Abstract

A company engaged in the sale and repair of motorcycles, of course, requires a reliable and responsible mechanic in his work, for that a motorcycle mechanic is needed in accordance with the terms and conditions required by the motorcycle company. Many mechanics are now opening motorbike repair services, after repairing the motorbike it becomes even worse than before it was repaired, so that it can harm consumers of the repair service. This is because a mechanic only has desperate capital without any experience and abilities that can be guaranteed. Therefore, in selecting the best mechanic, a decision support system is needed with various methods that can be used, such as the TOPSIS method, VIKOR, MOSRA, AHP, MOORA, WASPAS, WP and so on. In this study, the methods used are Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods. Each alternative will be assessed based on the criteria for Trouble Shooting, Working Time, Education and Warning Letter, then the process of compiling or ranking each alternative is carried out, so that the best alternative or motorcycle mechanic is obtained. The results after applying the MOORA method, namely alternative A2 is the best mechanic with a value of 1.637 and the WASPAS method is the best mechanic in Q2 with alternative A2 with a value of 0.834. Both methods produce the same results, namely the best mechanic is A2

Abstract

The Housing, Settlement Areas and Land Service of Bengkulu Province is a government agency in Bengkulu Province. Performance assessment using a predetermined form. This agency has 11 honorary employees. Every year an evaluation of the performance of honorary employees will be carried out to make decisions and consideration for honorary employee contracts. The aim of this research was to apply the K-Means Method to determine the pattern of honorary employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkulu Province and to create an application that could provide information on the pattern of honorary employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkulu Province. The application of the K-Means Method in determining the Pattern of Honorary Employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department of Bengkulu Province was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. The grouping of honorary employee data is based on the results of performance assessments that have been carried out, which in this case There are two to four groups that can be used to differentiate between one honorary employee and another. The results of this grouping can later be used as consideration for the Bengkulu Province Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department to determine who will be contracted for the following year. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application in determining the pattern of honorary employees can provide information to the Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department of Bengkulu Province as to who is eligible to be given a new contract from the results of grouping performance assessment data for honorary employees.

Abstract

SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu is one of the public elementary schools in Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. At SD Negeri 12 Bengkulu, every academic year an assessment of students is carried out through several criteria to select outstanding students who have the ability to master lessons and good self-ethics. The implementation of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the selection of outstanding students at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu can help provide information in the form of recommendations for selecting outstanding students at school based on the final results of AHP method, and can help homeroom teachers in determining outstanding students by looking at the assessment aspects of report cards, attitude scores, percentage of student attendance, and academic and non-academic achievements obtained by students. From the sample data of student assessments at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu, used for calculations through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for the 2023/2024 academic year as many as 10 students, the recommended ranking results for outstanding students who are in the top 3 are Daffa Hidayatullah, Aura Despianty, and Ciko Pandu Wiryo. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the implementation of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in selecting outstanding students at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of recommendations for selecting outstanding students through AHP method stages. Based on the alpha testing, the results obtained that the application is quite interesting and quite helpful in selecting outstanding students in each class at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan barang menggunakan metode K-Medoids berdasarkan hasil penjualan pada Toko Amanah Plafon. Pengelompokan barang yang efektif dapat membantu Toko Amanah Plafon dalam mengidentifikasi pola penjualan, mengoptimalkan manajemen stok, serta merencanakan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Metode K-Medoids digunakan untuk membagi barang-barang yang dijual oleh Toko Amanah Plafon menjadi beberapa kelompok berdasarkan kesamaan karakteristik. Metode K- Medoids menggunakan pusat kluster rata-rata sebagai representasi kluster, sedangkan K-Medoids menggunakan medoid, yaitu sampel data aktual yang mewakili kluster tersebut data penjualan Toko Amanah Plafon digunakan sebagai input dalam penelitian ini. Data ini mencakup informasi tentang barang- barang yang dijual dan jumlah penjualan yang terkait. Melalui analisis clustering, barang-barang tersebut akan dikelompokkan ke dalam kluster berdasarkan kesamaan pola penjualan. Dengan menggunakan metode K-Medoids, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengelompokan barang yang lebih efektif dan membantu pihak Toko Amanah Plafon dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta pengambilan Keputusan yang lebih baik berdasarkan hasil penjualan

Abstract

Health is not only important for humans, but also for flora and fauna. Especially for animals that are often kept by humans either just for hobbies or for breeding. One of the animals that is often kept by humans is the Angora rabbit. Angora rabbits can be used as pets to be collected or farmed for resale. Angora rabbits are often attacked by diseases due to various factors, both because of the condition of the cage and the food. One that causes farmers to lose money is due to disease. The number of rabbit deaths caused by disease is quite high, ranging from 15% to 40%. Death occurs from birth to weaning. Some of the factors that cause disease are carelessness in maintaining cage sanitation, poor quality feed, insufficient feed volume, dirty or insufficient drinking water, lack of nutrients, contracting other sick rabbits, weather changes, and ignorance about Angora rabbit disease. Based on test data using the blackbox testing method, this expert system website is running well. Conclusion Expert System for Diagnosing Diseases in Angora Rabbits Using the Certainty Factor Method is a program that can diagnose disease in Angora rabbits and produce a percentage level of probability that Angora rabbits have the disease, based on the condition of the symptoms of the Angora rabbit that the user chooses.

