Abstract

A company engaged in the sale and repair of motorcycles, of course, requires a reliable and responsible mechanic in his work, for that a motorcycle mechanic is needed in accordance with the terms and conditions required by the motorcycle company. Many mechanics are now opening motorbike repair services, after repairing the motorbike it becomes even worse than before it was repaired, so that it can harm consumers of the repair service. This is because a mechanic only has desperate capital without any experience and abilities that can be guaranteed. Therefore, in selecting the best mechanic, a decision support system is needed with various methods that can be used, such as the TOPSIS method, VIKOR, MOSRA, AHP, MOORA, WASPAS, WP and so on. In this study, the methods used are Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods. Each alternative will be assessed based on the criteria for Trouble Shooting, Working Time, Education and Warning Letter, then the process of compiling or ranking each alternative is carried out, so that the best alternative or motorcycle mechanic is obtained. The results after applying the MOORA method, namely alternative A2 is the best mechanic with a value of 1.637 and the WASPAS method is the best mechanic in Q2 with alternative A2 with a value of 0.834. Both methods produce the same results, namely the best mechanic is A2

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan atau disingkat SPK dalam Bahasa Indonesia, dalam mengevaluasi perpanjangan kontrak pegawai. Proses penelitian melibatkan perhitungan manual, penentuan nilai kriteria, dan bobot kriteria. Tahap selanjutnya melibatkan persiapan matriks, normalisasi nilai matriks, penentuan nilai alternatif, perangkingan, dan evaluasi hasil, yang menunjukkan bahwa pegawai 9 dan 10 memegang peringkat tertinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan objektivitas dan efisiensi evaluasi kinerja pegawai non-ASN. Metode WASPAS digunakan untuk memberikan bobot pada kriteria dan menghasilkan peringkat alternatif. Prosesnya mencakup pengujian sistem dengan perhitungan serupa dan memvalidasi efektivitas implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan peringkat kinerja pegawai secara otomatis. Proses pengujian sistem mendukung kehandalan SPK dalam memberikan evaluasi yang akurat dan konsisten.

Abstract

Poor management of educational facilities and infrastructure can cause various problems, especially in documenting and managing existing assets in schools. Educational infrastructure is a school asset that must be organized and managed well to support ensuring the quality of education at school. The use of information technology through programming languages ​​can create various applications according to user needs. This research aims to create educational facilities and infrastructure using the Visual Basic programming language and mySQL database. The system development method used is the Lift Cycle Development System (SDLC) OR the waterfall approach. The research stages start from system design, system analysis, system design, coding program, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. The results of the research are the application of educational infrastructure with spatial data reports, infrastructure reports by type, infrastructure reports per space and recapitulation of educational infrastructure. The expected application is expected to be able to improve services for schools regarding information on educational facilities so that they can guarantee the quality of education at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The Housing, Settlement Areas and Land Service of Bengkulu Province is a government agency in Bengkulu Province. Performance assessment using a predetermined form. This agency has 11 honorary employees. Every year an evaluation of the performance of honorary employees will be carried out to make decisions and consideration for honorary employee contracts. The aim of this research was to apply the K-Means Method to determine the pattern of honorary employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkulu Province and to create an application that could provide information on the pattern of honorary employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkulu Province. The application of the K-Means Method in determining the Pattern of Honorary Employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department of Bengkulu Province was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. The grouping of honorary employee data is based on the results of performance assessments that have been carried out, which in this case There are two to four groups that can be used to differentiate between one honorary employee and another. The results of this grouping can later be used as consideration for the Bengkulu Province Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department to determine who will be contracted for the following year. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application in determining the pattern of honorary employees can provide information to the Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department of Bengkulu Province as to who is eligible to be given a new contract from the results of grouping performance assessment data for honorary employees.

Abstract

The Widya shop sells various kinds of hijab products that are tailored to the needs of fashion development. The Widya Bengkulu store also sells various kinds of women's needs such as clothes, accessories, bags, wallets, soft lenses, cosmetics and other fancy items. So far, Widya Store has not used computers as a data processing medium. All processes of selling goods and inventory of goods are still carried out with book records, and do not yet have an application that can help the process of managing the data of these goods. In addition, in managing inventory, Toko Widya only sees stock based on sales results, if the stock on one of the items runs out, an order will be made to the supplier. Implementation of the K-Means Clustering Method in Grouping Goods Based on Sales Results at the Widya Bengkulu Store was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database. In the Grouping of Goods Based on Sales Results at the Widya Bengkulu Store, it will be processed to seek knowledge from chunks of data, namely goods sales data. Cluster I is a Very Selling Item, Cluster II is a Self Selling Item, and Cluster III is a Less Selling Item. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application of Grouping Goods Based on Sales Results at the Widya Bengkulu Store can provide information on the best-selling items sold at the Widya Store.

