<![CDATA[Penelitian dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui fenomena aktivitas pembelajaran di SMAN 2 Demak, Jawa Tengah selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan studi ini adalah menggunakan desain penelitian survey dengan teknik diskriptif kualitatif. Artinya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan analisis data melalui instrumen mencakup; angket, wawancara, dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa studi faktual dikaji dari aspek; penerapan kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, dan pemanfaatan TIK masuk kategori baik. Sementara dari aspek kompetensi guru masuk kategori sangat baik. Implikasinya, pengelola layanan pembelajaran di lingkungan SMAN 2 Demak perlu memperkuat pelatihan dan pendampingan TIK bagi para guru secara berkelanjutan. Pelatihan pemanfaatan TIK ini diperlukan guna memastikan integrasi TIK dalam pembelajaran.]]>

<![CDATA[Setiap anak pada dasarnya memiliki kecerdasan yang berbeda - beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan manusia tidak hanya meliputi kecerdasan intelektual belaka. Kecerdasan anak bisa jadi termasuk dalam Multiple Intelligence. Dalam hal kecerdasan anak IQ bukan merupakan harga mati untuk kecerdasan sang buah hati. IQ bukan segalanya manakala tanpa diimbangi dengan EQ. Hidup seorang anak tidak sepenuhnya bergantung pada IQ, tanpa EQ akan menjadikan seorang anak menjadi kuper, minder atau lemah mental ketika berinteraksi dengan orang banyak. Kita sebagai orang tua harus peka dan selektif terhadap segala hal yang ada atau terjadi pada diri buah hati. Dan sebagai orang tua, perlu kita sadari jika si anak cukup cerdas emosinya, maka kemungkinan ia untuk hidup bahagia dan sukses akan terus meningkat. Artikel ditulis dengan tujuan sebagai tukar pikiran dan sekaligus memberikan sumbangan pemikiran bagi dunia pendidikan anak, dengan harapan semoga menjadi pencerahan dalam mendidik anak dan mengembangkan IQ tanpa mengesampingkan EQ anak agar selalu berupaya maju, kreatif, mandiri, dan berjiwa membangun.]]>

<![CDATA[Keberhasilan pemanfaatan TIK dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) harus didasarkan pada penerimaan TIK bagi penggunanya. Pemanfaatan TIK dapat memenuhi permintaan yang meningkat pada sebuah produk/jasa dengan layanan teknologi informasi berbasis elektronik. Manajemen adalah salah satu upaya untuk mengelola lembaga yang bermutu. Konsep pemanfaatan media berbasis TIK terintegrasi adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Artikel ditulis dalam rangka untuk berbagi konsep dalam mengatasi problematika mengelola pembelajaran yang mudah dan membantu bagi para pendidik dalam menyajikan pengajaran berbasis TIK terintegrasi. <![CDATA[ENGLISHOn the one hand, the development of information and communication technology especially in education sector grows fastly. On the other hand, in practice, the utilization of this technology shows lower results. The objective of this study is to describe the role of interactive learning by using multimedia and the utilization of multimedia in learning activities. Desk research is used as design of this research and it use qualitative approach. Data mainly are collected from the literature and analyzed descriptively. The findings show that the application of multimedia plays an important role to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities. Later, the development of information and communication technology offers various types of interactive learning and the multimedia has the potential to attrach students to involve in learning activity as well as to increase learning outcomes. Finally, there is a neccessity to accelerate the development of human resources in particular teachers so that the utilization of the technology run optimally. INDONESIAPada satu sisi, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi khususnya di dunia pendidikan berkembang dengan cepat. Namun di sisi lain, realitanya pemanfaatan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif masih terbilang rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran media pembelajaran berbasis komputer sekaligus pengembangan dan pemanfaatannya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desk research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia sebagai media pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi yang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar. Perkembangan produk-produk teknologi informasi komunikasi menawarkan berbagai bentuk media pembelajaran yang variatif sekaligus efektif dalam menarik minat peserta didik untuk belajar yang pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penyiapan sumber daya manusia khususnya pengajar yang handal menjadi faktor penting agar pemanfaatan multimedia sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dapat berlangsung secara optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[Media for teachers is an important tool in delivering teaching materials. The ability to design and develop integrated media in learning is the capital of successful learning. The purpose of the research is to share ideas that teacher learning activities are required to reduce the use of the lecture method and can be enriched by the use of learning media, the role of learning media is becoming increasingly important. The research method is literature review. The results of the research that ICT is a program, for tools, manipulation and conveying information. The presence of media in the learning process really helps make it easier for students to better understand the subject. In addition, teachers or learners need to do careful planning when designing learning in the classroom.]]>

<![CDATA[The contribution of ICT to the world of learning is considered very beneficial. Moreover, integrating ICT into teaching and learning practices. The use of ICT in education is suitable for managing more student-centered learning. This can create a more passionate learning activity. However, institutions are still lacking in providing proper ICT training for instructors to develop their technical ICT skills. The article was written with the aim of analyzing the literature review from various sources, both books and research results. The results showed that the participants, both instructors and students, had a positive attitude towards ICT and sufficient knowledge and positive understanding of ICT and its potential in teaching and learning. However, there are no examples of the model, the instructor provides opportunities for students to use ICT in a meaningful context. It is hoped that this article will be useful for teachers and school administrators on how to manage ICT-based learning, so that learning outcomes are maximized.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of ICT as a learning resource and media can be through the use of computer and mobile/smartphone devices as innovative learning resources and media. The purpose of writing the article is to share how to know the selection criteria for learning media and the selection procedure according to the needs of students. The research method used is library research. The research data is based on the findings of previous studies and studies, some underlying theories, and empirical findings. Researchers become developers, teaching/instructors of ICT-based learning media. The result of the research is that the selection criteria and the principles of using ICT as a learning medium are the basis and key to the success of learning outcomes. The teacher's role is very important in mastering ICT skills and mastering the ability to choose media and the principles of using ICT correctly and appropriately according to the needs of students and learning objectives. This library research is expected to be a material for wealth and literacy for teachers and developers of ICT based learning media at the conceptual and applied level.]]>
