Abstract

Ekonomi ramah lingkungan diyakini sebagai alternatif solusi dari rusaknya lingkungan yang berdampak pada sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Dimana ekonomi ramah lingkungan ini mencakup tiga kata kunci, yaitu: ekonomi, inklusi sosial dan lingkungan. Edukasi dan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan civitas akademika prodi D-IV Bisnis Digital Politeknik Akbara Surakarta, hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemahaman dasar konsep ekonomi ramah lingkungan beserta dengan praktiknya. Adapun peserta adalah relawan kelompok Siaga Bencana Berbasis Masyarakat (SIBAT) PMI Surakarta. Seluruh peserta antusias mengikuti setiap sesi pelatihan dan praktik-praktiknya. Selanjutnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan ini akan ditindaklanjuti dalam beberapa praktik melakukan aktifitas ekonomi ramah lingkungan berupa pemilahan sampah daur ulang dan pembuatan produk kerajinan dari bahan baku limbah

Abstract

Tim pengabdian kami memberikan pendampingan pada UMKM Djan Eco Bakery yang bergerak pada sektor usaha kuliner dan fokusnya pada produksi bakery dan roti lainnya. Observasi telah kami lakukan sebelum pendampingan dan menemukan bahwa pada UMKM tersebut selama berproduksi tidak pernah mencatat proses masuk dan keluarnya bahan baku dan bahan lainnya pada suatu catatan baik manual maupun digital. Akibat dari tidak pernah ada pencatatan persediaan tersebut antara lain pemilik susah dalam menentukan harga jual yang sesuai dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan, sering terjadi bahan baku yang kadaluarsa tanpa diketahui, dan sering terjadi stok kosong dan stok berlebihan. Pengabdian kali ini, tim menggunakan metode dengan memberikan pembekalan dan pendampingan pencatatan persediaan dengan harapan pemilik atau karyawan yang ditugaskan untuk mencatat dapat menggunakannya secara konsisten. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta lebih memahami kelebihan dan kekurangan pencatatan kartu persediaan, peserta dapat membuat dan konsisten mengisi template kartu persediaan sederhana berbasis Spreadsheet dengan kolom yang disesuaikan kebutuhan UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari pemahaman akuntansi, adopsi e-commerce, dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan adaptasi digital yang dihadapi UMKM di era transformasi digital, khususnya dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), yang melibatkan 54 responden pelaku UMKM di wilayah Soloraya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Namun, jalur tidak langsung melalui pemahaman akuntansi, e-commerce, dan kualitas laporan keuangan tidak menunjukkan efek mediasi yang signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa literasi digital merupakan faktor utama yang secara langsung meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, sementara variabel perantara berperan sebagai elemen pendukung. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini adalah perlunya program pelatihan literasi digital yang komprehensif dan aplikatif bagi pelaku UMKM, disertai penguatan kapasitas di bidang akuntansi digital dan pemasaran daring. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan model penguatan kapasitas digital UMKM di negara berkembang.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate a teacher’s experiences and difficulties of Google Classroom-assisted teaching writing. This research used narrative inquiry as a research design. It used interview as the data collection technique to answer the research questions. One English teacher who taught in two grades of Vocational School in Karawang, Indonesia participated in this research. The finding shows that the teacher had particular ways to deliver the material assisted by Google classroom. To work with the Google Classroom, the teacher also used the PJBB Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh to deliver the material which was fit to school curriculum. To assess the students, the teacher used to ask the students to write down the answers of its task, and then they take the picture of its answers so they send it into Google Classroom. To conclude, this study shows that the internet data, device, student and teachers' ability, and so many other factors were given a big impact on online class, especially on Google Classroom-assisted teaching writing. The next researcher hopefully will conduct the research in the different focus of study, different learning media, and different classes or grades and also the next researcher hopefully conduct it with more participants. Because of this study just focused on writing narrative text lessons assisted by Google Classroom, the future research with another focus of study for example reading, speaking, listening, and so on hopefully will be conducted.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred during the Covid 19 pandemic was that many telecommunications companies that went public developed well, whereas during the pandemic, on the other hand, many companies experienced large losses and even went bankrupt. The problem in this research aims to determine the effect of profitability on company value with company size as an intervening variable in telecommunications companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The population in this research is 19 telecommunications service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique as many as 16 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis techniques with path analysis. The research results show that profitability has an effect on company size, company size has no effect on company value, and profitability has no effect on company value through company size.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred during the Covid 19 pandemic which broke out in Indonesia at the beginning of 2020 had an impact on all aspects of life, including the capital market. The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has caused fear among investors, so many of them have chosen to abandon risky assets. This affects the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The problem in this research aims to determine the influence of EPS (Earning Per Share) and PBV (Price To Book Value) on share prices in automotive companies listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The population in this research is 15 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2021 period. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique of 10 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research show that EPS is able to influence share prices, and also influences share prices, and PBV influences company share prices . Simultaneously, the EPS (Earning Per Share) and PBV (Price To Book Value) variables influence stock prices.