Abstract

Agricultural extension workers need solutions to the various difficulties faced by tomato farmers with their tomato plants. The aim of this research is to produce an expert system application in diagnosing diseases in tomato plants as an effort to help the difficulties of agricultural instructors and tomato farmers regarding problems with tomato plants by utilizing information technology through the Visual Basic programming language with a MySQL database through prior definition by experts. The method used in the research is the waterfall model, meanwhile in creating the knowledge base expert system application used is the forward chaining method. The expert system application is created to produce data that is entered into the application consisting of symptom data, disease data, solution data, solution data, rule data, as well as diagnosis (consulation) data by farmers. The output from the application created produces diagnostic results for tomato plant diseases based on the symptoms entered and solutions to the diagnoses that have been made. The results of the research are that the expert system application created can be operated well with a knowledge base using the forward chaining method and rules as a knowledge base that are in accordance with the objectives

Abstract

Inventory system in a company is closely related to the activity of collecting data about activities and transactions in and out of a company's goods. Because inventory is so important to the company, the existence of an inventory system based on Information Technology (IT) is needed to facilitate recording and processing transactions compared to the manual method. Based on the results of discussion and testing, the following conclusions can be drawn, Web-based Production Techniques Inventory System at TVRI Bengkulu, can be used by the user to help find item data, borrower data, loan data, and return data using the Rapid Application Development method. Application development is carried out by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, because this method has advantages over other traditional methods in SDLC, namely the development cycle which only requires a relatively faster and shorter time. The process of developing this system is carried out systematically which has 3 stages, namely requirement planning, workshop design, implementation.

Abstract

Student grading process is an important part of supporting the teaching and learning process in schools. However, at SMP Negeri 26 Seluma, the grading process is still done manually using Microsoft Word, which is prone to input errors, data duplication, and data loss. To address these issues, a web-based student grading information system was developed with the aim of improving efficiency, accuracy, and data security. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and supported by frontend technologies HTML and CSS. The result of this research is an information system capable of effectively managing student grading data, enabling homeroom teachers to enter and process grades, and providing students with access to view their grades independently through a web portal. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the efficiency of school staff and academic information transparency at SMP Negeri 26 Seluma

Abstract

The Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Semidang Alas Sub-district is one of the religious affairs offices located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. However, the manual marriage registration process often leads to challenges such as delays in processing, lack of data transparency, and potential administrative errors. To address these issues, a web-based marriage registration information system was developed with the aim of creating a marriage registration information system that can assist the public in conducting marriage registrations and help the KUA in managing and retrieving marriage registration data online. This system aims to reduce processing time and benefit the KUA in managing registration data and searching for data more quickly. The marriage registration information system at Semidang Alas Sub-district KUA can be accessed online via the registered link https://daftarnikahkuasemidang.online/. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The system development was carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The technologies used include PHP and MySQL. The results of the study indicate that web-based marriage registration information system developed is capable of accelerating administrative processes, minimizing data errors, and providing easy access for prospective brides and grooms as well as KUA officials. This system can also generate reports automatically, thereby facilitating the reporting and archiving of data. With this information system, it is hoped that public services in the KUA environment will become more modern, efficient, and transparent.

Abstract

Rapid developments in information technology have encouraged many educational institutions to implement digital systems for data management. SDN 042 North Bengkulu previously used Microsoft Excel to record student data, but this method was inefficient and prone to errors, especially with the increasing number of students. The purpose of this study was to create a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL, which is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and security in student data management. The method used in developing the system was the waterfall method, with stages of requirements analysis, system design, code writing, testing, and implementation and maintenance. The result of this research is a student data information system developed for SD N 042 North Bengkulu that successfully meets the school's administrative needs effectively. This system facilitates online recording, searching, and reporting of student data. Because it is web-based, this system can be accessed at any time from various devices and is proven to be more practical than the previous manual method
