Abstract

Employee performance assessment aims to find potential employees who have profiles that match the criteria of loyalty, performance and responsibility. Another problem that occurs is the difficulty of selecting employees properly and fairly due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experiences, competencies and employee portfolios so that it becomes a concern for Gerai 212 Mart in determining whether or not employees are eligible to serve as permanent employees. To overcome these obstacles, a decision support system is needed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to be used as a supporting medium in supporting the decision-making process. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which has the ability to measure the performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. The application is built using the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the assessment for being appointed as permanent employees can be done well by taking the number of employees with the highest value of 0.2605 and the lowest value of 0.1053.

Abstract

This study was conducted to make Porn Blocker Application using the Visual Basic programming language, which then will be implemented or connect using Mozilla Firefox. Data collected by conducting library research and laboratory studies, which make comparisons with similar applications with technical safety or other sites. Furthermore, the data is analyzed and designed starting from the HIPO menu structure and then directly to the menu display for blocking websites. The results of this study are Porn Blocker application can only be run in Mozilla Firefox program, because the program in addition to Mozilla Firefox already has its own application blocking. Researchers also limit the issues on this application is based on the one computer unit and can not be used for networking.

Abstract

Poor management of educational facilities and infrastructure can cause various problems, especially in documenting and managing existing assets in schools. Educational infrastructure is a school asset that must be organized and managed well to support ensuring the quality of education at school. The use of information technology through programming languages ​​can create various applications according to user needs. This research aims to create educational facilities and infrastructure using the Visual Basic programming language and mySQL database. The system development method used is the Lift Cycle Development System (SDLC) OR the waterfall approach. The research stages start from system design, system analysis, system design, coding program, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. The results of the research are the application of educational infrastructure with spatial data reports, infrastructure reports by type, infrastructure reports per space and recapitulation of educational infrastructure. The expected application is expected to be able to improve services for schools regarding information on educational facilities so that they can guarantee the quality of education at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi penilaian sekolah adiwiyata pada Badan lingkungan Hidup (BLH) Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan adanya program sekolah adiwiyata adalah menciptakan kondisi sekolah yang bersih dimana sekolah menjadi tempat pembelajaran dan penyadaran bagi siswa, guru, tenaga kependidikan maupun stokeholder lainnya untuk dapat bertanggung jawab dalam penyelamatan lingkungan sekolahnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Sementara itu proses penginputan data yang dilakukan terdiri data sekolah, data petugas dan data penilaian. Laporan yang ditampilkan berupa laporan data sekolah, laporan petugas serta laporan hasil penilaian sekolah adiwiyata. Hasil penelitian adalah terbuatnya suatu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pihak Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Bengkulu dalam menghasilkan penilaian sekolah penerima adiwiyata yang objektif berdasarkan hasil penilaian tim adiwiyata berdasarkan komponen-komponen penilaian sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Abstract-In an effort to improve service quality, facilities and infrastructure are needed to support the service process provided. Where there needs to be proper treatment starting from the input, process, to the output of the services provided. Good relations and communication with the community are needed in an effort to maintain the continuity of a continuous service process. In assisting the analysis of student satisfaction, a fuzzy logic method is applied, namely Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The Tsukamoto method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In the Tsukamoto method, every consequence of a rule in the form of an If-Then must be represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function. The results of this study are that the application of Student Online Learning Satisfaction Analysis using the Tsukamoto algorithm has been successfully implemented and produces rules that are in accordance with what is desired. Abstract

Agricultural extension workers need solutions to the various difficulties faced by tomato farmers with their tomato plants. The aim of this research is to produce an expert system application in diagnosing diseases in tomato plants as an effort to help the difficulties of agricultural instructors and tomato farmers regarding problems with tomato plants by utilizing information technology through the Visual Basic programming language with a MySQL database through prior definition by experts. The method used in the research is the waterfall model, meanwhile in creating the knowledge base expert system application used is the forward chaining method. The expert system application is created to produce data that is entered into the application consisting of symptom data, disease data, solution data, solution data, rule data, as well as diagnosis (consulation) data by farmers. The output from the application created produces diagnostic results for tomato plant diseases based on the symptoms entered and solutions to the diagnoses that have been made. The results of the research are that the expert system application created can be operated well with a knowledge base using the forward chaining method and rules as a knowledge base that are in accordance with the objectives