Abstract

SS Beauty Bar is a beauty salon that offers many treatments, namely, nail art, eyebrow embroidery, lip embroidery, eyelash extension, facial, bb glow, lash lift, massage, SPA, menicure, pedicure, etc. One of the current treatments that are popular with women is to decorate the eyes by adding eyelashes or better known as eyelash extensions. Eyelash extension is the process of connecting artificial eyelashes with real eyelashes. An expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City was created to help diagnose the impact of using eyelash extensions based on the symptoms felt by the customer. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City has implemented the Naive Bayes method which is used to obtain a percentage level of the impact of using eyelash extensions and provide recommended solutions for customers. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions on SS Beauty in Bengkulu City was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City can provide information on the results of consultations in determining the impact of using eyelash extensions based on the symptoms that have been selected. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City has gone well as expected.

Abstract

Sentra Dharma Guna Bengkulu is an institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia that provides social rehabilitation services for people with disabilities, including therapy (physical therapy and occupational therapy) and training. At Sentra Dharma Guna Bengkulu, data collection is carried out on PPKS (Social Welfare Service Recipients) every month to determine the development of the PPKS based on 5 (five) assessment aspects, namely physical aspects, spiritual aspects, psychological aspects, social aspects, and vocational aspects. Every month the development of PPKS Mentally Disabled (PDM) is assessed against 5 assessment aspects to determine whether PPKS is in the severe, moderate or mild group. The application of data mining in grouping data on Social Welfare Service Recipients (PPKS) at the Dharma Guna Bengkulu Center can help collect data and assess the development of PPKS, especially People with Mental Disabilities (PDM), can help analyze and group PPKS data, especially People with Mental Disabilities (PDM), and can provide information on the results of grouping PPKS data, especially People with Mental Disabilities (PDM) every month. From the test data used, namely PPKS data for People with Mental Disabilities (PDM) in October 2024 as many as 49 PPKS, the results of data grouping were obtained using the K-Means Clustering Method which has been divided into 3 groups. The number of Cluster C1 data (Severe Group) consists of 9 PPKS data, Cluster C2 (Moderate Group) consists of 26 PPKS data, and Cluster C3 (Light Group) consists of 14 PPKS data.

Abstract

PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk is one of the companies engaged in the financing of four-wheeled vehicles. The large number of requests for used car loans requires credit financing companies to make decisions quickly and accurately, previously the process of determining creditworthiness by the company was still using the manual method, so it did not rule out the possibility of miscalculations and errors in reading credit granting data. With these problems, a special application is needed that can assist companies in making decisions using the AHP method to determine creditworthiness quickly and accurately. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is one method to help develop a priority from various options using several criteria (multi criteria). Due to its multi-criteria nature, AHP is quite widely used in setting priorities. With this assessment pattern, the cases found at PT. BPF Bengkulu is very suitable when using this method in solving the problem of providing used car loans. From the results of research conducted by the AHP method, it is able to solve problems in the feasibility of giving used car loans using predetermined criteria and sub-criteria, resulting in a final score with the highest score of 0,458273 and the lowest score of 0,133065 and those eligible for used car loans. there are 3 people and 1 people don't deserve to be accepted..

Abstract

Pupuk pertanian di Indonesia yang sangat dibutuhkan sebagai bahan pokok. Faktor terpenting dalam pembudidayaan tanaman adalah pupuk sebagai sumber keberhasilan dari penanaman tanaman yang ada. Pemupukan bertujuan untuk menjaga unsur hara pada tanaman agar berkembang dengan baik serta dapat terhindar dari hama dan penyakit. Di dalam pertanian memiliki jenis pupuk yang beragam. Menentukan pupuk yang cocok bagi petani tanaman yang ada dikabupaten kaur merupakan permasalahan yang terpenting karena hasil dari panen sangat dibutuhkan sebagai kebutuhan pokok. Permasalahan yang dialami adalah pemilihan pupuk di daerah masih kurang efektif. Karena dalam pemilihan pupuk para petani atau sektor usaha harus melakukan survei langsung ke Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pangan untuk merekomendasikan jenis pupuk terbaik. Tetapi hal ini tidak efisien karena tidak menyesuaikan dengan tingkat keadaan dari kerusakan tanaman di daerah tersebut. Salah satu yang menjadi bahan penunjang dalam kesuksesan dari seorang petani adalah pupuk. Pupuk merupakan salah satu bahan yang mengandung unsur hara yang baik untuk kesuburan tanah baik berupa pupuk organik maupun pupuk anorganik. Metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) merupakan suatu metode untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dimana alternatif yang dipilih berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu. Abstract

Educational assistance programmes from the government and other parties allow people to focus on education without being burdened by costs. In Indonesia, various aid programmes are available, including Bidik Misi for new students and special programmes for active students in need. These programmes aim to help poor, high-achieving students continue their education. However, there are problems in the determination of aid recipients. Aid funds are often misused by some students for hedonistic lifestyles. This is due to a selection system that is not objective and is still influenced by "insider power". Assessments based on students' economic conditions and achievements are often ignored, and priority is given to students who have connections in related institutions. This practice contradicts the purpose of the educational assistance programme, which is supposed to help students with economic limitations. Therefore, this research uses a Decision Support System (SDM). This study involved 15 students as data samples and used 5 assessment criteria. The selection of data samples was carried out by applying the Combined Compromise Solution method, one of the methods in decision making. From the selection process, 3 students were selected who were entitled to receive assistance. They are Siti Humairoh with a final score of 2.5395, Hafid Bangko in second place with a score of 2.2353, and Syfa Zahra in third place with a score of 2.1629. The three students have fulfilled all the requirements and they can proceed to the initial data validation process.
