible for someone or something to do without destroying the elements that are in place. Potential are specific things that exist in children, which appear more when compared to children of their age. Interest is a strong urge for someone to do everything he wants. Whereas talent is a basic trait, intelligence and innate nature that is innate. Talent itself can be interpreted as a person's basic ability to learn in a relatively short time compared to other people, but the results are even better. In short, this is a potential possessed by a person as innate. The aim of the research is to optimize the potential, interests and talents of the children in Lalalang Village for the advancement of potential human resources in the future, namely to find out and make solutions so that the children of Lalalang Village get a direction and a place to shape their character so that they are able to understand what potential they have and are very important for the future. This research contains the reasons and the process of optimizing the potential, interests and talents of the children in Lalang Village. Keywords: Optimization, Potential, Interest, Talent, Children

Abstract

Every child has different potential, interests, and talents. A gifted child whose potential is optimized and well-stimulated can become one of the quality human resources that a country possesses, compared to a child who does not receive appropriate stimulation. Stimulation refers to various stimuli, such as play opportunities, learning facilities, or materials (such as stories or readings), which can trigger a child to learn or process teachings. Optimal is the highest condition in which someone or something can be done without damaging the existing elements. Potential is specific things that exist in a child, which appear more compared to their peers. Interest is a strong drive for someone to do everything they desire. Meanwhile, talent is a fundamental quality, skill, and disposition that is present from birth. Talent itself can be interpreted as a person's basic ability to learn in a relatively short time compared to others, yet the results are actually better. In short, this is the potential that someone has as a natural gift from birth. The purpose of the research is to optimize the potential, interests, and talents of children in Lalang Village for the future progress of human resources, to understand and provide solutions so that children in Lalang Village have space, direction, and a place to shape their character so that they can understand what potential they have and it is very important for their future. This research contains the reasons and processes for optimizing the potential, interests, and talents of children in Lalang Village.

Abstract

The communication strategies employed by counselors play a pivotal role in outpatient rehabilitation programs. Effective communication is crucial for building trust, understanding clients, and achieving successful outcomes. The research method employed in this study is the qualitative research method, which is characterized by its logical and systematic approach to investigating or observing phenomena. Counselors play a crucial role in establishing a foundation of trust and understanding with their clients. This, in turn, positively influences the rehabilitation process. The incorporation of various communication techniques and mediums helps tailor messages to each client's specific needs and preferences. In conclusion, effective communication is at the heart of successful outpatient rehabilitation programs. Counselors must utilize a range of strategies to understand their clients, deliver tailored messages, and engage through various communication mediums.