Abstract

Abstrak: Pro Agar mempermudah dalam proses penentuan keputusan terkait penentuan prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur Bengkulu, maka dibuatlah sebuah program sistem pedukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem yang berguna dalam membantu user dalam menentukan sebuah keputusan dengan proses yang sistematis. Sistem pendukung keputusan biasanya digunakan untuk menentukan suatu hal yang memiliki nilai kriteria yang dimana semakin banyak kriteria yang dipilih semakin besar kemungkinan sistem akan memilih objek tersebut. Dalam penyelesaian masalah terkait penentuan prioritas pembangunan, metode yang digunakan adalah meotde echnique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), yang berdasarkan multikriteria dengan ide dasarnya alternatif yang dipilih memiliki jarak terdekat dengan solusi ideal positif dan memiliki jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Kata Kunci : SPK Prioritas pembangunan metode Topsis

Abstract

Media pembelajaran interaktif adalah media belajar yang menggunakan teknologi digital untuk menyampaikan informasi dan mendorong interaksi aktif antara siswa dan materi pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif jaringan komputer untuk membantu kegiatan pembelajaran di SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengambangan Luther-Sutopo dengan tahapan pembuatan konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian dan distribusi dengan menggunakan pemrograman action script 3.0. pada aplikasi Adobe Animated CC. Hasil penelitian yaitu diperoleh media pembelajaran interaktif materi jaringan komputer yang dapat digunakan oleh guru kejuruan TKJ SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar. Menu-menu pada pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif terdiri dari Menu Utama, Menu, Materi dan Menu Evalusi. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pemrograman action script 3.0 pada aplikasi Adobe Animate CC yang telah dibuat mampu memberikan manfaat kepada guru dan peserta didik di SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kejuruan melalui materi jaringan dasar komputer.

Abstract

Chandra Talo Building Store is one of the building shops located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. The store sells various kinds of building materials, from cement, paint, nails, wood, and others. So far, the management of data on materials, starting from recording inventory and selling goods, is still done manually through bookkeeping and notes, because there is no specific application that can help manage this data. The Goods Sales Forecasting Application at the Chandra Talo Building Store is built on an Android basis which can be accessed via an Android smartphone. The Goods Sales Forecasting application at the Chandra Talo Building Store was made in order to assist the Store in determining the amount of building materials to be restocked, by analyzing the time series on building material sales data that occurs every month which will produce a forecast or estimate of the amount of building materials to be restocked. Based on a comparative analysis of the Linear Regression Method and the WeightMovingAverage Method through the MAPE Method and the MSE Method, the results of the Linear Regression Method have a smaller error value than the WeightMovingAverage Method. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functionality of the goods sales forecasting application at the Android-based Chandra Talo Building Store has been running well and can provide output reports on the results of forecasting sales of goods.

Abstract

The Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Bengkulu Province is one of the government agencies that annually conducts outreach to farmer cultivators to increase crop yields. Therefore, in this study an expert system application was developed that can be used by cultivators to find out pests and diseases that attack plants based on the symptoms they experience. The expert system for diagnosing oyster mushroom pests and diseases at the Agriculture and Food Security Service of Bengkulu Province can be used as a tool to help diagnose oyster mushroom pests and diseases by entering the symptoms experienced by the oyster mushroom. This expert system for diagnosing pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language (IDE Visual Studio 2010). The expert system for diagnosing pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms has been applied to the Certainty Factor Method which is used to obtain a percentage level of certainty for pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms based on the symptoms experienced by oyster mushrooms. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional application of the expert system for diagnosing oyster mushroom pests and diseases is running as expected and can provide information on the results of consultations in the form of a diagnosis of oyster mushroom pests and diseases
